Located on the banks of the river Rance, in the heart of Dinan's historic port area , Millefleurs is a comfortable and stylish ground floor apartment. With a garden giving direct access to the river and tow path , the apartment is perfectly placed to enjoy medieval DInan. A short walk across the old stone bridge brings you to a number of good riverside restaurants,bistros,cafes and a good baker. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a second small bedroom with two single beds, the second bedroom is best suited for children. Bathroom with bath, basin and WC. A delightful place to stay

We had a wonderful time - the house is well decorated and equipped, and its location is fantastic. Having the river at the back of the house, and a short, although challenging, walk into Dinan from the front door. Jeremy and Julia are excellent hosts, there if you need them, and leave you in peace if you don't. It truly is one of the nicest places we've stayed. We would definitely like to come again.

Fabulous apartment and position

We had a wonderful week in this lovely ground floor apartment with a fabulous cottage garden and an abundance of lovely flowers. It was very convenient to the Port and a short walk up the hill to the medievel town of Dinan. The only criticism was the noise created from people walking upstairs, which I believe that were going to address. We hired great bikes from Phil who had a huge selection of both electric and normal cycles. He was also very helpful with ideas of where to ride. The apartment had a gate at the end of the garden which opened out onto the rance river where there was ample scope for cycling. Jeremy and Julie (landlords) were most helpful and the apartment fabulous for our needs.

Little Gem

This place was a lovely find as far as we were concerned. Quiet, yet right on the river and a short walk across the bridge to find restaurants and a bakery. A steep walk into heart of Dinan, perfect to work up an appetite! The accommodation was very tasteful and perfectly suited our requirements for a home away from home. Like other reviewers, the only thing that was a little annoying was hearing upstairs walking around, due to the nature of the building flooring. However if we were going to Dinan, I would still try and book this place again! Hired a cycle from little cafe just down the street and had a lovely cycle down the river Rance. All in all, a lovely holiday, nice weather, great food and no complaints. thank you Mr & Mrs Stark!

Fantastic property in the perfect location

This was an excellent property with plenty of space, everything we needed (Inc UK satellite tv & WiFi) plus a lovely sunny garden. The hosts were lovely - there if you needed anything. We hired bikes on two of the days from a place two minutes walk away - there are all sizes of kids bikes and even electric bikes. You can then travel either way along the Rance on a very safe towpath. The location of the property on the edge of Dinan port is also ideal - there are a number of restaurants practically on the doorstep or you can walk a bit further for even more.

Beautifully decorated, spacious apartment with delightful detail.

The owner/administrators were friendly, helpful and efficient. Clear and useful instructions of jhowm to get to the property. The property itself is in a great location on the banks of the river with some good bars and creperies withinn easy distance and the main town within easy reach up the beaurtiful cobbled street betweenn medieval and renaisdsance building. The property is spacious, well equipped and tastefully with great attention to detail. The garden was a delight and we ate moste of our meals outside looking at the boats and people passing by. Dinan is a great place. The town is beautiful, the views from the medieval walls are stunning and the castle is well worth a visit.

Absolutely fantasic!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. First of all, Jeremy and Juliet were a wonderful in terms of communication and getting our rental set up and giving us advice as well. The town of Dinan is as charming as any you will find in Europe- small enough to be quaint but large enough to have great things to do and see. And it is a perfect strategic location to visit Brittany. I would say the place- which has two bedrooms- is good for up to four people. The place was quiet, comfortable and homey. The location of the place, right on the riverbank and across from the entrance to the old town with a boulangerie and several nice restaurants right across, was absolutely perfect. We had a marvelous time visiting the Emerald Coast, the Pink Granite Coast, St. Malo/Dinard and Cancales. Thank you Jeremy and Juliet for a fantastic week in Dinan!

Beyond expectations

We arrived on a saturday evening welcomed by Jeremy and his wife. Our 14 years old border collie lady Blossom was happy to get directly into the garden getting offered a bowl fresh water after a long jorney. A true pet friendly welcome. The house is directly situated in the middle of Dinan Port and the pictures provided a true reflection of the cosy appartment. We will defently come back next year.

A jewel in Dinan

We stayed two weeks in this lovely apartment with a wonderful garden. Everything was as we expected from details given by owner and better. The house is situated right by the river Rance. Dinan is magic. The owners could not have been any kinder or helpful and added that little extra to our stay. We will absolutely recommend this place to all our friends.

Excellent stay, all that you need..and more....

We stayed at Millefleur for a week and highly enjoyed it. It's a classic Villa which is full of character. Also modern fascilities are included and work very well, for instance a dishwasher and washing machine, very handy. Lots of space inside and outside (lovely garden). Friendly and helpful owners. The old city of Dinan is at your doorstep and is a must see. all in all, highly recommended.

A fabulous apartment

We stayed in this gorgeous apartment for one week at the end of August 2016 (a couple and two young adult daughters). The Millefleurs apartment is on the ground floor of a wonderful medieval converted house. It has been tastefully renovated in an authentic, country French style. The rooms are spacious, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The property has everything you could want and need for a holiday rental - the kitchen is well equipped with crockery, utensils etc, washing machine, dishwasher; a hairdryer, iron and ironing board are provided. The garden is charming and a real sun-trap, and we ate many of our meals out there, making use of the barbeque. The garden (which is at the back of the property) leads directly onto the river path and just a short stroll across the stone bridge is a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. We loved Le Zag bar directly opposite the house on the other side of the river, where they have live music several times a week and the atmosphere is very relaxed and chilled. There is plenty to do in Dinan with Les Remparts, castle, shops, bars/cafes and restaurants, boat hire, bike hire, and it is just a short drive to lovely beaches at St Malo, Dinard, Saint Cast Le Guildo. A good supermarket in Lanvallay is a short 5 min drive from the apartment. We did not get to meet the owners of the property, but they were very friendly and helpful when we spoke on the phone. The wine and biscuits which were left for us on arrival was a lovely touch. A wonderful apartment, fantastic location and all round fabulous holiday. We did not want to come home!
