We took our 2 adult children on a European vacation for our 30th wedding anniversary. The apartment is in a great location close to many restaurants/bars/supermarkets/shopping and museums. Apartment was as described..clean and bright and well appointed. Check in was very easy and we would definitely go back. The wifi was not that strong however you can go to the cafe directly below the apartment get a stronger signal with no trouble. There is a nightclub across the street that was open all night and very busy/loud....however with the windows closed we couldn't hear any street noise and slept just fine. All beds were comfortable. There was not an elevator so be sure to consider that if you are unable to navigate stairs/have large luggage.

Perfect location and OH SO French :)
The host was right there upon our arrival and the location of this darling flat could not be more perfect. Walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame and about 1,000 darling bistros---along with easy access to the metro. The hosts also get special kudos as when the hair dryer blew, the bought another one that very same day proving how accommodating they are. The only critique would be the washer/dryer was really only a washer (the dryer did not dry AT ALL)and no detergent was provided, not horrible, just inconvenient for such a little touch. However, other than that tiny caveat, there is nothing negative and I would absolutely recommend this property to any potential Paris visitors.

Great little Parisian flat!
We absolutely loved this place! It was in a wonderful location, easy walk to restaurants, cafes, the Seine, and the Louvre. AC worked well and the place stayed nice and cool on an unusually hot day. The futons in the main room were very comfortable for sleeping. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location & space
This flat is in a perfect central Paris location. Close to Marais, Saint germain des Pres, many bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, Notre Dame and the metro! Highly recommend this apartment!

Apartamento confortável. Localização fantástica.
Apartamento confortável, muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso a diversos pontos turísticos e próximo a vários restaurantes, mercados e transporte público.
Fomos muito bem recebidos e nos sentimos muito à vontade no local.
Recomendo.

Fantastic Location
First trip to Paris with our family of 5. The apartment building is in a perfect location where you can quickly walk to the Seine, Notre Dame, and the Louvre. There is a bar at the bottom of the steps and the streets around are lined with bars, restaurants, and shops. 2 metro stops are also very close by to head further out into the city. The AC was nice since it was pretty hot. The kitchen is tiny but who needs when there is so much food everywhere. The rental person was really nice and easy to deal with.

Great location
Located incredibly close to two Metro stations:Chatelet & Chatelet des Halles. It's only a short walk to a range of tourist attractions from Notre Dame to the Louvre & Musee D'Orsay. There are also three large shopping centres; des Halles, the Louvre and the Samaritaine (which is undergoing a major renovation).
Fayaek met us at the agreed time so we accessed the apartment immediately upon our arrival. We were also allowed to leave our bags there on our day of departure as we weren't leaving until lsye afternoon.
The sitting area is bright and comfortable. Basic kitchen facilities & unusually for us we didn't cook anything as there were so many great restaurants on the doorstep. We really enjoyed:Gemini family,Benjamin, Ar Poule Gwen & Au Trappiste. In the mornings we got a selection of pastries & bread from the bakery just around the corner on Rue des Halles.
The only drawback was that the restaurant below (Le Petit Chatelet) is being renovated resulting in drilling & banging from 8am. In addition, they are still doing renovations on the street outside & in the surrounding areas.

Una sistemazione assolutamente confortevole, pulita, centralissima e funzionale per una vacanza di cinque giorni in quattro. Accoglienza come preannunciato; appartamento molto attrezzato: microonde, lavatrice, phon, tostapane, ferro e asse da stiro .... tutto ben ordinato e funzionale. Ci siamo trovati BENISSIMO !!!👍👍👍👍

Lovely apartment right in the center of Paris
All amenities are in the apartment and is very accessible to Chatelet Metro station that connects you to line 1 and 4 as well as RER lines that take you to Versailles Palace & Disney world. The owner Fabienne was there while checking in and explained each and every detail of the apartment. 6 people can easily accomodate in the 2nd floor apartment and has a fully equiped kitchen. Only 1 bathroom in the apartment, so one has to plan carefully in the morning but should not be an issue. Few restaurants in the same line and lots of branded stores all around. Walk 200 meters and there is a huge shopping mall. 2 stops away by bus to Louvre museum. Super markets 100 meters away from the apartment. I would strongly recommend to stay here if you are travelling with your family.
