Perfect location, comfortable apartment
In an ideal location, surrounded by lovely small shops and cafes, easy walk to historical centre and lots of stylish bars and cafes. Also at junction of 2 tram lines, one of which goes straight to Haupfbahnhof (central station).
Apartment is maybe not luxurious but is clean, very comfortable and very spacious, with all amenities, and all supplies, washing up liquid etc as well as lovely clean fresh towels and bedding.
Owner is very friendly and very accommodating - because of train delays we arrived pretty late in the evening but he was happy to meet us, let us in and tell us about the apartment.
All in all, great value for money.

Prima ruim appartement in een rustige gezellige wijk
Het appartement is gelegen in een rustige gezellige wijk dichtbij het centrum. Vlak voor het appartement zijn tramhaltes waardoor je snel naar elke locatie in Berlijn kunt reizen. In de wijk zijn genoeg winkeltjes, ontbijt- en lunchrooms, restaurants en drinkgelegenheden. Het appartement is ruim opgezet en de voorzieningen zijn ruim voldoende. De eigenaar is een vriendelijke man. Kortom, een prima verblijf voor een stedentrip voor 3-7 personen.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Berlin dans l'appartement B2. Notre hôte était non seulement charmant mais aussi très accommodant. Nous avons eu un double de clefs et nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant de rendre l'avion. Le quartier est calme et agréable avec le tram à deux pas et de nombreux restaurants autour. L'appartement était tout à fait conforme à la description.

Very convenient, reasonably priced
Based in east Berlin with convenient access to central Berlin via foot or tram (including a nearby Metro station). Not much nightlife in the immediate vicinity but one mile west things liven up quite a bit. The apartment is a bit overcrowded with beds and not enough comfortable seating, but it was warm and dry and seemed fairly secure, with access through a secure courtyard.

perfecte locatie voor gezin met kinderen
In de buurt zijn veel parken, veel restaurants (heel divers) aan democratische prijzen en vlotte verbindingen met het openbaar vervoer. Een rustige locatie met een tuin.

We had an excellent stay in this apartment. Perfect for a group who do not want to share beds, having 3 single beds in the living area, twin beds in one bedroom and a double in the other bedroom. Plenty of hot water for showers and very quiet inside the Apartment. Plenty of restaurants in the area, walk down one of side streets to find quieter area off main road with some fabulous food. The apartment was very clean. The outside area could do with some maintenance and care. The owner / manager was very friendly and accommodating with luggage storage should you require it. The apartment is just across the road from the tram stops, getting to Alexander platzt in 10 minutes, so very handy. Shop just outside for basics and Lidl just down the road. A very good stay. Thank you.

Great Location & Close to restaurants and bars
Three of us stayed here in late September 2017. We were greeted by a friendly host (named Tao?) on arrival and were shown the rooms/bathroom/kitchen. The apartment is on the ground floor through a courtyard of an apartment building. The apartment is as you see in the photos and is comfortable and in a safe location. Beds are clean and towels are provided. The kitchen is on the small side but has all the pots and pans etc you need for cooking meals (large fridge/freezer compartment, electric cooker/oven, kettle, toaster and plates etc. The heating is controlled easily and there is plenty of hot water on demand. The apartment is a 7 minute tram ride to Alexander Platz with the tram stop 1 min walk away from the front door. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate area for a relaxed stay. Overall it is a very economical choice for anyone trying to avoid hotel prices and without frills.
