Me and my hasband have just got back from a 2 week stay at this lovely apartment.
We had a fabulous time,the apartment was very spacious and has everything you could need.
We had a problem with the lights randomly turning on while we were there,99.9 percent sure it was our doing with the control pad,Jose was great helping us sort out the problem via WhatsApp.
The apartment is in an excellent position with a sea view and is furnished to a high standard,everything you need is close by,supermarket,petrol station and pharmacy.
Gibraltar about 40 mins away we’ll worth a visit for duty free and site seeing.
We will definitely be booking again.

Bien malgré un début difficile
Bel appartement qui nous a réservé de mauvaises surprises au début. Pas d’eau chaude, lave vaisselle en panne, Clim en panne, wifi en panne. Le propriétaire a fait en sorte que les techniciens réparent tout et même si cela nous a pratiquement pris une semaine (personne ne sachant qu’il y avait un double des clés à la réception ce qui aurait évité que nous attendions les réparateurs) tout est rentré dans l’ordre. José est très correct car il a fait un geste financier sur le montant de la location, ce qui est rare de nos jours. La vue est magnifique de la terrasse et la résidence est conforme au descriptif (Covid-19 oblige la salle de sport était fermée mais nous avions les piscines pratiquement rien que pour nous). L’appartement est agréable et il est bien situé. Bon petit hic le téléphone ne passe pas sauf en sms, cela fait faire une pause aussi ...
Nous relouerons certainement une autre année.

Lovely apartment
You could not fault the apartment . Clean and everything you need for a wonderful holiday . Large terrace to sit and listen to the waves crashing . The actual place was very quiet and relaxed . 15 min walk to anywhere. Shop and restaurant. Unless you use beach cafe . But they were not smiley people . Could not be bothered really. The only reason I gave 4 star is that we had a job finding the apartment on site . No clear signage . No one there to help with information . Although Gateman very helpful and kind . No internet for 4 days . Not sure why . But overall a very nice stay

Merveilleux
C est notre deuxième séjour dans cet appartement que nous adorons. Il est luxueux, très propre et situé dans une magnifique résidence en front de mer avec une très belle vue.
Le propriétaire de l appartement est très gentil et à l écoute. Nous le remercions vivement.
Idéal pour des vacances détente et luxe en bord de mer.

We have stayed in Jose's apartment in May. We loved everything about it.The apartment was very nice,spacious, spotlessly clean, with direct sea views from spacious terrace..The apartments are located directly on a beach with well maintained gardens with 2 outdoor swimming pools,2 kids pools and indoor heated swimming pool,sauna and the gym..There is a good selection of restaurants, which one of them is just beside the apartments, rest of them short walk away..It's very safe, child friendly and quiet area...Nice along sea footpath walk to Estepona(around 2km)...We really liked our stay there and we will come back definitely..

Spacious and Beautiful Apartment on the Beach Front with manicure Garden. Great location within minutes of Restaurants. Short distance to Estepona Town and on a main Bus route to all the main towns towards Malaga, and the other way towards Gibraltar. Owner very helpful with anyou problems. Security guys at the gate very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place for a perfect holiday.

Magnifique appartement
Appartement luxueux dans un magnifique complexe avec une belle vue sur mer.
Des transats sont mis à disposition du pool service pour une détente en front de mer.
L'accueil est très bien organisé avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour un séjour agréable.
Je recommande sans hésitation.

Excellent apartment and location
This beautiful luxury apartment is right next to the sea, Great location. It is very private and secure with a convenient underground car park with a lift straight to our apartment.
Sadly the first week has been totally ruined by very bad food poisoning from a nearby restaurant on our first night. But hopefully now the second week will be better.
Would gladly book this apt again! Highly recommended!

Luxueus appartement
Mooi luxe appartement met moderne inrichting en van alle gemakken voorzien.Direct gelegen aan het strand en toch een eigen zwembad aanwezig. Eigen parkeerplaats onder het complex aanwezig.
Zijn nu al aan het kijken of we volgend jaar weer kunnen boeken.

Excellent apartment and location, spotlessly clean, would recommend
Lovely modern apartment, very spacious. Location wonderful, lovely gardens and outside pool area, right on seafront. Maybe some written info on the apartment would be useful, if 4 people were staying would suggest more china is needed. Overall wonderful stay, would be very happy to return again.
