We had a very enjoyable stay in this apartment in September 2022. It is ideally located, being a short walk from the main Malaga town/city centre. It is a very good size, was clean and had everything that we needed. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, there was plenty of storage space, and shampoo/shower gel/hand wash/towels were all provided. The apartment is accessed by two small flights of stairs. The air conditioning was essential due to the temperature while we were there, but we found that closing the window shutters when we were out kept out some of the heat. The only downside to this appartment was the noise from the road (a lot of traffic passes by, and continues into the night although less frequently) although we found we adjusted quickly to this. Overall a lovely apartment in a great location, and I would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice big apartment in a great location for the city. It's clean, comfortable, well decorated, with a nice bed and furniture. The only downside is it's a little noisy when the traffic passes, but this is the city, so not a big surprise. The owners were responsive, professional and credible. We had a nice stay.

Appartamento confortevole a due passi dal centro con un supermercato vicinissimo e con un ristorante come la bodega del Cervantes dove si. può mangiare piuttosto bene ad un prezzo ragionevole.l'appartamento ha due bagni uno completo ed uno ,interno in una stanza , con doccia, lavabo e wc.l'appartamento si trova al 1 piano con unico inconveniente che , essendo senza ascensore ,presenta dei gradini un po' alti che potrebbero creare problemi per delle persone un po' in difficoltà.

The apartment was as described and had a very central location in Malaga. Well equipped with all you needed for making breakfast and hot meals. We did breakfasts. January can be rather cold in Malaga, and the apartment had heating in the sitting room, but other rooms were rather chilly. The bath rooms could need a little shake up.

L'appartement est très bien placé, proche de beaucoup de centre d'intérêts et juste assez loin pour être au calme. Juste derrière il y a l'université, ce qui nous a permis de nous garer gratuitement chaque jour, et à une rue il y a une supérette Dia, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour pas cher (contrairement aux mini supérettes hors de prix). La plage est à 15-20 minutes à pied. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel, récent et spacieux, équipé de tout ce qu'il faut (four, lave-linge, tv, clim dans le salon etc.). Seul bémol : il y a deux grandes fenêtres dans le salon qui donnent sur la rue, le reste de l'appartement n'est aéré que par deux puits de lumière. Comme l'appartement est au premier étage sur trois, le ciel est loin, il n'y a pas d'air qui circule, et peu de lumière. Il n'y a que dans le salon qu'on peut rester sans allumer. Cela ne nous a quand-même pas trop gênés car nous avons surtout passé nos journées dehors ! Isabel, la propriétaire a été très accueillante et sympathique.

The apartment is well presented, in a very good location and very clean. Loved the decor. Isabel met us at the apartment and is lovely and helpful host. She gave us plenty of useful information. Easy walk to the center, supermarket is handy (but closed during siesta & on Sunday) There are a couple of very good restaurants within a couple of blocks of the apartment: La Calma Centro & El Meson de Cervantes (see separate reviews). Only problem was we were in Malaga during a heatwave (very high 30s). There is only aircon in the lounge, not the bedrooms. The main bedroom got the cool flow ok, but the other room was difficult to cool - even with the help of a fan. Happy to recommend this apartment, with the caveat that one room may be difficult to cool during a period of high heat.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento all' 8 al 12 giugno. Eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini Le stanze sono ampie, pulitissimo, bel piatto doccia in uno dei due bagni, vasca nell' altro . Ci sono tutti i confort, si può' tranquillamente cucinare , la cucina e' ampia ed accessorio. Ottima posizione a 2 minuti al centro di Malaga.gentilissima Isabel che all' arrivo ci ha dato molte indicazioni, compresa una lista dei posti da vedere e dove poter mangiare.Consigliato

Netter Empfang von Isabel + Sohn in der Wohnung, die mittendrin zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, dem Strand + zahlreichen Restaurants liegt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, etliche Informationen zu Verkehrsanbindungen und Malaga als solches sind vorhanden. Sauber und gepflegt! We have just returned from 5 days at Isabel's apartment which is a fantastic place to stay. Isabel and her son met us there are gave us directions and made suggestions about things to see and do. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very spacious and comfortable with absolutely everything you could need. Situated in the heart of the old town its only 10 minutes walk from all the great restaurants and shops. There are some local bars and restaurants but we always walked to the centre. We would have no hesitation in staying her again and would be happy to advise others to do the same.

My son and I spent four enjoyable days in Malaga last week and we're very glad we chose this apartment. It is very spacious, tastefully furnished and fully equipped with everything you'd need to make your stay comfortable. The best thing about the apartment was its situation - just a few minutes walk takes you right into the heart if the Old Town and 10-15 minutes to the marina and beach. The owner, Isabel, was courteous and helpful from our first email enquiry and her son, Javier, was there to welcome us and show us around the apartment. If back in Malaga, I would have no hesitation in renting this accommodation.
