The Villa has a tropical garden of about 1,000 sq.m.
The terrace of the house features a wood or charcoal BBQ, wood oven, table for 14 people and table football.
In the pool area you will find a chill out area with sofas to relax and a Balinese bed.
In the garden you can also enjoy an outdoor heated Jacuzzi up to 7 people and our genuine Moroccan Haima.
In the garden you will also find an outdoor gym and a pond with fish and turtles.

Please, as the Villa is located in a residential area, it is necessary to moderate the noise outside the house, especially at night, so as not to disturb the sleep and rest of our neighbors. You should always speak in a moderate tone throughout the day and not scream.
According to the local rules of the Marbella Town Hall, the police can come to the house at any time and can impose fines in case of excessive noise.

We stayed for 1 week in the middle of August 2023. The booking process and communication throughout was brilliant, Rafa was very quick to respond to emails and offer information to help prepare for our stay. The Villa was fantastic and was perfect for a large group break (8 adults & 5 kids aged 1 - 7), there is lots of space at the Villa for the kids to play and they all loved their time there. The Villa is 15mins walk to the Old Town or down to the sea front and there is a large supermarket just over the road from the Villa (1min walk), which was really convenient. We had someone come to the Villa each day to clean the pool and hot tub and one of Rafa's team was on hand via WhatsApp throughout the stay if we had any question or queries. Very well ran setup and would not hesitate to stay at Villa El Mirador in the future and would highly recommend it.

Wonderful Marbella Villa
Just returned from an amazing 10 night stay in this wonderful villa.
We booked the villa for a family celebration, initially for 5 family groups (13 people including 3 children under 4 years old) and although we were finally only 11 there would have been ample space if all 13 had attended.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very well appointed especially the master upstairs and the indoor space was well equipped.
Where the villa really shone was the outdoor space. The gardens were superb with a moroccan style tent, a small pond with fish and turtles (which delighted the children), a hot tub, extensive lawn space with plenty of loungers and the pool was a good size.
The villa felt extremely safe with high walls, solid gates and security cameras. It was set in a quiet, residential area with a good sized supermarket two minutes walk away. There were play areas for the children with slides and climbing frames locally and the beautiful old town of Marbella was within 15 minutes walk (although the walk back to the villa was up quite a steep hill)
Rafa, the owner was easily contacted and extemely helpful in the build up to the holiday, arranging airport transfers as well as cots and high chairs. Nothing was too much trouble for Karem, our point of contact during the stay, and the housekeeping staff. When the iron broke, a replacement arrived within 25 minutes.
We would have no hesitation to book again if we were to return to Marbella.

Natallie’s “Aye Do Crew 2022”
I booked Villa El Mirador especially for my cousin’s Hen Weekend. There were 14 of us and it catered for everyone’s needs. It was amazing and the pictures of the Villa do not do it justice. It was absolutely stunning and had every facility you could think of. It exceeded our expectations throughout from start to finish. Communication from the owner Rafa and staff were outstanding, so helpful & nothing was a problem.
5⭐️Experience.
Highly recommend.
We will definitely return in the future.

Bella villa
Villa di ampie dimensioni con un bello spazio esterno con piscina e jacuzzi oktre a barbecue e vari spazi relax. La villa ha un primo piano molto curato dove c’è una suite matrimoniale con bagno salotto cabina armadi e terrazzo
Il piano terra sarebbe da sistemare, i dettagli non sono curati e molte zone necessitano di una manutenzione accurata

Amazing!
We came to stay at the Villa for a hen do and had an amazing time! The villa was beautiful and absolutely spotless.
Rafa was brilliant and very accommodating, they arranged our transfers and helped to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be going back to stay there, we are very grateful!

Out of this world!
Stayed at Villa El Mirado in June and there wasn’t a thing to leave us disappointed. Villa was beautiful and so welcoming. Garden area and pool was spotless and so pretty. Couldn’t of wished for a better experience. The owners are so accommodating and have passion in making you feel at home. Perfect for a family/ couples/ hen party holiday. It’s really an all rounder. Location is perfect being not to far away out of the way but far enough if you want a quiet get away. If Marbella is ever on the holiday agenda again I wouldn’t think twice about booking Villa El Mirador.

Did not want to come home. Villa was everything and more. I would highly recommend this beautiful villa. Perfect location too. Owners are very welcoming and could not do enough to make sure our stay was just perfect. Definitely going back, but for longer next time!

Muy recomendable.
Perfecta casa. Amplia, equipada y con mucha luz. Es justo lo que estabamos buscando: un lugar tranquilo, cerca del centro, cómodo y que nos permitiese disfrutar de la Costa del sol y de su buen clima. Absolutamente recomendable. Para repetir.

The Villa is located in a residential neighborhood, 10 minutes walking from Old Town and 15 minutes walking from the beach and the Harbor of Marbella.

In front of the Villa you will find the supermarket Día (less than 1 minute walking).
A few metres from the Villa is located the Sidrería Usategui, a well known restaurant in Marbella for its excellent meats and fish.
Los Mellizos restaurant is a 15 minutes walk from the house on the promenade, where you can enjoy local dishes and all varieties of seafood and paella.
Nearby you can also find the tapas restaurant Lekune, a tapas restaurant that is a reference in Marbella. This restaurant is a 15 minutes walk from the house.
