No hassle in collecting the keys for the accommodation, easy to find with the benefit of underground parking to keep the car cool. Lift from the basement to the second floor helps with transportation of luggage and later on, shopping bags. The apartment was clean and tidy. The air conditioning greatly appreciated and very effective in temperatures above 30 degrees!! The apartment is secure, has a good size balcony with a large table and four chairs and 2 sun loungers. The sun hits the balcony in the morning disappearing in the afternoon for comfortable sitting out early evening onwards. Facilities included good size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer (maybe needed for winter). Good wifi signal and choice of TV channels. Also a good supply of bathroom towels, however no extra bedding, nor flat sheet on bed - only dress flannelette sheet, which is the only negative comment along with a lose kitchen tap - reported for repair. The outdoor pool area is set in beautiful gardens with parasols and plenty of sun loungers, it is easily accessible with split level for adult pool and baby pool - only negative is this restricts viewing for families with very young children and older children. Elveria Plaza just off the N340 driving up to the apartment has a large choice of restaurants including walking a little further to the west alongside the main road. Across the flyover and to the right off the second roundabout is the Beach House which is good for breakfast, lunch and evening meal with sun bed hire available. Simbads restaurant over the flyover, straight on at second roundabout and then heading left is a new and good restaurant too (might need to book high season and sat nav to find)!! A short drive along the N340 East to Cabopino also offers a good choice of restaurants too. *TIP - arrange drop off of keys in advance in case office closed i.e. For viewings.

magnifique endroit
C'est notre 2éme séjour dans cet appartement dont le propriétaire Peter est d'une extrême gentillesse, superbement bien situé à la lisière d'un golf cet appartement possède un équipement complet ainsi qu’une très grande terrasse donnant sur un jardin très coloré de nombreux massifs, une vaste piscine pour adulte ainsi qu'une piscine pour les enfants, la mer à une proche distance ainsi que différents commerces, que dire de plus sinon qu’une envie de revenir dans cet endroit reposant.

Gorgeous Marbella Property
The entire experience of this rental was wonderful. The owner was efficient, responsive and extremely helpful. We loved the apartment, its view of the costa del sol and all of its modern conveniences. It was perfect for a family of 4. Specifically, the grounds of the complex were extraordinary. We were close to a beautiful pool and my two sons and I would walk every evening admiring the beautiful flowers in the gardens. You are a short drive to the beach and the markets but you are up on a hill with gorgeous views and absolute tranquility. The apartment was upscale, safe, clean and with a secure, covered parking garage. We hope to return to this property in the future.

Great stay in Elviria
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your hospitality, the apartment was fantastic!
Nicely furnished with all the necessary ameneties (dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer as well as a very well equipped kitchen). We enjoyed the terrasse for many meals and the views were great. We also enjoyed the Par 3 nine holes on the premises.
We will surely contact you again for another stay.

A beautiful spot
A fine, clean and complete apartment. Everything was there in the kitchen, plenty of towels in the bathrooms, the rooms are freshly decorated and the owners were very nice and always available. It was 15 minutes walk to the shopping and entertainment center of Elviria. The view was breathtaking. Highly recommended for a nice holiday.

Elegancia, comodidad y buen gusto: perfecto
En el apartamento de Peter todo es perfecto: la decoración, moderna y elegante; las comodidades, donde todas las necesidades están previstas, desde los electrodomésticos a las copas de cognac ; y la vista, que se pierde entre las palmeras, el mar y la montaña. Sin dudas, la mejor opción de alquiler vacacional. Seguramente volveremos.

Fantastic stay in the appartment and in Elviria / Marbella !
Hello,
We really had a wonderful stay in the appartment in Elviria ! The appartement is comfortable, luxurious (with swimmingpool, TV, Wifi, dishwasher,..) and properly cleaned. We enjoyed every day the breakfast on the terrace with the fantastic view ! We appreciated also the golf next to the appartments. The sea, shops are close. In short, we will come back !

Beautiful
This flat is very beautiful fully rquiped with nice beds, linen, towels. Every morning we woke up made our own break fast and sat out side the beautfil balcony overlooking the the swimming pool and lots of tropical trees and flowers
Spent two weeks in Spain - first week in Torrox Coasta and Cordoba - But Elviria Hills is truely in the hills of trees different fresh air quality and the Beaches are clean
I will definitely go back to Elviria
and if you are a healthy fanactic as i am - i took advantage of the fresh seafood Spain has to offer
several fish markets - to buy seafood and cook at the apartment
The condo complex is very secure and very quiet with parking garage if you have a car

Wonderful GreenLife Golf Course apartment
We had a fabulous l-o-n-g stay in the fully furnished apartment on the GreenLife Golf Course. Everything you want is in the apartment. The bed is very comfortable, and the underground parking is great. The apartment is extremely secure. The grounds are beautiful, well groomed, a lot of pools that are very inviting. When we needed something for the apartment or wanted to know about the area, Peter and Kathleen were very helpful. I definitely recommend staying here. The apartment is worth every cent.
