Ein genialer Ausblick erwartet den Besucher. Das Appartement ist optimal für einen gelungenen Urlaub eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche übertrifft so manches 4 Sterne Hotel. Der Gastgeber ist bemüht den Urlaub angenehm zu gestalten. Es ist gelungen und wir hatten einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.

These apartments must occupy the best position in Torremolinos, you emerge from the upper ground floor into the outskirts of the main town of Torremolinos whereas the lower ground floor leads directly onto the promenade. From here you cross the walkway directly onto the star of the La Carihuela beach, you can turn right and stroll the length of the promenade down to Benalmadena marina and you can turn left which takes you past the ‘cat’ headland and onto the Bajondillo beach area. We were surrounded by Italian, Spanish, Indian, British, Irish restaurants and numerous bars and shops and lovely streets to explore. The view from the apartment was perfect, the good size balcony facing south and getting sun from from early morning until it set later in the evening. I was surprised to find a really great pool in the grounds along with a small bar/restaurant. We had a few days laid round the pool, swimming or just enjoying the peace and quiet. The restaurant offered menu del dia and we enjoyed eating there a couple of times. While we there we discovered that the apartments used to be a hotel, our studio did resemble the standard hotel type room but we never felt we needed more space. The twin beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well and the bath room had everything we needed. If we had say anything negative it would be the lack of space around the kitchen area, but we weren’t on holiday to cook meals and once we got organised everything fell not place really well. I contacted Martin, the owner, on a couple of occasions and his responses were both speedy and positive.

As advertised, excellent central spot. Clean, tidy secure. The views from the apt are really amazing. Will book again. Lots of nice eatery and bars. Lovely holiday also the owner Martin was very helpful. 👍👍

We stayed here for 10 nights this February and what a wonderful time we had. The view over the sea was absolutely beautiful and so uplifting! Great size studio apartment and kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster etc. Good size bathroom with plenty room for toiletries. There is also a lift from the apartment block which takes you right down to the seafront. The location is perfect to walk to either Benalmadena or Torremolinos. Trains station and bus stops all close by if you fancy venturing further. We were really lucky with the weather, warm and sunny so that was a bonus. Well recommended and will certainly stay again.

Beautiful views of the beach from the apartment, comfy beds, bright, modern & very clean, we will definitely book again, 3 ladies travelling alone, apartments very secure.

This apartment's balcony has superb views of Carihuela beach. In addition to the beach, the private lift also provides easy access to the the pool and shallow children's pool. The bustling Calle San Miguel at Torremolinos town centre is within easy walking distance. There was a car park for our hired car. The owner Martin, was really helpful and provided lots of local information. A great choice, highly recommended.

This apartment was exactly what we hoped for; - Stunning balcony ocean view - Super pool for lengths and cooling down - Probably the best location in Torremelinos and beyond -One of the most helpful apartment owners, (Martin-thank you) -On the beach access -Terrific relaxed complex, Santa Clara, with stunning roof top views from the pool area. -car not needed, you can walk to everything and taxis/bus are close by for longer journeys. Martins apartment is light and bright, perfect for 2/3 people. The a/c works a dream in a heatwave and the kitchen area has everything you need including a first aid kit. The bathroom functions perfectly with a well lit vanity sink area and the shower has excellent water pressure. There is a gorgeous freshly stocked linen cupboard so you never run short on fresh linen.Martin has stocked the apartment with most things you can think of from iron & ironing board to cafeteria filters and ping pong games.( 3 pin plugs are catered for.) We had an early arrival and late check out, Martin accommodated us on both - a big thank you. We all really enjoyed are stay at the apartment, its very good value for money and wouldn't hesitate to return. Enjoy!

Excellent appartment ideally located within both Carahuela and torromolinos both on your doorstep . Excellent facilities in the appartment and Martin the owner was on hand for any any questions we had. Would have no issue in returning and recommending this appartment to others. Pauline and Graeme .
