A classically beautiful Spanish home situated in the perfect area to experience all of the people and rustic culture. Incredible views of the Alhambra and everything being in walking distance, we were extremely happy and felt very lucky. Our host Marcos was wonderful and contributed to us having such an incredible stay. Would definitely visit again.

En pleno albaicin, a los pies de la Alhambra, junto al paseo de los tristes, ycon todo lo necesario, y un lugar perfecto para descansar, ni un ruido, descanso total, que se agradece después de pasar el día y parte de la noche pateando Granada,

Pablo und sein Vater Jose waren tolle Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung war noch besser als beschrieben. Wir hatten ein paar kalte Apriltage erwischt. Jose war so zuvorkommend und hat schon mal die Heizung für uns angemacht. So hatten wir es in der Casita schön gemütlich, wenn wir vom Wandern, Sightseeing und Bummeln kamen. Die Casita ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man von dort aus zu Fuß erreichen. Bars und Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Obwohl es abends am Darro sehr lebhaft zugehen kann, merkt man in der Ferienwohnung gar nichts davon. Ich hab schon in mehreren Ferienwohnungen in Granada übernachtet, diese hier ist die Beste!

We stayed in this apartment for three days in order that we could visit the Alhambra. It was well-equipped, very clean and with a small, private courtyard that had a delightful view of the Alcazabar, the oldest part of the Alhambra fortifications. The apartment is also very well placed in the Albaicin, the old Moorish district of the Nasrid kingdom, full of winding medieval alleys but with restaurants and shops within an easy walking distance, a few minutes walk from the Plaza Nueva.

Stayed for 4 nights in this comfortable rented out annexe to the owners main residence in a quiet narrow side street. Pablo was very helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. The house is in a convenient location close to Plaza Nueva, and Albaicin where there are plenty of places to eat. The Al Hambra is within walking distance if you are reasonably fit as it is at the top of a hill. Granada is a very nice place to visit for a short break.

El apto. es una maravilla. Está situado en pleno barrio del Albaicín, en una callecita peatonal super tranquila. Don José nos atendió super bien y rápido cuando le dijimos que había poca luz en el aseo. A la mañana siguiente fue a comprar las bombillas :) La calefacción funciona a la perfección y se agradece llegar de la calle y poder andar por casa en manga corta. Las camas super cómodas, te envuelven! Por poner una pega, no hay batidora y si la eché en falta para hacer los batidos del desayuno a mi pequeña. Por lo demás todo ok. Si volvemos a Granada, no dudaremos en volver a reservar este apto.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 2 year old and we all loved it. You couldn't get a better location; lying on one of the sun loungers you can see the Alhambra! The courtyard is an added bonus, to have that amount of space in this location is brilliant. All communication with Jose was good and he was easily connectable and very helpful and his dad is lovely. If I ever come back to Granada I would love to stay here again.

Jose and his father were very welcoming and provided helpful information. The little house was well appointed and comfortable. I loved the little garden. So close to everything and the view of the Alhambra just beautiful.

Firstly, Jose is a wonderful host. Very quick and helpful in answering queries when we booked and the check-in was very straight forward. Thank you Jose. The property is in a perfect location - right in the centre of the old town, with direct views of the Alhambra, and everything you need, right on your doorstep. Then, when you step into the garden, it is like a little oasis. Sun and shade to suit those who love both, which we do. The house too is lovely, with traditional features and very comfortable beds. We loved our 4 day stay & would stay here again if we ever come back to Granada. A most fabulous town. Loved it.

The owner's father lives next door and was extremely helpful. The location is perfect for walking to the Alhambra and the central area of Granada. There are many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The apartment has an outside area to sit and relax in. It is in a very quiet quaint little street. Would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there again.
