Superior apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 guests. It is centrally located on calle Angeles - a quiet pedestrian street in the very heart of Seville, just 1 minute walk from the Cathedral.
The interiors are of exceptional quality and finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style. There is central air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing and under-floor heating. Free WIFI internet access.
The living room is furnished with a sofa, 2 armchairs, central table and TV. A large window faces the interior building courtyard. The adjacent dining area has a table with 4 chairs. Next to the dining room is the kitchen, which is fully equipped for cooking and washing. Appliances include an oven, dishwasher and washing-machine.
A corridor leads to the 2 bedrooms...

Perfect location
We stayed with another couple and this is the perfect base as everywhere could be reached on foot very easily. The apartment was clean and well presented with all that is needed for a few days. Hard to believe you are in the centre as it is so quiet inside. Would have been nice to have a little outside space to rest but we were not in the apartment much in the day time.
Booking and questions we had before arrival were promptly dealt with and they kindly let us go to the apartment early on day of arrival as there were no guests the day before. We left our bags in a local bag drop on the way back. Fixed price taxi from airport and taxi rank at Cathedral for return.
The Cathedral is just down the road along with the Alcazar. We were surprised how close things are. Recommendations for Tapas include the one on the corner of Calle Angeles, just a few steps away, and Brunilda, which needs to be booked but is so worth it.

Lost $900 in March 19-22 due to Covid and owner would not let us use the booking in the future
The owner would not let us use our $900 paid amount on a future booking which was cancelled due to covid.

Centrally Situated
Handily situated for the Cathedral and other places of interest.
Plenty of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance,
Flat adequately met the needs of 4 visitors and was clean and tidy on arrival,

This is a lovely apartment with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms only 200m from the Cathedral. It is perfect for family of 4 as able to do own washing and have some meals at home.
There was however a misunderstanding in our emails and this apartment is not suitable for a wheelchair except for those who can walk a short distance. There is one big step from street (actually two close together so it is hard for a wheelchair ). There is a good lift and a wide door into apartment. Unfortunately all other internal doors to kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are 20mm too narrow. We managed by removing one wheel and pushing him on 3 wheels.
Apart from this, it is a lovely apartment fo a family.

Comfortable, stylish and in a perfect location.
The apartment is ultra secure and in a perfect location, close to the Cathedral, other major sites, and zillions of great restaurants and cafes. We two friends stayed for a week and thanks to underfloor heating, the bedrooms were comfortable and warm in late December/early January. They were of almost equal size too, which is helpful, as no-one wants fight over who gets the master suite and who, the boxroom.
Don't expect a view, as you look out onto an inner courtyard or the back of the building, but none of that matters when there's so much to do and see in fantastic Seville. There was a tiny supermarket practically next door which met almost all of our catering needs. For fresh milk we needed to walk to the Alfalfa area where there were two large supermarkets. The cafe across the road (Sacristan?) was great for breakfasts - warm croissants, either sweet or savoury, and wonderful coffee.

Wonderful in every way
The apartment has everything: cleanliness, location, customer service, and price. We had a wonderful stay. The location is near most of the central Seville attractions. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. Its a 15 minute walk to a real good food market with many vendors. It is under what the locals apparently call "las setas" (the mushrooms)- an architecturally odd fungi looking roof on a building that covers the market and a Roman ruins site . For restaurants, we especially liked Gusto- a three block walk from the apartment - they had excellent paella and a nice wine list. The only issue (which was very minor) was the day we checked out (which the contract states by 11am) the cleaning person showed up at 9. I told her we aren't checked out yet. She came back at 9:30 and again at 10. There must have been a miscommunication. That said, we are already planning our next visit to the area and will definitely stay here again

Great spot in Seville
Clean and lovely. Quiet apartment. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Seville. Central location is great.

Beautiful appartment as central as you can get
This beautiful modern flat is as central as anyone could want but once you're inside the building there is very little street noise. There is a lift, so no humping heavy bags up the stairs. Everything you might need is provided. The only downside is no view as the windows open onto the light well, but - hey - you're going to be outdoors a lot of the time. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Ludovic met us there on arrival and when we left we just had to leave the keys on the sideboard. The street is narrow and pedestrianised but our taxi dropped us on the corner and the taxi driver who took us to the airport when we left came to the front door and pushed our bigger wheelie suitcase to the car.

Fantastic apartment in amazing city centre location
Well appointed and very comfortable apartment with all major attractions within a short walk. Despite being in the city centre it was quiet at night. Ideal for a party of friends as it has two twin-bedded rooms. Very efficient and friendly check-in and airport transfer arranged for our arrival. Thoroughly recommended.

Great location , quiet at night, everything you need.
Great location just off maters gato ,loads of good places to eat. 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral, 10 mins to the Alcazar in fact most of the attractions were within 15 minutes. Taxi rank 5mins and 10 mins drive to railway station for visits to Cadiz, Cordoba etc. Excellent facilities , good size bathrooms , would stay there again.
