Just returned from a week at Villa Roberto, the villa was everything we needed and more! We were a group of 15 and there was plenty space the villa was modern and very clean. Thank you for making our holiday! Would 100% recommend Ibiza hire! We will be back!

Better than the pictures
Great villa, amazing location, 15mins walk to the supermarket (suma), and 20 mins in taxi to Ocean Beach Club. Great value for money and most importantly, very satisfied with the staff service. The villa manager was very helpful, great communicator and made our stay very enjoyable.

Villa Roberto - Hen
We stayed in Villa Roberto for a week in June for my hen party and had a great stay!
The villa was really spacious and as there was 14 of us at one point that was a good thing. The pool was ideal, great outdoor space for entertainment and eating and the rooms were really clean.
Holiday lettings were on hand if we needed anything and were really accommodating.
Thank you for making my hen do one I won’t forget in a hurry!

They were friendly, helpful and found us the perfect villa for our trip.

Brilliant location
Couldn’t really fault this villa . It’s hard to please 15 people with ages ranging from 4 to 71 but everyone agreed that it was basic but brill if that makes sense . Location was quiet and private . Beach was approx 30 min walk but worth the exercise. It was lovely of a night there watching the sunset . Bus stop was at the end of the road and took you into San Antonio town . Taxi back was approx 10 Euro .A bit of advice we wished we had takin a pram for the 4 yr old because the walking was a bit much for him . Pool area was a lovely little sun trap and made the kids holiday . I would definitely recommend this villa for its price , content and location . Ibiza hire were there as much or as little as you wanted them . They even let us stay a bit later than check out time as there was no one booked in for that day . Overall a lovely holiday .

Perfect location
The Villa was perfect for 10 50 ish year old blokes to chill out during the day and then taxi into San Antonio in the evening. There are plenty of local shops, bars and restraunts to start the night off aswell. The pool and bbq area were spot on and the villa could easily accommodate 14/15 people. Also perfect for 2/3 families to share. Thank you ibiza hire.

Thank you for your comment, the house does have public liability insurance (which is required by the local authorities before tourist licenses are given out) and that before your groups arrival we have many happy clients throughout the summer both before your arrival and after that have not reported any issues. There was no issues with the aircon reported prior to your arrival and also in the days that you were at the house. Any maintenance issues that are reported to us (we have a 24 hour villa manager) are dealt with as quickly as possible. The aircons have been checked and nothing found leaking with them. Every year we improve our villas and this is the same at Roberto with new bathrooms going in over the past years. As mentioned prior both before you arrival we have many happy guests and after you departed. Any broken items are fixed or replaced as quickly as possible once we are made aware of the issue
You are correct the smallest bedroom doesn’t have a window just the door into the hallway which lets in plenty of light , the room is shown in the pictures of the Villa and some people prefer this as it is cooler / darker in the hot sun.
Villas in Ibiza can be very expensive and we have properties to suit all budgets/requirements. Villa Roberto is one of the best price villas that we offer and is great value for such a large group. For just over £200 per person for the week in peak season you have a 7 bedroom private villa with swimming pool that is walking distance to amenities such as the beach, supermarket and restaurants.

Excellent size family villa
We stayed here in August and the lovely pool and sun trap round the back was perfect also there was a roof terrace were you had a nice breeze and n case it got too hot.
The villa was nice and big and very well equipped we loved it here.
Nick and his team made sure we were very well looked after with plenty of help and help and information given.
