Amazing stay
I cannot rate this villa enough. Gloria was so helpful and friendly. The villa was like home from home, it had everything we needed. Great location with most things walkable distance but cabs are cheap if didn’t want to walk. Lovely area and swimming pool was heated as promised. Kids were in there everyday.

Fantastic accommodation
As a family of four we had everything we needed. Fantastic and quiet location, a great supermarket near by, walkable distance from the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The accommodation was excellent, well equipped and kids enjoyed the pool. A smart tv was a bonus but the weather was so good we spent lots of time outdoors. Mornings/evenings you can enjoy looking at Teide from the garden - a great view!

Perfect Villa perfect stay
Gloria has a lovely villa and is on hand to answer any issues that you may have.
Our break had to be re arranged due to Covid a couple of times we can’t thank Gloria enough for helping change and move things around previously
Various restaurants are within a downhill walk of about 15mins and easy to grab a taxi back up at around 5 euros.
It can be walked back up but the gradient does take its toll
A fantastic well equipped supermarket is again a 10 min stroll away that puts supermarkets in England to shame
The pool was heated but was still refreshing and comfortable
We normally struggle sleeping away as we do love our own bed but found the quality of mattresses fine .the area is a residential area but all neighbours are friendly and you are left alone.
Would we go back to this villa 100% yes
Lots to do in the area and a completely different experience to Tenerife in the South
You look at the pictures and think I bet it doesn’t look like that.
But I’m fairness it completely does
The only things that are shown on the pictures that are not there anymore is the hot tub and the patio heater
You will not be disappointed choosing this villa

Perfect
The house was perfect, was just as advertised, except no hot tub. It was very clean and spacious. We couldn't work out how to use one of the showers so could have done with a manual but was fine as there was only 2 of us and 3 bathrooms in total.
The garden wasn't overlooked and the neighbourhood was pretty quiet.
The villa is a 10 minute walk to the big supermarket (its uphill on the way back!) so it was really handy and had everything we needed.
It was about a 20min walk down to some restaurants and shops but quite a bit further down to the beach and seafront restaurants. This part seemed to have more atmosphere so we went down most nights. The town seemed really nice, i wish we ventured down there more often but we didn't get much chance to walk round the coast that far.
We walked back after most meals out and was fine for us, but there were taxis available too which cost us about €6 from the beach.
Gloria was really communicative and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

Good Villa in quiet residential Area walkable to shops and restaurants
Gloria was really helpful, providing details of local shops and closing times (we arrived in the evening). Villa felt luxurious and was well equipped.
Pool was warm and inviting, pool area very private.
Only a few English TV channels, but wifi good and could stream what we wanted to laptop / ipads anyway.
Beds really comfy and linen changed during stay. Plenty of towels provided, including pool towels.
10 minutes walk (15 back as uphill) there are good restaurants and shops. 20 minutes will take you right down to sea front with even more choice. if you go right into town then get a taxi back as they are cheap and much easier than the long uphill walk back to the villa.

Repetiremos
Segunda vez que nos alojamos en esta villa y volveremos a repetir. Ideal para familias. Un lujo tener una piscina climatizada. La casa está completamente equipada. Está situada en una zona con un clima estupendo y se respira tranquilidad. Gloria es una anfitriona fantastica,

Fantastic appartmen
Thanks to Gloria, which made the stay very pleasant for us. We all felt very well in the appartment. Weather in February is always a kind of gamble, but there is nothing the host can change about it.

Excellent
Rented villa from Gloria for two weeks, she was on hand anytime we needed help, her communication was excellent.
The villa itself was well maintained and peaceful and comfortable.
Local bars and restaurants were only a 1 minute taxi ride away.
Taxi was outside within five minutes everytime I call one.
And very cheap 4 euros.
Pool was lovely and heated, would recommend staying there. Excellent house we are thinking returning next year.

Casa muy comoda en una zona muy tranquila.
La casa está a mi parecer en una de las mejores zonas de Tenerife que son los municipios de la Orotava y Puerto de la Cruz. Esta exquisitamente equipada y con todos los aparatos nuevos o muy bien cuidados. El salón tiene un TV super grande con contenidos de entretenimiento cómo películas, series, etc. Las habitaciones son grandes y con muchos armarios y lo principal, los colchones muy cómodos y se descansan fabulosamente. La piscina y el jardín en general se hallan con todos los detalles para el baño y para sentirte genial. Desde luego recomiendo la casa. Saludos a Gloria

Amazing villa in quiet location
Ok so I have been going to Puerto de la Cruz ever since I was two years old (34 years now) and always had the advantage of staying in my parents timeshare until they opted out about 6 years ago. over the last few years we have stayed in a few apartments and last year Gloria's Townhouse but decided to try out her villa this year and so glad we did.
The villa is very easy to find and walking distance to Abacus (cocktail bar open in the evenings) a short walk to Casa Lala (amazing local Spanish restaurant) short drive to Tito's (incredible food)
local to the villa is
La Ville shopping centre (beautiful shops and a great Carefort for food shopping)
La Monesterio - a must visit (beautiful restaurants set in the old monastery's and convent - amazing food and views) this is owned by the same people who own Café de Paris, Rancho Grande and Columbus Plaza - all in the centre of Puerto and all offer great food.
Food shops - Hypo Dino and Lidl close by but our favourite has always been Trebol which is located opposite the Botanical Gardens in La Paz
La Paz is lovely to walk around and offers some nice cafes and restaurants. If you wanted a take away for the villa i highly recommend The Zebra restaurant - great for pizzas and burgers etc. next door is also a Mini golf which is brill for children and families
Also a great helpful pharmacy just further up from here too
Other restaurants in La Paz i highly recommend is Tucan and Eldelweiss
Ok so Eating out in puerto - my top restaurants from experience

Columus Plaza - great to people watch outside and their ice creams are amazing

The Best Villa ive stayed at is this hands down
So there are private electronic gates which leads to the long drive where you can park your vehicle. If you have a van like we did as there were 7 of us so hired a 9 seater - i would advise to leave it on the road otherwise its a tiny struggle getting it in the drive and out again but if you have a car its perfect.
there is also a gate you can use to access the property
Perfect size heated pool which has saftey guards on if you have young children and a cover for the evening. there is an outside shower also. Plenty of comfy sun loungers, a nice outdoor sitting area with a coffee table and large parasol and an outside dining area, BBQ and theres space round the back also if the children want to play. We felt so safe as there is no where the children can go once you are through the gates. so safe we loved it
Beautiful master bedroom with an incredible en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. there is a external door in the bathroom that opens up onto the side of the villa and external patio doors in the bedroom that open up onto the outside patio area.
Kitchen - beautiful and spacious. brilliant hob, extractor fan (best ive ever seen - so modern) ovens, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer with all the untensils, plates and cups etc - its wonderful
Theres a smaller bathroom in the hallway with a walk in shower also
Lounge -- large and spacious with a large L shape sofa, large flatscreen TV, english chanels and Netflix, free wi-fi and a large dining table and chairs. to the back of the lounge is an additional bedroom which we didnt use
Ok so from the hallway is a door that leads to a twin room and also another master bedroom with a cot, walk in closet and bathroom with a bath. this is great because you can close this hallway door and you have a room safe there for the children that are separate to you but also within your reach - its perfect. Only windows in the twin room and patio doors leading onto the side of the villa from the second master bedroom
Every room is decorated and accessorised perfectly. The beddings are beautiful and towels so lovely.
Plenty of spare towels and extra bedding all provided and a high chair also
This villa is so family friendly but also ideal say for 4 adults who want to explore Tenerife but have the luxury of a beautiful furnished Villa
Gloria is very helpful and her communcation is on key by phone.
We will definitely stay here again - cant beat it.
I would give this 6 Stars for overall experience, cleanliness, facilities, location, everything - Thanks Gloria for a wonderful stay
