Our family of 3 stayed in this cozy apartment from July through early Jan 2016. We left last week and we're already missing it! We arrived with only our suitcases and the apartment was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. It was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Our landlady, Maria, was always very gracious and quick to respond when we messaged her with questions. In terms of location, the neighborhood is safe and well-situated with respect to amenities. The city center and central bus/train station are a both a short walk away. The Central Library of Cantabria (across the street) is home to rotating cultural exhibits and proved a good telecommuting workspace for my wife and me. The apartment is well suited for getting around Santander without a car, but for those needing parking, there’s also large public lot nearby with free parking.
