My wife and I spent 5 nights here and loved every second. Fantastic apartment with everything you need, plenty towels, toilet roll, bedding etc...fridge was stocked with water, milk, orange juice and yoghurts. There was coffee, sugar some fruit really welcoming and needed when just arriving. Great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Location is just awesome, you are right in the middle of the centre literally 2 mins walk from Gran Via. Right below the apartment is a lovely restaurant (food was amazing) a Starbucks an ice cream shop pizzeria, but honestly a couple of minutes walk in any direction and you are met with plentiful bars and places to eat. 20 mins walk to the Royal Palace and the same in the other direction to Retiro Park, just an amazing location. Never had the pleasure of meeting Miguel (he had a friend meet us on arrival) but communication with him was easy and replies were instant. Overall an amazing stay would 100% recommend and if we ever travel to Madrid again (which I'm sure we will) this apartment will be the first place I look for availability. The apartment was very nice with a balcony. The location is walking distance to Puerta de Sol and Plaza Mayor. Many good restaurants and bars nearby. Miguel was very helpful providing information about the area and suggestions for dining and places to visit. He gave us a bottle of wine as welcome gift. He stocked the fridge with water and juice. He also had some fruit. The kitchen had all the utensils needed. An espresso machine. Overall we had a great experience.

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Our welcome was great, shown around the aprtment and nothing too much trouble. Terrace was great to relax and just watch the world go by. Definitely will try to stay here again when we come back to Madrid. Lots of little independent shops, rdifferent restaurants from relatively new to old style tapas bars. Loved it

My wife and I stayed here for 5 day's. Miguel was the best we have ever dealt with from the wine and supplies he left for us to getting us in at 2am due to a flight cancellation. The apartment is close to all the things we did, about a 15 minute walk to the museum and gardens. I would highly recommend this place, it was perfect.

We thoroughly enjoyed this apartment in Madrid. It was so well located - walking distance to great museums (Prado, Reina Sofia), and the Retiro Park. The apartment was clean and tidy, and well appointed.

En primer lugar resaltar la calidad del propietario que estaba a tiempo en el horario previsto y nos respondió a todas las dudas. El departamento está muy bien ubicado en un lugar desde el que se puede salir a todos los lugares interesantes a pié. Supermercados y bares todo alrededor. Metro a pocas cuadras. UN LUJO DE DEPARTAMENTO!!!!!!!!!!

My friend and I had a fantastic stay in this lovely little appartment. We enjoyed time exploring, both on foot and using the metro system, which has a station in walking distance. Ideal location to use as a base for exploring, shopping and eating. The balcony is a great space to chill and enjoy people watching the square below. Well equipped, clean and cool. Will definitely re-book.
