Clean and beautifully set up on arrival. The golf resort is amazing. We had a lovely time thanks. Bathroom especially clean. Restaurant shop and course all quality.

The apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived. Filthy toilet, scummy shower, food stains all over kettle, crumbs everywhere, dirty finger marks on light switches, I really could go on and on! I had to purchase cleaning products and clean myself before I felt comfortable about my family staying here. We only had 2 plates for 4 of us! A very small amount of cutlery, no chopping board, 1 saucepan, no pegs etc... not as advertised or expected - self catering!! and again I had to buy these items to make our stay bearable. The apartment is infested with ants!!!! Not just in the kitchen but all on the sofa, on my sons pillow etc... Horrible! We contacted the owners about our issues (and provided photographic evidence) the owner accepted these issues and we were offered a 'discount' off a return stay next year!! We would NEVER stay in this apartment again. The owners refused any other means of compensation. We had to contact holiday lettings for advice. They were extremely supportive and helpful and completely agreed with our complaints. They contacted the owners several times on our behalf, who have still refused to refund us the £109 we paid for the 'cleaning' of the apartment prior to our visit - shocking!!! We have stayed at hacienda for many years now and have never had a problem before, we have also never written a review before. I would strongly recommend that you choose another apartment to stay at (there are so many lovely ones) but please do not stay here. I would hate anyone to have the disappointment that my family had and then the very rude way the owners have treated us since our return. Please avoid at all costs!!!!

The apartment was as the advertising on line very clean and we'll maintained felt safe at night would recommend a car for finishing touch although air port only 15 mins away restaurant on site was great pools first glass will use again thanks

I stayed here with my teenage daughter for the month of July. Other family members joined us for a week. The apartment is very modern inside, clean and well equipped. The balcony is particularly nice with room for eating and relaxing - great views over the golf course. We hired a car which I would highly recommend in order to easily get around the resort and the Murcia area. Murcia city is beautiful; great for eating, shopping and sightseeing. There are some nice beaches around and the shopping malls are great at catering for children - far better than the UK! The resort has a nice restaurant which serves good food ; breakfast is particularly good! There is an outdoor cocktail bar that makes great cocktails and the service is friendly. - it became quite busy with a great atmosphere as the month progressed, full of families - lots of children . The owner of the apartment is very helpful. There is an underground car park which is necessary in the heat of July! The pool is very large and was quiet in early July. It got a lot busier with families in later July but still sufficient room for bathing/swimming. There are no sun loungers at the pool so you need to take the two provided at the apartment when bathing or other lilo/mat. We had a wonderful relaxing break and I would definitely recommend this apartment. I would also recommend a spare suitcase if you like shopping - great handbags and clothes to take home!!

I was traveling through Spain and I was very curious to go to this place. Even in winter, I could do a lot of things and have a great time! This apartment is new, cozy and has a nice view.

Fuimos a pasar 4 días y se nos pasaron volando de lo bien que estuvimos en el Resort. Jane nos entregó las llaves y nos enseñó la casa, parecía un hotel! muy limpio y ordenado, nos llamó la atención que en el lavabo tenía un precinto de higiene!! sensacional. Las vistas desde el apartamento son increíbles, transmiten un relax... pasé muchas horas tumbado disfrutando de ellas. La casa en general perfecta, muy cómodo, una TV espectacular y con WIFI ! (se hace difícil desconectar del mundo) pero es un servicio extra que no lo encuentras por ahí. Teníamos una piscina al lado, enorme y sólo habían una pareja de ingleses, un lujo vamos. Los jardines muy cuidados, seguridad cada cierto tiempo pasaba con el coche, la hacienda reformada en restaurante una pasada, cenamos una noche allí muy muy bien... No me lío más, volveremos a repetir! Gracias a Juan y a Jane por su trato tan profesional!
