Nice apartment
Lovely apartment. 2nd bedroom very small but ok for a small person. Lounge big enough to leave up sofa bed. No balcony just windows that open like patio doors. Clean area. Nice pool.

Perfect place for Winter Break
The apartment was exceptional. It was very clean and very modern and had everything we needed for a winter stay.
It was very warm inside the apartment even with no heating turned on with the full glass windows.
Second Bedroom was small but was only for sleeping.
Supermarket outside which was great and local bus stop.

Hidden gem
We stayed here for 11 nights and the apartment was truly a home from home, it had everything that we needed for a self catering holiday. The apartment was safe and secure and it had stunning views over the gardens and at the rear it had views of the mountains.
The gardens at playmon park were fantastic, it was like paradise. They also had an area with ducks and turtles. Our kids had hours of fun in the pool area which was open from 11am-9pm.
We loved our stay so much we have booked up again for next year.

Never again
Went for 10 days no tv at all,not disabled friendly as stated rooms could not swing a cat had to walk sideways no handles on fridge toilet and shower dirty have taken photos and owner not very helpful to us two senior citizens disabled no water in pool,suitable for young people who just want to sleep?air con drips into water bottle which you have to empty a lot doors are concertina doors could not get wheel chair through too narrow shower you have to hold because all broken the owner needs to get it all sorted out only nice part was sitting room.

There is full Tv in the apartment which is run by internet with full sky service. We gave you written instructions via email and there is a folder in the flat for you. All instructions are there - we have a smart tv which is easy to use. Unfortunately if you don't read or follow instructions then we can't help no more. We talked you through this late on your first evening.
The flat is very clean and the management team are used to provide this service to any guests as we are not there to check daily. So rely on them any cleaning issues should have been taken up with them.
The management company are responsible for guests well being as they are on site not the owners. So everything should be directed to them as they are there to sort things out.
They even spent hours on the first evening trying to sort out your luggage in their own time which was not their responsibility.
The shower is not broke the shower has 3 settings. Jet shower, hand held shower and over head shower. You need to turn the dial to the correct setting for over head use.
Air con works well. There is no problem with the air conditioning it is new. A container collects water to stop it dropping outside. Air con units drip this is not a fault. We have a container to protect people below. From dripping water- thinking about others.
All descriptions and photos are accurate.
We are a modern and up to date apartment with technology- we are sorry that the advanced technology on the tv system and shower was too much for you to understand.
May I suggest you read all descriptions before booking apartments in future

Perfect holiday
Ideal apartment for a family holiday. Where do I start. Apartment clean, tidy with everything you need. Location, perfect. Next to supermarket for all your needs. Pool immaculate with very respectable and friendly neighbours. Owners could not have been more helpful. Great value for money. Thank you!!

Mixed review: large spacious lounge area, small kitchen and bathroom but with everything you could possibly need (towels found last day of holidays)gardens and pool area beautiful. Downside is the bedrooms , we were 4 adults and baby and all slept in lounge as bedrooms are stuffy and small not suitable for purpose (would be better made into one room)plus in desperate need of decoration! Also on closer inspection needed good clean everywhere (crockery filthy etc)In our opinion most suited to 2/3 people at the most who are very able bodied as it is very steep walk up an Hill so cost us a fortune in taxis! Have stayed for half the price in bigger apartments previous month.Very overpriced !!!

Hi, Thank you for your stay and comments about the apartment. We have many towels in the apartment and are all located in the chest of draws in the bedroom so easy to find.
The description fully states that there are only 2 bedrooms with a twin room and a single room and are more than ample, with the main bedroom having a window. The bedrooms sleep 2 and 1 comfortably. The apartment was fully decorated during the winter months and is not a problem.
The hill to the apartment is also explained within the description.

Building Work
Arrived here 25 October for a week to find 8 buckets of rubble outside apartment then woken the following morning 7.30 am by builders in next door apartment drilling and hammering it was horrendous . Spoke to owner who said she was unaware of any work being done next door and it was out of her hands surely the management company who manage and clean the apartment must have known there was building work going on next door.Spoke to one of the builders who said they had been there for over 10 days .Im a pensioner and it spoilt our holiday if we had known about building work we would not have booked these apartments.

We were never made aware of any building work going on next door, otherwise you would have been advised.
Clients left the apartment the same day you arrived and had been in their for 10 days and never even mentioned anything going on next door.
We even offered you an half price stay on your next visit as we were not aware of this. I don't think we can be any fairer than that.
Unfortunately we have no control over any building work going on in other peoples private apartments and what happens next door is nothing we can stop.
Im sorry for any inconvenience caused but something are out of our control

Fabulous apartment. Everything we needed for a family of four. Facilities (pools) and play park brilliant. Kids loved watching the turtles and birds in the water. Location quiet but close enough to walk to pubs etc. Bus right outside supermarket takes you to waterpark. Supermarket very well priced. Would definitely book again.

Perfect place to stay.
Very nice place, just what we needed for our time away. had everything we needed. WIFI worked very well. tv was good when you get the hang of it. clean on arival, plenty of spare bedding, cutlery, glasses ect...
single room very small but can use the sofa bed in the front room if needed. twin room was perfect.
would stay again when visiting benidorm!
