Location perfect, no balcony, living dining room ok, bathroom ok, but the space they called the bedroom far far to small for two people, hardly any space in cubards, they were full of either bedclothes or towels, 11inc of space between the two single beds which were small. not even able to hang our outdoor jackets up, ,no space to get dressed in bedroom, would not recommend apartment to anyone. only stayed one night.

Dear Margaret, we are very astonished to get what it's the first complaint of this kind about our bedroom. It is indeed a small bedroom, as showed on the pics, but actually it has got enough space for a couple and plenty of space where you can store your belongings and clothes (there is a wardrobe with drawers and hangers) in front of the beds and another wardrobe behind the beds. When you checked in, you did not report to us any issue with the bedroom and so it was all along your stay. You only reported to us that the apartment was a bit cold and that you wanted an heater. We replied that the heater was available for an extra 5€ per day (as mentioned on our property page). We did not get any reply from you, even to our following couple of emails, so we believe you got upset because of the fact we were not offering the heater for free and decided now to leave us such an unpleasant review. Our guests are very important to us, this is why we are offering what we think it's a very comfortable and fully equipped apartment where all our guests will feel at home. Problems can arises but for that we kindly ask our guests to be cooperatives and we will be happy to help and find solutions.

Blue Sky Apartment Benidorm
just got back after three weeks stay at the blue sky apartments benidorm. fabulous apartment with everything you could want . on the doorstep of all the bars,supermarkets,beach etc. allissandro was suberb as the owner no problem contacting him if you needed too. had the sun all day from the apartment. british t.v. with all the channels you could think of. sport,movies, soaps etc. would definately recommend this apartment 10/10.

De lujo
Hemos estado de lujo, el apartamento genial limpio bien ubicado muy completo, con detalles que para nosotros son importantes como productos de limpieza papel higiénico y cantidad de ropa de cama y baño.
El dueño muy atento y la señora que r nos dio las llaves y las recogió un encanto.

Fantastic apartment
I'm here now with my daughter and what a fantastic apartment we have found, it has everything you need, like home from home, clean and modern, comfortable...plus with hidden extra's, Alex the owner is so helpful and on hand as much as you need him just a phone call or watts app away, it's central to everything, beach, bars and shops... I would defiantly recommend this apartment to anyone.... fantastic, 1 very happy customers ...Thank you so much Alessandro

please do not book this apartment if you are disabled
the disable ramp to this apartment is unusable for a disabled person i have a motorised scooter and my husband had to push me up the ramp as it is so steep when you get to the top there is no room to turn and when leaving he would have to hold me so i didnt shoot out into the street i just say got into the lift but could never have got in on my own the apartment is furnished with taste everything matches and looks lovely, however the bedroom is so small the beds are 2.6" and there is only a gap of about a foot in between the two beds so i couldnt get into the bedroom the sofa bed was so hard and uncomfortable i didnt have a good night sleep at all. the apartment is advertised with satelite tv but this only has bbc news and cnn news no programs are in english. There are no english speaking people in the apartment block so arrival, departure and when asking anything were like scenes from faulty towers so in the end we just got on with thngs

I was not aware of disability of guests. My apologies for it.
Bedroom is clearly showed on the pics, where size and gaps are clearly understandable; obviously not ideal for disable guests but good size for most of guests.
Sofa bed is a brand new one so surprised about this comment.
The apartment comes with fast internet connection and satellite tv. English channels are: BBC, CNN, Fox News, AlJazeera, Bloomberg. However, most of the channels can be easily switched to english language when watching a movie. I explained to these guests how to do that by remote control.
The statement that no english speaking people are available is completely false. I personally responded via text messages to all of their queries in english language and for all their stay.
