Interacción con los huéspedes: We clean the studio and change the bedding in the beginning of your stay, you can use our cleaner at €30 for a deep clean during your stay payable directly to them . You will find the keys in the key box and you will leave them in the same place after your stay, loosing the keys in £40 charge. Loosing the Carpark thob £40 charge (deposit £40 for the thob).

Few things were not good, wiring not safe and needs attention lounge light not working,security not good, unable to lock sliding door from outside, overall cheap basic accommodation would stay again no problem

Basic bungalow good and bad points
Very basic no WiFi made a difference the smart TV you couldn't get sub titles so if British wasn't good the couch was uncomfortable and marked was best sitting on cushions and beds were camp beds if you had joint problems not for you was low down work tops in kitchen were burnt marks and silicone in sink needed renewed wires were hanging out of wall in kitchen also iron was decent but needed new cable as wires were showing toilet door was badly marked needed bit of bottom and painted it hasn't been painted at all since hung was swelling at bottom to toilet was leaking sent picks to owner he said he couldn't see from picture also light in living room wasn't working and bedroom worked sometimes to was hanging down at top of ceiling told owner the hot water boiler was very good instant hot water in shower ment it didn't go cold at all same in kitchen tiles in bungalow were cracked in bits dont walk about in bare feet if owner spent some money to modernise it and put WiFi in would be good same with outdoor part nice table and chairs instead of old kitchen chairs would make it nice outside also net curtains need washed blinds would be better that nets also outside door doesn't lock only the iron gates on it and it has only one handle and nail in other side which makes it harder to get locked or open giving two keys would also make a big difference as it meant if my husband went out I couldn't as needed key to get back into complex if owner made the bungalow modern same as the rest around it would make it lovely same as the others around it and owner should let people know how to use hob as it is very tricky to work could not get it to work until owner sent a video after I complained it wasn't working would have made a difference in owner told you about it instead of waiting till we complained it wasn't working he should let you know it's tricky to work

Disgusting apt
Hi, i booked d26 la siesta urb in benidorm from 5th jan to 25th feb 2023 i have left the apt on 20th jan after 2 weeks
On arrival i raised cleanliness issues with owner with pictures
He got iron board cover, 2 bed sheets and shower curtain
I had to buy quilts for beds, quilt covers and towels and pay a private cleaner to clean damp mould over walls,deep clean whole apt
Owner refuses to reimburse me saying it is clean when pictures show quilts all stained, towels dirty,wash machine not been cleaned in years floors filthy and food out of date by 1 to 2 years in apt
Do not book this apt thru holiday lettings
My husband has breathing machine so we had to move to a hotel costing another £3200
Absolutely shocking that tripadvisor say cleanliness isnt an important factor aswell as owner not a legal operator and no insurance as confirmed by on site maintenance team

Benidorm La siesta bungalows
Was a fabulous holiday and the bungalow had everything we needed close to shops cafe’s bars and beach . Very quiet stay at La siesta bungalows .would definitely stay here again.

Get what you pay for
La siesta is in a good position in the rincon area of benidorm very close to some poplar bars and supermarkets The beach is a 10 minute walk away bus stop is at the end of the road .
A lot of the people are residents on here and it can get quite noisy with young children when they finish school but during the night it was probably one of the quietest places we have stayed in benidorm .
Now when it comes to accomodation in benidorm i consder myself a expert espicailly on self catering accommodation. We stay in benidorm twice / three times a year in different apartments / bungalows we even have done the camping sites
what i do expect for my money and is number 1 of my list is Cleanliness
When we arrived at 930pm the previous occupants had left food in the fridge and they had left personal items that they did not wish to take home
The place had not been cleaned it was dirty . we had no clean bedding to make up the single beds and no clean towels . We slept on our beach towels and made do for the night ..
The following morning i went out brought washing powder and disinfectant and bleach and cleaned the apartment and done all the single bedding and towels
Not how i wanted to spend my first days holiday .
i immediately emailed the owner Raf the following morning and informed him that the cleaner had not been in and also of the drawer of the wardrobe was off and a few other things i had noticed were broken He did return my email back immediately and apologised for the problem .
The shower was fab but it kept blocking up but this was a problem i think on the whole of the complex itself as the lorry was pumping out the drains a few days before we left .
The aircon was brilliant . To be fair for the price i paid for 10 nights i could not grumble but i seriously think that the £30 cleanng fee should be refunded back to me and the owner raf needs to get a better cleaning service
There was no way that cleaner had been in there for months
The pool was great the lifeguard is a bit of a pain in the neck with his regimental rules
other than that we put the begining of our stay behind us and had a good holiday

Hello we are sorry for not cleaning the Bungalow, this Bungalow is our Familly small investement run by local agencies, who make mistakes with the dates of bookings, I’am at the moment in Benidorm showing the complaints to the agency who is not accepting the mistake, however ,I will contact you by email to refund your cleaning money

Apartamento en malas condiciones
A la reserva del apartamento nos indicaron que disponíamos de plaza de garaje (plaza 44), lo cual no es así, tras preguntar a los vecinos, nos indicaron que nadie dispone de plaza de garaje, que cada uno aparca donde puede siempre que haya sitio. El apartamento se encontraba bastante sucio, los muebles en bastante mal estado, las camas fatal, la zona donde se encuentran las dos camas tenía la luz fundida, las cortinas de la entrada de la vivienda tenía manchas enormes, la ducha se embozaba, el wc sin tapadera (la cual estaba en un lado del water en el suelo llena de suciedad), sillas de comedor rotas,....
Lo único bueno que tenía la vivienda es el aire acondicionado y la piscina.

Agradable estancia
Fue una experiencia muy buena el sitio muy acogedor y trankilo y la piscina riquísima... recomendable!!!!!
