Estuvimos solo 6 noches a finales junio y primeros de julio, eso fue lo único malo. El apartamento está fantástico, las fotos que hay son lo que ves a encontrar, todo bastante nuevo y la limpieza correcta. Es bastante amplio, con 2 baños completos con bide y bañera con mampara. 2 terrazas una de ellas muy amplia con vistas a la laguna y al mar y que puedes hacer vida en ella, la cocina no es muy grande pero de vacaciones tampoco preparas grandes comidas y muy completa de equipamiento. Las camas son cómodas, dormimos muy a gusto. Tiene un dormitorio de matrimonio muy amplio con salida a la terraza grande y baño incorporado y otro de 2 camas, con espacio suficiente con otra terraza mas pequeña que da a la piscina. Tiene sofa-cama en el salón no es de los más cómodos pero correcto y un sillón orejero muy bueno para cabezadas después de comer. Ideal para 2 parejas o un matrimonio con hijos. El edificio tiene 22 plantas y 2 ascensores. Al ser un 8º piso y tener ventanas/terrazas orientadas a varios lados, está muy bien ventilado, siempre hay algo de brisa y le hace bastante fresco, no tuvimos que poner el aire acondicionado en toda los días que estuvimos, alguna noche se levantó demasiada brisa y hacía corriente y te quedabas hasta frío y tenías que cerrar un poco las ventanas. También tiene una plaza de garaje en el sótano bastante amplia, caben coches grandes sin problemas. La piscina de la urbanización es bastante grande con amplias zonas para estar o tomar el sol. El propietario es bastante atento y se preocupa de que estás a gusto. En definitiva, muy buen apartamento, y está el primero en nuestra lista para próximas ocasiones. This is a wonderful apartment situated just 2 minutes from the beach. 2 good size double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, utility area & 2 balconies, one facing South, the other North. Its well furnished, well kept & was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The larger of the 2 balconies is side on to the Lake & the sea so has decent views of both. The smaller balcony also looks towards the sea. The apartment is well equipped & includes a large TV (Spanish stations - but with USB ports for connecting other devices), washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, air con etc. If you're in a car there is plenty of parking around, & an underground garage. Calpe has 2 main beaches & a harbour/marina area. The apartment is literally 2 minutes walk from the nearest beach (Playa Fossa), 5 minutes walk from the harbour & maybe 6 minutes walk from the 2nd Calpe beach (Playa del Arenal bol). It's also about 5 minutes walk to the foot of the rock that Calpe is famous for. Just for good measure, it's also 2 minutes walk in the opposite direction to the Salt Lake on which lots of Flamingoes feed - and if you don't fancy walking anywhere, then in the grounds of the apartment block is an excellent swimming pool complex for lazing about. Several supermarkets, & lots of shops, bars & restaurants, are all very close by. Overall, its an excellent apartment, well situated, well equipped & well kept.

Totally impressed with our first visit to Calpe. Lovely well equipped apartment, maintained to a very high standard. Lovely views and sunshine to both balconies, morning and late afternoon. Will certainly make an effort to return. Only one small negative, front bedroom did not have blackout curtains, and therefore we were wakened very early due to sun streaming in. Some people though, may not consider this a negative. Our thanks to both a David and Carolina for their welcome.

The apartment is the best option for family holiday with children. Very good localisation, between two beaches, and lake. Short way to shops like mercadone or consum. Recommend it for grate holidey in Spain.

This is a fantastic apartment in a great location close to all amenities. Beach, restaurants, Shops are all within 3min walk. The apartment is immaculate, spotlessly clean, It has good wifi, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms. It has two balconies, one sea view the other is over looking the swimming pool, The swimming pool is excellent which we really enjoyed. The apartment has secure underground car parking. David the owner was always on hand to help make our stay in Calpe a wonderful experience, Big thanks To David. Looking forward to returning back

David fue muy atento, el lugar es inmejorable y el piso estaba muy limpio. Lo recomiendo mucho, ha sido genial

Appartement très bien situé. Spacieux et propre. Seule remarque le linge doit être changé chaque semaine, pour les locations de plus d'une semaine (mais je garde ma notation : excellent). Piscine, clim et proximité à la plage, commerces et las salinas (lagon avec des flamants roses). 200 mètres de la plage de La FOSSA.
