I stayed at the villa with my family for a week.
I am quite fussy & knew exactly what I wanted. I had a long list of requirements.
This villa is wonderful. The photographs are just not enough.
It's a large villa with two lounges, two kitchens, 3 bedrooms, one en-suite. The upstairs bedroom is huge with a television on the wall, very large bed. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath & separate shower with double sink. Air conditioning & large patio doors with view across to the mountains.
All rooms were exceptionally clean, beds freshly laundered, plenty of bath towels & beach towels too. Also the mattresses were new & of high quality, I slept so well.
The kitchen was fully equipped & on arrival a large bottle of cold water was ready in the fridge along with a bowl of fresh fruit & plenty of toilet roll. Dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, juicer & more.
The pool is large, with roman steps ( great for little ones or those unsteady on their feet) it is surrounded by a well kept garden which included an apricot tree, lemon tree & salad garden. A large grassed area, with a number of flowers. There is an outside bathroom too. Sunbeds with pads for extra comfort & sun umbrellas. BBQ.
To the side of the villa there is a quiet shady area with table & chairs. The villa also has another outside area just outside of the patio doors from the kitchen with another table & chairs. At the front of the villa there is another area with plants & washing line which leads into a quiet conservatory area.
This villa has both large open plan areas with large comfy sofas for everyone to be together whilst also having plenty of quiet areas for relaxing alone. Shutters on all of the windows to keep cool, bugs out & for darkness if having a lie-in.
The area surrounding the villa is quiet, safe & well maintained.
There are many supermarkets nearby, Mercadona, Carrefour, Aldi, Lidl & others. We had a hire car (which isn't absolutely necessary) & the marina, shops, beach, large town area (Torreivieja) were all within a 15 minute drive & easy to find.
The owners Maria & Ben were kind, happy, helpful & didn't disturb us at anytime.
We were late arriving & they waited to greet us with a smile & a hug too. Then they went home & left us to our holiday. We felt they really wanted us to have a great, fun & relaxing time, which we did.
The only negative thing I can say is that due to work commitments, I could only stay for a week.
I would recommend his villa & I would stay here again.
