We stayed LaTerrazza Family vacations in September and can’t say enough about what a fabulous house it is. The accommodations are wonderful for singles and families. Bedrooms are comfortable and bathrooms very accommodating. The house was immaculate. Great location with a gorgeous 360 degree view of Naples Bay, and the surrounding mountains. Our host was always available for questions about local restaurants, shopping and transportation assistance.
We hope everyone who visits this beautiful home will enjoy it as much as we did.

Beautiful Villa in lovely town near Sorrento
Recently stayed at the La Terrazza Family Holidays home (villa) in Sant' Agnello, very near Sorrento Italy. The villa is beautiful and very modern inside. We were a group of 3 couples, so a total of 6 adults and the La Terrazza is very large and quite spacious with a total of 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a lovely half bath. We had been traveling in upper Italy for the week prior to our arrival and upon entry in to the villa we were very much impressed with the size, and the cleanliness of the villa. We stayed for a extended period of 8 nights, Each couple had a very large modern bedroom, all equipped with very large flat screen TV's with fire sticks and access to so much programming for our relaxing late evenings upon return to the villa.
The host is so very kind and checked in with me each and every day. He met us on the day of arrival when we had a bit of trouble with the air con system and quickly resolved.
The upper level terrace is just stunning with so much space to spread out and enjoy.
The town the villa is located in Sant Agnello is just so quaint and safe to walk around in, plus so close to the local train station ab out 10 minute walk and then one train stop in to Sorrento, we did walk to Sorrento one day and it does take about 30 minutes to walk to Sorrento, but the train is really quick and we loved being a bit away from busy Sorrento. We took a few day trips from the villa via a private driver who had no issues at all locating the villa.
For a larger group you must in fact consider booking La Terrazza you will just simply love this place!

Ottima vacanza
Abbiamo passato 3 notti in questa struttura e siamo stati molto bene. La casa è curata pulita e nuova negli arredi. All'arrivo abbiamo trovato un pacco di benvenuto con una bottiglia di vino bianco , pasta , pomodoro e latte. Abbiamo trovato anche asciugamani per il mare. Aria condizionata e wifi moderni. Vista della terrazza stupenda e limonaia meravigliosa sotto casa Proprietario Michele gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

ESTANCIA FAMILIAR FANTÁSTICA!!!
Fuimos a pasar unos días en familia a la Costa Amalfitana (8 adultos y 6 niñas), la casa superó cualquier expectativa que tuviéramos, muy bien ubicada para conocer la zona, grande, muy limpia y acogedora, no le falta de nada, y que puedo decir de Michele,el propietario, es increíble, todo el tiempo pendiente de nosotros y de si necesitábamos algo. La casa tiene una terraza con unas vistas geniales :-). Sin lugar a dudas si volvemos allí repetimos!!!!!.

Perfect in every way
We are 6 girls who have just returned after spending 6 nights at this villa. Michele, the owner, was in constant contact to make sure everything was as it should be. We had a problem with the lights on the terrace but a technician was sent round straight away to correct the fault. We would recommend staying at this villa as it was immaculately clean, excellent layout of bedrooms etc for a family or large group of people and the large terrace was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fantastic sea views. It is a good walk up hill from the centre so hiring a car would make the travelling much easier. We would definitely return again. Thank you Michele

Perfection! Impressively clean and spacious apartment and very generous host.
Our party of 9 was very comfortable at La Terrazza. The home is immaculate, comfortable and well-appointed. Beds are very comfortable, and the rooftop terrace is very enjoyable for sunsets and relaxation. The town of Sant'Agnello has everything you need within a 15 minute walk (exception: when we arrived on a Sunday, when we should have expected most shops to be closed. We could have visited a supermarket in Sorrento by train, however we were exhausted from travel already. Thankfully, our host had a bottle of wine and a basket of pasta ready for us to prepare). We walked frequently to the waterfront for a swim off of a pier.
Michele, our host was constantly available and helpful in every way. We did not hire a car, but had no difficulty navigating the area (trips to Sorrento, Pompeii, Capri and Positano) via the Circumvesuviana Train. Luckily we are early birds, so only experienced one leg on the train that was ultra-packed (and ultra-packed is an understatement). It would have been more manageable if we weren't trying to travel in a 9 person pack.
Michele's recommendation of a boat tour company to Capri was very good, as well as his advice in navigating the timing of bus/ferry access to the Amalfi Coast. We walked up the hill one hot day to Frantoio Gargiulo, where we attended a free and impromptu tour of the olive grove and manufacturing facility, and then a sampling of their various wonderful olive oil blends, limoncello and assorted local liqueurs.
Bar L'Archetto is in very close proximity, and was a wonderful place for a breakfast pastry and cappuccino, as well as very good pizza for dinner. The teens in our party visited in even more frequently (when they tired of accompanying us on our miles of exploration), and felt quite welcome.
We would love to visit again someday, and could not recommend it more highly. Thank you, Michele!

Fantastic Apartment
Michele was a great host he has thought of every little detail to make the apartment the perfect place to stay.
The apartment is spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and luxury bathrooms but the highlight for us was the roof terrace with fantastic views.
The neighbours were friendly and there is a short walk into the village which has general shops and some nice family restaurants.
The station and buses are found here so a quick 2 min trip into Sorrento easy to walk if you want to explore more.

Fabulous terrace with a view over the bay of Naples
Location is San Agnello and in 2 minutes on a train you are in Sorrento. The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern furniture, comfy beds and the kitchen is well equipped. The best part was the spacious terrace with sun beds and a table where we ate most of our breakfasts. Just 7 minutes from station, albeit uphill, you have easy access to the train that can also take you to Pompei and Herculaneum. I would recommend ‘Mi Ami’ a takeaway place near the station where you can eat outside, delicious food and very resonable.

Roof terrace with stunning views
We found the house well-maintained, spacious and very clean. It was decorated well and was very comfortable. The house was equipped with everything we needed and we enjoyed the roof terrace with stunning views to the sea in particular.
We used the house as a base to explore Sorrento, Pompeii and Herculaneum from the Circumvesuviana trainline which is 10/15 minutes walk away. There are frequent trains which are very cheap. Sant' Agnello itself is lovely and quieter than Sorrento. There are shops, restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance of the house. We didn't bring a car and had no need for one. If you do bring a car there is parking available.
Michele was a great host and was always contactable if anything was needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

AMAZING Family Home Feel!!!
This was perfect for us, and for many other types of people. I'm from New York, and now living in south Florida with my wife and two small children (4 year old son and 6 year old daughter). It is the first time in Europe, and Michele's home was more than perfect for us. He has everything top-notch and even has a binder with massive information on the area on recommendations, prices, etc. He contacted me once every day to make sure were happy and if we needed anything. If the weather permits, you have an amazing view from the top deck that is very spacious!! Even the laundry room is awesome! You even have an Orange and Lemon tree from the patio which we picked off from, and tasted awesome! I rented a car, and he had free parking which was always available. I can write much more, but I want to end it on his attention to the customer. My mother forgot an additional wallet she brought with her, but didn't realize until were almost 3 hours away (after checking out). He went out of his way to ship it out to us, and only told us to pay the delivery fee. He didn't want anything extra for his time and gas, instead he just wanted us to be happy. Michele is an amazing person, and I want to make this my vacation home when I come back. I will recommend this to my family and friends any day!! Ti Ringrazziamo Michele!!
