What a stunning flat in Rome ! It was perfect for our family reunion: Roberta, Catherine and Sylvia the excellent chef, I cannot thank you enough for your kindness, your disponibility, your precious advices for restaurants and above all your professionalism.
We will definitely come back! The little bistrot with Luigi next to the flat was also great for aperitif and amazing Italian food !

Absolutely Stunning Apartment
I am so incredibly glad we booked this apartment for our trip to Rome! We love the character of the apartment, and my MIL, who can't do stairs, appreciated the gorgeous elevator. Eva met us at the apartment, and was so incredibly gracious and fabulous. She walked us through a map of Rome with tips and details that were priceless. She recommended a restaurant for dinner that was a perfect fit for our first night in Rome. I can't say enough about how wonderful the apartment was. It fit the 7 of us perfectly! And the neighborhood was gorgeous and safe! I will be saving to come back and stay here again. It couldn't have been more wonderful. Thank you for making our first trip to Rome perfect.

Great 5 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment for large groups.
If you have a large group and need five bedrooms, this is a great place. It's updated and clean and the host was very helpful with bookings to and from the apartment, train station, and the chef at home (take advantage of this--a professional chef comes to the apartment and cooks an authentic Italian dinner for you and your group). Everything was just as the pictures looked and we were very comfortable. We walked to almost all of the locations--which was bit of a walk, but we had the time and enjoyed the exercise. An upgrade of a bit better towels and pillows would make the place perfect.

MAGNIFICO APARTAMENTO
Hemos pasado un fin de semana maravilloso en Roma, y el apartamento Mazzini ha tenido mucho que ver.
Esta magnificamente situado, es amplio y confortable y sobre todo muy comodo.
Los dormitorios amplios y cfon todas las comodidades, television incluido en todos ellos.
La cocina comoda y las zonas de relax muy amplias y comodas
En dedIfinitiva un apartamento muy recomendable

Ambiente espaçoso e bem localizado
O atendimento rápido e eficiente dos que alugam o apartamento prenuncia a qualidade do local. O apartamento é bastante amplo, e pelo planta da habitação que vimos comporta 14 pessoas (éramos um grupo de 8, portanto havia áreas que estavam fechadas). O piso frio, ainda que não fosse mármore como anunciado, é muito bem conservado, assim como os móveis e a estrutura geral. Foi realizado um minucioso check-in, onde foram avaliadas o funcionamento das luzes, águas, aparelhos domésticos, sendo anotado o que não estava funcionando corretamente. Importante: avisem com antecedência a chegada para que possam aguardá-los na porta. Na vizinhança ocorre feira de hortigranjeiro, açougue e peixaria e há 2 supermercados, cafés e 3 restaurantes, suficiente para preparar refeições ou mesmo fazer lanches. Talvez seja necessário substituir algumas panelas, já gastas pelo uso, e adicionar mais uma média para preparo de molhos ou cocção de guarnições às refeições. A estação de metrô mais próxima é a Lepanto, cerca de 10 minutos em marcha rápida. Recomendo contratar o serviço de transfer, mesmo porque é eficiente e sai mais barato que o táxi comum

We stayed here with 7 adults and 5 children, and this property totally works. It is well appointed and roomy enough for everyone. There is air condition in all of the rooms, which is really nice. There is an in-person check in and in-person check-out process that we had not encountered at any other properties that we have rented in the past, but it wasn't too onerous. If I have any criticisms it would be that there was no dishwasher soap provided and I wish there had been more towels, but these are small things. Also, note that there is a washer, but no dryer in the apartment. The location is convenient enough, although not in the center of Rome. We found the taxi stand that is VERY close by really convenient. Overall, I would recommend this apartment.

Stunning apartment, fantastic location!
Travelling with a group of 7 adults and 5 children, our options for accommodation were limited. We were delighted to find this apartment. We opted to have a taxi service bring us from the airport directly to the apartment, but if you were travelling without children it would be very easy and cheap to use public transport.
Our first impression of the place was: wow! It was big, luxurious and spotlessly clean. Marble floors, high ceilings, shuttered windows - exactly what you imagine a European city apartment to be.
The children loved the space and the layout worked really well for a large group, although the living room couches couldn't seat everyone. There was plenty of hot water at all times of the day. The beds were extremely comfortable, but they did have blankets rather than duvets.
The kitchen was modern and quite well equipped. With children, we found the easiest thing was to eat a large lunch at a restaurant, then cook at the apartment in the evening - local restaurants are closed from 3pm to 7pm.
The location is very convenient: Supermarket, pharmacy,bars, cafes, gelaterias and taxi rank all just a couple of minutes away. There were also some lovely boutiques for browsing! A market took place on an adjoining street every morning except Sunday, with beautiful fresh fruit, veg, bread, meat and fish. (The fish was a little expensive)
It was an easy 10 minute walk to Lepanto Metro station, from which it was simple to travel to any of the city's sights. We also walked to the Vatican, just 20 mins away. A nearby tram stop took us to the Bioparco zoo.
I highly recommend this location for large groups, and I'm hoping to return!

Very spacious accommodation
A lovely spacious apartment in a quiet residential area about half an hours walk from The Vatican. The bedrooms are all very spacious and the apartment is well equipped, the aircon and tiled floors were a welcome relief to hot tired feet at the end of a busy day walking around Rome. Public transport (tram, bus and metro) are easily accessible and there is a small supermarket nearby as well as some nice restaurants. It sleeps up to 14 people but there is only comfortable seating for 6 in the lounge, we were a party of 8 so some of us had to sit on dining chairs in the evening if we all wanted to sit and relax together.
