A very nice and well-furnished apartment in a quiet neighborhood of Rome. We booked it because it was close to the train station and convenient to get to/from Fiumicino Airport (note that you need to take the local train which stops at Trastevere station, not the Leonardo Express to Rome). The apartment had lots of natural light (faces south and west) and spacious bedrooms. It was nice to have air conditioning, as the windows had no screens and there are mosquitoes throughout Italy in the summer. The kitchen with table/chairs was cozy and had access to a very nice balcony with a sitting area perfect for relaxing and having coffee or breakfast. The entire apartment was very clean (no ants in the kitchen!). The neighborhood was quiet with access to a large supermarket just up the street. Street parking is possible, but may be difficult to find at certain times. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

I stayed in Trastevere last year when I visited Rome so was keen to book this location again but because I knew that this time of the year would be hotter (roasting!) I wanted a balcony or terrace. Very modern apartment with wifi and aircon. Great shower, hot water and water pressure. Loads of stairs up to the apartment so not for those who find walking difficult. Main tram stop about 6 mins walk down the hill with easy access into Rome. Lady who manages the property lives on the ground floor and is very helpful...just make sure you brush up on your Italian. We booked Rideways taxi transfer from the airport which was less than €40. I would always stay in Trastevere when visiting Rome and can highly recommend this place. Comfortable beds and a baking hot sun drenched terrace!

Cecilia is a lovely hostess. The vacation rental building is in a beautiful residential area of Rome up on the Gianicolense area. There are shops nearby with all necessary amenities and plenty of restaurants. Cecilia has a very concise neighborhood guide which is very useful. The apartment is up two flights of steps; it is very clean, has two very spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, good lighting. The apartment does not have a living room or sofa and the only sitting area is around the kitchen table, or at a small outside cantilevered balcony with table with chairs. There is another room which is locked so maybe that's a living room. The kitchen equipment with pots, pans, cutlery very clean and orderly. The kitchen has no microwave. There is no bottled water in the fridge, no napkins, paper towels available upon arrival. The bathroom is very clean, functional, has hair dryer. The shower stall is small; no place to put your soap.All the electricals and plumbing work perfectly. It is a good accommodation in a good part of Rome and not too far from a bus from which you can access the underground/subway, or you can even walk into town- the closest well-trodden tourist area being Trastevere. The closest attraction is the Teatro (Italian language theatre) and the stunning park, Villa Pamphilij which is gorgeous and not too overrun with tourists. I would recommend this holiday rental for a good value for money accommodation for people who want basic self catering.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie Anbindungen an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind fußläufig erreichbar. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden herzlichen empfangen und auch bei der Abreise wurde uns sehr entgegen gekommen. Wir waren mit zwei kleinen Kindern in Rom und da unser Rückflug sehr spät am Abend war, konnten wir ohne Mehrkosten das Appartement noch bis in den frühen Abend nutzen. Das hat uns sehr geholfen, denn es war der einzige verregnete Tag unseres Aufenthaltes und wir hätten nicht gewusst, wohin mit den Kindern und dem ganzen Gepäck. Außerdem wurde uns neben dem Babybett sogar noch ein Buggy zur Verfügung gestellt. Auch das ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand. Das alles hat dazu beigetragen, dass der Rahmen um unseren Urlaub herum sehr gut gepasst hat. Vielen Dank noch einmal und Best regards :-)

L'appartamento è ampio e molto pulito. Il villino, situato in un tranquillo quartiere di Roma, circondato da belle case e giardini è a 2 passi dai mezzi pubbici che dopo poche fermate ti portano nel centro di Roma. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Grazie Cecilia e Alessandro per la disponibilità.

Chalet en barrio residencial, matrimonio propietario vive en primera planta muy amables y facilitadores. Vivenda en alquiler en 1º (sin ascensor) muy limpio, bien decorado y cómodo.

Mit meinem Mann und seiner 18 jährigen Tochter haben wir 4 wunderschöne Tage in Rom verbracht. In der Villino Rinaldi waren wir bei Cecilia und Alessandro sehr gut aufgehoben. Sie haben uns am 1. morgen ein feines Frühstück (auf Wunsch erhältlich) aufgetischt. Der selbstgebackene Orangenkuchen hat hervorragend gemundet ! Sie haben uns bei der Ankunft auch einen Plan mit den Restaurants / Kaffees / Geschäften in Monteverde ausgehändigt. Darauf waren auch die Bus- und Tramhaltestelle ersichtlich. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und hell. Ausserdem verfügt sie über eine kleine Terrasse, die wir wegen dem noch etwas frischen Wetter (Mitte März) leider nur selten genutzt haben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen alten Herrschaftshaus in einer gepflegten, ruhigen und sicheren Gegend in Monteverde. Super Ausgangslage, um Rom zu erkundigen :Die Busstation vom Bus no 75 (direkte Verbindung von der Stazione Termini) befindet sich knappe 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung. Die Station des Tram No. 8 (Richtung Trastevere/Piazza Venezia) befindet sich ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Wohnung. Wir kommen wieder !

Il nostro soggiorno in questa struttura è da poco finito e il nostro cuore è rimasto in quel suggestivo e delizioso villino, situato in un quartiere bello e tranquillo a due passi dal centro storico e dal Vaticano. Qui ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato Cecilia, la proprietaria di questa incantevole location, sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta ed anche una brava guida turistica. Grazie ancora per averci accompagnato a visitare la tua spendita città!! L'appartamento delizioso, confortevole e pulito è provvisto di tutto cio' che serve per cucinare e mangiare a casa. Nelle vicinanze della struttura si puo trovare tutto cio' di cui si ha bisogno, dal supermercato alla farmacia. Altri punti di forza sono i vari ristoranti, pizzerie, pasticcerie che si trovano nelle vicinanze. Grazie ancora per questa bellissima vacanza in Vostra compagnia.

Un appartement très calme et très propre au sein d'une maison individuelle. Lumineux et fonctionnel, literie très confortable, clim individuelle dans les 2 chambres. Petit balcon pour déjeuner et diner. Propriétaires charmants et disponibles pour nous aider. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour à Rome.
