Todo muy serio
Lo recomiendo , una linda casa, es cómoda y tanto el dueño Daniel como las chicas al frente de la misma son buenas personas. No tendrán ningún problema con ellos.

Amazing
Awesome location with great accommodation. Nice, clean and very accommodating. Stayed with family and the kids loved it. Strongly recommend it. It’s 20 mins drive away from all the main locations in Rome. Good local supermarkets and places to eat.

Great stay
We had a great stay and found the house to be very well equipped. We had two small children and the house had two cots and one high chair which was very useful.We had a few questions over the course of our stay and Dan was very quick to provide help. The house is in a good location for day trips to Rome and other outlying sights.

Calm, stylish retreat for sightseeing
We stayed here as a party of 2 adults and 6 children aged 3-15. We liked the fact that it had a safe, enclosed garden where the kids could run about, and lots of space inside. We agree with previous reviews about the nice terrace and view from the garden! The property is finished to a high specification, as the photos show. We enjoyed spending time there. It is really good as a base for sightseeing in several areas. It took us about half an hour to drive to the recommended metro stop to go into Central Rome, and then just 10 minutes on the train. After the full-on experience of sightseeing in Rome it was nice to come back somewhere so calm. We particularly enjoyed visiting the Ostia Antica archaeological site, which was about 40 minutes away and really lovely to walk round - and very child-friendly (it's where the Roman Mysteries stories are set). There is not a lot going on in Aranova itself - a few restaurants but it's not really set up for walking so you do really need a car - and there is secure parking . My large MPV vehicle fitted into the parking space but check with the owner if you have a in vehicle.
The neighbours look after the property when the owner is away and are very friendly, and speak excellent English.

Magnifico!
We were a party of six adults and one child who stayed at the villa for one week. The villa was very nice and had all conveniences necessary. Our host Dan was very easy to deal with under the proceedings and during our stay.
The villa is located close to Rome and even closer to the beach... which was nice because of the lovely weather.
We will most likely go back if we have the opportunity!

Best Villa ever
We made our first trip to Italy to celebrate our 10th anniversary. We chose Villa Aranova as our "home base". The location is wonderful - only 15 minutes from Rome to easily visit for the day, but also convenient to go to the beach, the lakes, Tuscany and Umbria. The home is perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or or swimming to the near sea. We spent every evening in the beautiful patio and garden enjoying the view of a woods with a glass of wine! Beds are comfy, kitchen is of a top of the range and it is very well equipped, the home is spotless and the homeowner provides tons of information for guests. He answered every question and was incredibly helpful. Even the neighbours are friendly and helpful. We would love to return someday!
