We stayed in the apartment for four nights. Nice location, easy access with bus. Walking distance to the Vatican. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening. We made breakfast at the apartment, but ate dinner in Trastevere or at the local restaurants. We can wholeheartedly recommend this apartment.

We were only here for 4 nights, but it was wonderful. It is so close to the centre that we could just walk to everything, St Peters is just a 15min walk. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to, we did not spend much time in the apartment, but the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. Michaela was lovely and very helpful, she arranged a car to and from the airport, which was very handy. Would definitely recommend!

Mini-appartamento in perfette condizioni, completo di tutti gli accessori e con una deliziosa verandina. Posizionato a due passi dal Vaticano. Parcheggio agevole in zona. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

It was my second stay here. The location is excellent. The property was well maintained. We had a good private terrace although did not use it. The best was the owner, Michela. She was wonderful and SO very helpful and flexible with all our requests!

We stayed at the studio for 4 nights in May. Michela organized transport from the airport for us, and was there to greet us when we arrived at the apartment, with maps and lots of very helpful information about where to go shopping, where to catch the bus etc. It was invaluable. We used it all, and really appreciated her help. The apartment was roomy and modern and had all the amenities we could need. We ate in two of the four nights - heating up simple meals in the kitchen and eating on the terrace. We appreciated that everything was so nice and clean and everything - including coffee and shampoo was supplied! Thank you!

We are just enjoying the last night of a seven might stay in Rome. The flat is delightfully quiet and very secure. The beds are very comfortable. We used both the double bed and the settee made up,as a bed and slept well on both. The kitchen was well equipped for,its size - it has an oven, a microwave and two electric rings('this is a studio) but wouldn't like to have to cook a full meal in it, but then who,would want to on holiday. The roof terrace was a real treat. We sat out there for breakfast and each evening except tonight when we have had our first rain. Free wifi is a. Real. Bonus. Michela is really helpful from the first communication to the printouts on arrival detailing transport links, shops, directions or anything you could possibly want to know. Her offer of arranging a taxi from the airport was excellent . Would recommend. The shower had very good pressure and there was an endless supply of hot water, as it is ' over the bath' need to take care not to slip getting in and out as no non slip mat. The buses do indeed stop right outside the door, but be warned, this is a city and most of the time it is like getting on a bus in London on the rush hour without people understanding abut queuing . Getting a seat was a rare bonus. We bought a 7 day ticket for €24, and it was definitely worth it as it meant we could get on any bus, metro or train within Rome ( having said that I saw very few Romans appearing to bother with a ticket at all!on the buses anyway.). If you don't want to haven't take a bus to get into the middle of Rome, then would recommend staying on the other side of the river. It's about 20 minute walk from the flat to St. Peter's and another 15 on top 'f that to the Vatican museums, but with a pass it is worth getting a bus to near st Peters anyway to save your legs. form here to the river would be 40 minutes. All in all its been a very lovely stay

Our stay at the end of the summer was magical. We were a ten minute walk to the Vatican and Michela met us and greeted us with a neat binder of information on public transportation. She also reserved a car to take us to the airport when we sadly had to leave! The studio is clean and beautiful, and we had a wonderful time exploring the city! We enjoyed coffee on the terrace and a quiet comfortable stay. Perfect for two. HIGH RECCOMEND!!! If we ever have the amazing chance to return to Rome, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We spend more than a week in the nice flat, very clean, quiet and with nice furniture. In a quiete and secure area near the Vatican with restaurants nearby. the flat is very close to a bus stop ny which you can travel to famous places of Rome.

Nice appartement in a very good location. The appartement is very well organised with all you'll need. The place is very secure and you have all around: grocery, restaurants ... Michela is very Kind. She welcomed us with a lot of informations. Very appreciated. We will definitively rent the same appartement for our next trip in Rome.
