L’appartamento, situato in una zona molto comoda vicinissima alla metro, è accogliente, pulito e in ottime condizioni. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La zona è molto comoda e ben collegata al centro storico e sono presenti molti bar ristoranti tipici. Consigliato sia per viaggi in famiglia che con amici.

The apartment has excellent installations, very comfortable and with a great location. About 15 min walking distance from Coliseo or 2 metro stops. Marbo made our stay very pleasant and without any doubt we would repeat in the same apartment when we go back to Rome. Thank you for everything Marbo!!

Marbo's apartment was everything one can expect, and more. It is spacious, clean, safe and has a lot of character. Everything you need even for a longer stay is there. The location is excellent, away from the crowded city center yet easily connected to all major sights. That is, if one hasn't seen them yet. For those who have, Ostiense-Testaccio area has a great deal to offer on its own.

Very good accommodation, located close to the Piramide metro station and the Ostiense train station, in direct connection with the Fiucimino airport. Between Testaccio and Trastevere district, young and lively, we were in the immediate vicinity of Roman monuments and entertainment.The apartment is small but functional, we were four adults and the place is ideal for a stay of one week. We are two friends who spent three days in Rome and at this apartment close to the Pyramide Metro and train station. The location was very good - quiet enough so we could sleep at night but close to the center, restaurants, cafés and metro stations. A 20 minute walk to the collosseum or the closest station for the Hop-on-hop-off busses (Circus Massimo). The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice and clean. If we ever come back to Rome we would definitely stay at this place again! Thanks to Marbo for renting out his place to us!

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et des éléments en belle ferronerie. Il est idéalement situé pour tous les transports publics : tram, métro, bus, train vers Ostia Antica et la mer, liaison avec l'aéroport Fiumicino. La pizzeria en dessous est bonne, une gelateria à 200 mètres qui a l'air connue dans le quartier. 10 minutes à pied du musée Centrale Montemartini et de Eataly. Le seul point négatif qu'on a trouvé, c'est le bruit dans la chambre sur rue (mais on avait des bouchons). On n'a vraiment pas regretté notre choix.

The apartment not big enough for six although there are six sleep places (three double beds). We were a pair + a child. With two big cases, I would say there was a limited free place if we were sitting in a part of days. The kitchen is equipped very well. WiFi worked good. And the apartment is clean. The host was polite but too formal. He put our attention on every small thing what and how we can do in the apartment and what we cannot do (that is acceptable) but didn't say a word of a a recommendation to visit that would be expected according to our previous experience. (Well, we didn't as by ourselves.) In addition to the payment on tripadvisor we paid some taxes and a payment for the arrival after 20:00. But we were told about that even before we booked the apartment.So, no surprise for us. The most problematic was heating. We were instructed not to touch the automatic control block that was set to 18 degree for most hours of a day and 20 degrees for two evening hours and four early morning hours. Not very hot in December. The main advantage of the apartment is the location. After all that was the reason of our choice. Direct train to Fiumichino airport from the station that is just about 500 from the apartment. Not the airport express but just 32 minutes of journey for 8 Euro per person and you are there. 3-4 minutes of a walk to 24*7 working supermarket, 7-8 minutes of a walk to the Farm market, multiple pizzerias and wine boutiques. We loved the pizzeria that was in the same building just around the corner. Just 2-3 minutes to the Piramide metro station. And two stops to Colloseo.

Great location, close to supermarkets, pizzeria and the best gelato in Rome (La romana) We were able to take public transportation to all the attractions in Rome. About a 15 min.walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. Very Close to the metro and the train station, also public bus transportation was easily accessible. Marbo was great! Ho avuto il piacere di stare in questo appartamento. Ben tenuto e pulito, in posizione comodissima ai mezzi pubblici ed in una zona tranquilla e ben servita (market,negozi,ecc.). Ho apprezzato inoltre la disponibilità e la gentilezza del proprietario. Lo consiglio!!!

We were staying there between 04 and 08 May 2017. It was a good apartment for all six of us. Very close to the PIRAMIDE subway station. From there we walk about 20 minutes to the Colosseum. The kitchen and beds are well maintained. But the shower was a little too small. The owner was very polite and speaks English well. Internet speed and connectivity were great. I will recommend. Thanks to the owner for the information needed to locate the apartment from the station to the apartment. We will also visit in the future if possible. Greetings from Galati, Romania!
