Overall very good flat. Large rooms, good aid conditioning, over looking main roads, two large bathrooms. Everything was clean. WiFi super good. Location is very central so big advantage. The tram noise is a problem if you're a light sleeper only. Cons: No smart tv No spare sheets (we didn't ask but I think these should be available in the flat). We'd definitely stay there again if we come back to Milan.

Pros: perfect location! 2 tram stops and a supermarket within 20 steps. 2 good restaurants below the apartment, very nearby McDonalds and plenty of other quality restos within a 500 m radius, duomo milano and navigli district within 1km. very spacious with full functioninh kitchen Cons: water heater is unpredictable. Lift only caries max of 4 people.

We had a very nice,shiny and spacious apartment witth a wonderful sight above the four important large streets which offered the image of the live city and most of all you can find easily your way to the centre of the city within 10 minutes or by tram.So you can go to the district of Navigli for an evening walk,to the Duomo to visit it inside and on the top,also to visit the work of art which is The Gallery Vittorio Emanuelle with its splemdid mosaic,shops and restaurants.From the Duomo you can take a tram to the Sforzesco Castle and visit it alongside with the museum of Milan masterpieces of Italian art; the park of the castle is also great and across he street you can eat geliato the famous Italain ice cream.Around the apaprtment on the varoious streets there are a lot of restaurants with woderful Italian food.It is a worthy experience to buy a day or half day trip to sightseeeing Milan , also Lake Como,Bellagio and of course don t miss Venice,which you can vsit on your own or with a guide.We also visited Lugano which is an unforgettable Italian region of Switzerland only one hour distance from Milan.We had a wonderful experience last year in Geneva also by Trip Advisor and we were nostalgic. Once again the hosts are friendly and provided us with all the necessary information,we were not bothered,even the weather was calm The place reminded me of Paris,even the tram which composed the background.One minor complaint would be the hot shots of the shower and the ants which are somehow the old inhabitants of old buildings in general..Charming nostalgic and modern with all the necessary amenities, it is recommended for all ages and I would come back anytime.

The location of this apartment was perfect. About a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and another 10 minute walk the other way to Navigli. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and they were flexible the timing of flights. My minor complaints are that I wish to bedrooms had blinds to block early sun out and hot water for showers was sometimes a bit spotty. I highly recommend.

You can walk to the cathedral, the Opera house and past San Lorenzo columns to the Navigli district with its canals, restaurants and great ambience . Ostello Bello is nearby bar worth a visit and Papa Francescos restaurant off the cathedral square in via Marino Tommaso serves authentic fare at a reasonable price.

This apartment is within walking distance to the major sights and close to public transportation. The rooms are very spacious and nicely furnished. The air conditioning, showers and wifi all worked well. It is on the fourth floor but there is a small elevator to eliminate the climb. The kitchen is a bit short on counter space but has everything you need to prepare meals. While neither my husband nor I were bothered by it, you can hear some background noise from the trams when they are running. The advantage of this is the proximity to a tram stop. The owners are very helpful and easy to contact. I would love to stay here again some day and highly recommend this apartment.

L'appartement est remarquable, pièces vastes et bien meublées, literie confortable, aménagement moderne et très complet, enfin deux salles de bains permettant un réel confort pour 4 personnes (dont 2 ados). La situation à quelques centaines de mètres du Duomo et excellente pour visiter le vieux Milan. Situé à un grand carrefour, l'accès à de multiples moyens de transports est aisé. Contrepartie de cette situation un certain niveau sonore la nuit dû à la circulation des trams et leur aiguillage sur des voies différentes. L'accueil et notre prise en charge a été tout à fait efficace et sympathique. En bref un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons à Milan pour poursuivre notre découverte des monuments, des restaurants et de gelaterias. J'ajouterai que contrairement à une réputation plus ou moins établie, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les taxis qui se sont avérés tout à fait honnêtes et serviables.

Très bien situé à Milan, confortable avec une isolation phonique excellente. Equipement globalement satisfaisant, ne reste que des détails à améliorer, pas de torchon, ni film plastique ou aluminium pour la cuisine. Je recomande.

We really loved our stay at this apartment. It is very well located within walking distance of the Duomo and the castle, while still being in a relatively calm area. It is situated in a very nice, scenic older building. The apartment itself is very spacious, with plenty of room even for 6 people. The apartment is very tastefully furniture and decorated, as seen in the very accurate pictures on the site here as well. I also want to particularly highlight the hosts, which were very helpful and nice to us, even when we checked out on a Sunday morning at 8 o'clock and made them wait 15 minutes because we weren't ready :) Overall we were extremely pleased with our stay and would heartily recommend this to any group.
