This was a wonderful place to stay - the entrance through a gorgeous, spacious and secluded interior courtyard set the tone and, with our super host made sure we lacked for nothing. Highly recommended - we used it as a base while at the biennale and it was perfect and very convenient for the airport boats.

This is a wonderful apartment in the perfect location for visiting Murano, the glass island, and a great location for visiting the main islands of Venice. It is very close to Fondamenta Nuove, where the boat direct from Marco Polo airport docks. Also docking there are boats to Murano. The apartment is large, modern and fully equipped. The person who manages this rental is very nice. It is a quiet location. I could not be more pleased with it. It is up one flight of stairs from ground level. I hope to stay here again the next time I'm in Venice.

My adult son and I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment located a quick 5 minute walk to the lagoon in the north of Venice. Fantastic location for heading in any direction either by boat or on foot. The apartment is very spacious and attractive! The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep, and a grocery store is about 8 minutes away on foot. Very helpful and responsive owner! We loved our stay and woul return in a minute! 10 out of 10!! Excellent location just minutes from Fondemente Nuove which is the water taxi stop from the airport. It is also the stop you use to get the water taxi to visit the islands which are well worth the trip. The apartment was clean and well equipped. It ideally would suit a couple or small family as it has one double bedroom and a sofa bed in the small lounge but it would not suit two couples due to the location of the toilet. We enjoyed our stay and the apartment was an ideal base to explore Venice. We did not have any major issues during our stay and the security deposit was refunded on the stated day.

Nous avons séjourné à Venise en famille avec nos deux enfants de six et neuf ans et nous avons préféré la location d’un appartement à un hôtel . Nous ne regrettons pas notre choix cet appartement était vraiment très fonctionnel et très bien situé à quelques minutes du marché du Rialto et avec un arrêt vaporetto qui permet un transfert aéroport rapide ainsi qu’un départ immédiat pour les visites des îles Murano et burano. Le seul défaut de l’appartement s’il fallait en trouver ce serait les oreillers qu’il serait bon de changer . Encore merci à Alice qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée sur Venise et qui a su se rendre disponible pour toutes nos questions tout au long de notre séjour .

Good points: Spotlessly clean. Spacious for 2 people. Nice fairly quiet location, a 2-minute walk from Fondamenta Nuove. 2-minute walk to Co-op. Practically a straight line to the Rialto. In a Palazzo so quite novel. Modern decor and furnishings. Bad points: The square outside attracts young locals in the evening who can be a bit noisy but they didn't cause any trouble and disappeared by 11pm at the latest on one evening and earlier the other evenings. It was a lot quieter than when I stayed in a hotel in Venice 12 years ago so this really wasn't an issue. You should take earplugs with you when staying in Venice no matter where you go. Wifi has a very poor signal most of the time. No privacy in the bedroom if you have the light turned on as you can see through the blinds very easily from the square. The kettle was very small and slow. The kitchen was moderately well equipped but was missing a baking tray so we bought a throwaway one. As you can see, the bad points are minor in comparison to the good points which were more about fundamental aspects of the apartment.

Eine super Wohnung. Waren vier Tage da. Haben das Quartier immer wieder gut gefunden und Wohnug ist ausreichend ausgestattet. Alice ist sehr nett und kann immer kontaktiert werden.

We stayed here for 3 nights, Marcella met us at the ferry docking and walked us to the apartment. We loved our stay in Venice, Marcella gave us great information, marked places on the map for us to visit, she was most helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious with a good size bathroom and shower. It is situated away from the busy areas which makes it quiet, relaxing and restful at the end of the day. A supermarket and restaurants are close by, water transport is also close. We would definately recommend this apartment. Thanks Marcella!

Thanks to Marcella the owner for good communication and taking the trouble to meet us at the boat docking bay. We enjoyed our three days stay. The apartment is close enough to walk to the main tourist sites and yet far enough away from the busy crowds; secure and quiet.. A great size kitchen and modern bathroom. The main double bed a bit quirky, on top of a storage base - you need to climb onto it to gain access to the bed, but not a problem. Pillows a bit basic, if we stay again I would take my own. Our deposit was returned as promised in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, a great location to access a beautiful city.
