The Aida apartment is a truly glamorous apartment located only few meters from the famous Fenice Theatre, in the heart of San Marco District, known by the connoisseurs to be one of the best Opera Houses in the world.
The location is possibly the best in Venice Historical Center for its quietness, beauty and central position. The public transport stop and the supermarket are only 2 minutes’ walk away and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and cafés in the surroundings.

Full of natural light, the interiors have been studied to create a cosmopolitan “Parisienne” style, elegantly furnished with vintage pieces such asFrench industrial lamps from the 40’s matching the style of a Doimo kitchen, Danish designer chairs from the 50’s, “Shanghai” style table with original 70’s “Parentesi” lamp from Achille Castiglioni, beautiful natural oak parquet flooring in the living room and kitchen, original XIX century Venetian Terrazzo flooring in the bedrooms and bathrooms, original modern paintings from a well-known artist, exquisite linen curtains, beds and sofas. An extra touch of class: the original 60’s Murano Glass chandeliers from the Pauly collection. The result is a clean and comfortable ambience which accommodates anyone’s taste.
Beside the location and the superb interior design, the great plus of the Aida apartment is definitively the picturesque views on the canal enjoyable from the living room and bedrooms: looking out the windows you can see gondolas sliding on the calm emerald waters!
The Aida apartment is laid out on about 80 square meters and is composed of a living and dining room with a comfortable sofa and a table for up to 6 people, a functional kitchen equipped with brand new appliances, 2 queen size bedrooms that can used as double or twin on request, 2 full bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub.
The house is equipped with a “not-to-be-taken-for-granted” set of Hutschenreuther Maria Theresia weiß porcelain tableware, a set of professional cooking pots and pans, induction cooking plates, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, professional American coffee maker, large fridge and freezer, kettle and much more. Every room is equipped with an efficient air-conditioning system and there is climate controlled heating, Wi-Fi internet connection and Smart TV in the living room.
The Aida apartment, named after the well-known Opera from Giuseppe Verdi, represented also at the Fenice Theatre, is one of the three available in this “palazzo” and can be combined with the Salomé studioor the Tosca apartment, both found at the 1st level. If your group doesn’t fit at the Aida only, why don’t you rent also the sister and brother apartments below?

This is a great apartment in a fabulous location. We have stayed here three times. The lift, the space, the bathrooms and modern kitchen - not to mention the music from passing gondolas outside your window - make this a very special place.

surplombant des petits canaux à l'arrière de la Fenice, bien placé, très propre, bien aménagé, deuxième étage avec ascenseur. Lits confortable, un endroit pour se ressourcer pendant un séjour à Venise.

Great Apartment in Excellent Location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aida apartment. The apartment is located in a fabulous area overlooking a canal where we could watch the gondolas float by and hear the gondolier's singing. It is also really quiet for sleeping at night.
It is well equipped for cooking your own meals, if desired and the apartment is very spacious. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was perfect for us. There was ample hot water and a lovely bathtub. The apartment was very clean. Our only recommendation would be that a small sharp pairing knife would be helpful to have in the kitchen.
Communication with Truly Venice was exceptional. All our questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Directions and restaurant/sightseeing suggestions were also provided.
We would definitely recommend the Aida for anyone wishing to visit Venice.

Venice experience
The apartment we stayed at is right in the center of San Marco Venice, contemporary design and very spacious and amazing view. They can arrange water taxi for you but ask to be dropped off and picked up outside the apartment bec we were not told that it’s an option . The staff was helpful and kind. There’s an elevator

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful area of Venice !
This was a long time dream to visit Venice. Our apartment was modern, bright, clean and in a wonderful area of Venice. The apartment management company Truly Venice were very accommodating and helpful during our stay. I would not hesitate to book this apartment another time. We had some difficulty with the elevator being out of service, but they provided compensation and assistance to help us.

Aida was a great Apartment!
We love renting from Simply Venice, the company’s attention to detail and service is always good and consistent. The Aida apartment was centrally located between Rialto and San Marco and had everything we needed for our two week stay. It was spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to another stay thru this company!

Perfect in Venezia
We have rented from Truly Venice in prior years and have found that this company is consistent in attention to detail. This was our 8th trip in a row and we normally stay a month in the Venice/Florence area. This was a perfect place...well stocked, clean, easy to rent and coordinate our arrival after a long flight from Arizona. It is an excellent location between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, a few steps away from Teatro Fenice Opera House. It has has lift which we find always a bonus, two bedrooms, two baths. We were able to use a HDMI cable from our computer to the TV for evenings when we were too tired after heading out all day, a relaxing apartment to come "home" to.

Wonderful stay in Venice
We stayed in the Aida apartment, my wife and myself in Venice early October and had a wonderful time. The apartment is close to everything you want to see. Only few minutes walking to San Marco and Rialto. It just behind La Fenice Opera. Walking in Venice is a joy as you see different sites at every turn and every shop is different. There are many good Resturants
With delicious food. The apartment has two bedrooms and two baths, a large living area with dining table and the kitchen that has all amenities. You can hear and see the singing as the gondolas glide in the canals. There is an elevator. Communication with truly Venice is excellent and you get a response to your inquiries and questions right away. They booked the water taxi for our arrival as well as departure early morning to catch our plane at 6 AM. Paulo met us at the vaporoto station, escorted us to the apartment and helped with the lagguage and showed us the apartment.
I highly recommend truly Venice and the Aida apartment. We hope to come back to Venice with our grandchildren and rent again from truly venice

Fantastic canal view apartment!
My wife and I stayed in Aida for 5 nights with our one year old daughter. The apartment was fantastic - great location, well equipped and very comfortable beds! The views of the canals were great and the singing Gondoliers were quite something in the evening!
The Truly venice team were also very helpful right from the beginning - very responsive and accommodating! They were very flexible letting us have a late check out. Will definitely use them again for future trips to Venice!

Stunning
Great location, large appartment with everything you need, (instructions for the induction hob would have been helpful but figured it out eventually!) Looks exactly as the pictures. Views overlooking a canal with frequent gondolas going past. So glad we picked this over a hotel, the extra space and being able to pop back for lunch was great. Also close to deli's and supermarket. Don't be tempted to open the windows though I got eaten alive by the mosquitoes!
