WOW ... AMAZING! You will not be disappointed with this gorgeous apartment, what an amazing situation for visiting beautiful Verona, you're in the heart of it! We arrived by car and hired a parking space in the apartment’s courtyard, so arriving and having the car registered for entering the city was so easy and seamlessly taken care of by the owner, Mira. Mira has put genuine passion and the utmost thought into every part of your stay. The apartment is immaculately clean, you feel as if you are the first to ever stay there and it has been superbly designed, it even looks and feels better than the pictures ... a little piece of luxury. We found everything we would ever need in the kitchen plus more, lots of gorgeous little treats, a coffee machine with a huge selection of coffees and specialist teas ... so thoughtful! There are a great amount of hangers and hanging space in the wardrobes, a steamer for your clothes, (which is a god send) dressing gowns and slippers which were a lovely touch, gorgeous shower gels and hair care etc. in the immaculate shower room. We can’t stress enough how personally tailored your stay here is, lots more thoughtful touches than I can mention and such a genuine, enthusiastic host. Mira is wholeheartedly interested in your comfort and your stay, with a personal welcome and orientation of your home and information on Verona!

We stayed three nights in this superb apartment. We were met at the train station by Mira, the generous and welcoming owner, who drove us to the apartment. She also drove us back to the station the morning we left, even though we'd already bought bus tickets. I could spend the whole review reciting the many kindnesses Mira bestowed on us during our stay - suffice to say she is not only an amazing host, but also a stylish interior decorator. I loved her personal taste and perfectionist standards, such as the silver teapots-turned-hanging lights over the kitchen bench and the antique carved wooden mirror on the wall which was such a contrast from the generally minimalist white decor. The location of the apartment is superb - just a short stroll to Piazza Bra along quiet cobblestoned laneways. Everything was close at hand, including an excellent supermarket and department store. The entrance to the apartment has a "wow" factor - you'll enter through classic wrought iron gates into an historic building with astonishing features - wooden beam ceiling, statuary and old wooden doors. The "wow" will continue until you leave.

Schön und modern, komplett ausgestattetes sauberes Appartement mit vielen Extras ( Kaffe ,Tee, Süßigkeiten ,Obst uvm. ),perfekt gelegen - nur ein paar Schritte entfernt von Arena und vom Stadtzentrum . Garage direkt im Hof...Und die Gastgeberin . . oh Mann, sie war einfach perfekt! Immer freundlich, immer nett, immer hilfsbereit, aber dennoch top Profi der sich um alle Bedürfnissen der Gäste kümmert ... Mira ist eine wunderbare, herzliche junge Gastgeberin die ihren Job perfekt macht... Wir möchten uns herzlichst bedanken für das extra Frühstück , MEGA und für die Torte zum Geburtstag 🎁 Wir sind begeistert und kommen sicher wieder !

Es un apartamento precioso en el centro histórico de Verona (a 200m de la plaza de la Arena). Esta completamente reformado y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar ( café, agua, fruta en la cocina, varios tipos de almohadas, albornoz, amenities en el baño, incluso plancha de vapor para la ropa). Puedes aparcar el coche en el mismo edificio por lo que es muy cómodo, al tratarse de zona restringida aconsejo contactar antes con la dueña para facilitar la matrícula. La dueña es encantadora y te aconseja en todo lo que necesites. Relación calidad - precio es excepcional.

Splendido soggiorno nel cuore di Verona, a due passi dall'Arena! Appartamento bellissimo appena ristrutturato in un palazzo signorile in pieno centro. Servizio e dotazioni di altissimo livello. La titolare Mira è stata squisita ed attentissima in ogni particolare, attenta e premurosa anche nei confronti di nostra figlia di un anno e mezzo. Grazie di tutto e complimenti: non può che essere un arrivederci!!!

Excellent accommodation in the old historic part of the city. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is newly renovated with all necessary facilities. I would highly recommend this property.

Once in a while you book an apartment based upon the pictures. And when you arrive you hope it looks like these pictures. And in rare occasions you get pleasantly surprised. This happened to us when we entered this apartment. When you arrive at Fratta 5 the reality exceeds the pictures. I is a modern styled spacious apartment, located perfectly to explore Verona. It is a minute walk from the Arena, 5 minutes to the castle etc. You should have a look at the pictures and multiply the feeling a least by 5 and then you have Fratta 5. When we arrived we immediately booked a third night. After one night we wanted to book the fourth night but that wasn’t possible anymore (was already booked). Monica, the owner, arranged that we could sleep in the other apartment (same building, on the other side of the main entrance). This apartment was also brilliant. A little bit smaller but as stylish as the other apparent. One of the biggest surprises is the standard necessaries they provide in the bathroom but especially the kitchen (5 star plus level). Not only the kitchen is fully equipped bus also groceries a part of the standard package. And last but not least: the hospitality. Monica and Mira (owner of the other apartment) not only give you a very heartily welcome. They also give you such a goodbye that you want to book your next stsy right away. Beside the perfect information the give to you they truly are interested in your wellbeing; in the apartment but also in Verona. They provided me with excellent suggestions for restaurants and landmarks. When we entered the apartment they specifically asked us for things we thought that could be improved. As frequent travellers we only had one answer to both of them: this is perfect, please don’t change anything. When in Verona you should book this apartment.

Sono stata in questo appartamento verso la fine di maggio. La posizione è veramente ottima, in pieno centro storico, a due passi da Piazza Brà. L’appartamento è incantevole, luminoso e arredato alla perfezione. Dispone di piano cottura, lavastoviglie, microonde, forno e tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno durante un soggiorno distante da casa. La pulizia impeccabile e la proprietaria veramente tanto disponibile. Peccato averci potuto passare solo una notte, lo consiglierò senza dubbio.
