Lovely top floor apartment with beautiful views across the city from its terrace. Very comfortable, quiet and secure location - just 10 - 15 minute, easy walk to the old town and all the sights.
Rosella is an excellent host, very helpful and good communication from start to finish.
Would thoroughly recommend staying here if you wish to visit Verona.

Great location in Verona
Our stay here was lovely. The apartment was only 10 mins from the train station, making day trips easy. Plenty of facilities nearby, ATM's, Post Office, Cafes, small supermarket etc. About 15 mins walk to the centre of Verona.
Rosella gave us plenty of information about things to see, and there was plenty of information in the apartment about tours, places of interest, cards and contacts for local businesses.
Sitting out on the balcony was really nice. The apartment had all you need and was modern in style - just one thing the lift only goes to the floor below, so you always have to walk up one floor. Its not a big deal, only when arriving and leaving with luggage.
Thanks Rosella, we enjoyed our stay.

Incanto.
Location incantevole nella città dell’amore, appartamento delizioso, accessoriato e curato nei minimi particolari con una splendida terrazza sui tetti della città, vicinissima al centro.
Garage a disposizione.
Accoglienza splendida e pulizia impeccabile.
I preziosi consigli della signora Rossella ci hanno permesso di visitare molti siti della città nonché degustare ottimi piatti locali.
Tornerò sicuramente!

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Wir haben mit drei Personen vier Tage in Rosellas Dachgeschoss - Wohnung mit wunderschönen Blick über die Dächer von Verona verbracht. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, Frühstück und Abendessen auf der Loggia haben wir sehr genossen. Zwei Bäder, zwei Schlafzimmer, große Küche mit Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattet. Fahrtstuhl vorhanden.
Sehr herzliche Vermieter!

Fantastic Apartment
The apartment is absolutely stunning. It lived up to all expectations. Large and has everything you would want. The view of Verona on the terrace is stunning. A perfect location and only about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Verona. I would throughly recommend it. Thank you Rosella for making our stay so enjoyable.

Beautiful apartment in a great location.
This modern apartment is very well equipped, extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated. The terrace has fabulous views of the city. It is located in a very secure complex and just a 15 minute walk from the historic centre of Verona. There is a small supermarket locally and plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.
The owners were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.

Un capodanno con il botto
Abbiamo scelto l'appartamento della Signora Rossella perché vicinissimo al centro, bello e con un ampio salone. Eravamo 7 e avevamo deciso di trascorrere il capodanno a Verona. Al nostro arrivo la signora ci ha accolto insieme al marito, ci ha accompagnato in casa poi al garage, che consiglio a tutti di prenotare per la comodità e anche perché i parcheggi nei dintorni della casa hanno tutti le strisce blu, a pagamento.
Si é mostrata disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno per qualsiasi nostra esigenza, dandoci anche buoni consigli su cosa andare a vedere nella cittá.
La casa dispone di una bella terrazza che noi abbiamo utilizzato per vedere i tanti fuochi sparati per capodanno, ma sicuramente in estate può essere sfruttata al meglio.
La casa dispone di molti elettrodomestici utili durante il soggiorno.
É perfetta per 5 persone perché la sala dove c'è il divano letto non ha tende, ma va benissimo anche in 7 basta solo il piccolo accorgimento della mascherine per gli occhi (una messa a disposizione dalla Signora Rossella).
Nello complesso la consiglio e aggiornerò si nuovo in questa struttura nel prossimo viaggio a Verona.

Fantastic Apartment !!
We booked our stay at the Panorama apartment for 4 nights in October, and were absolutely thrilled with how spacious and immaculately decorated it was.
Especially loved the fabulous views of Verona from the private balcony, where we had a chilled glass of Prosecco or 2 whilst taking in the amazing views !!
Rosella is a wonderful host !! She took time to show us round the apartment, showing us how everything worked, and also wrote on our map her recommendations of the best restaurants, bars ,grocery & Gelato shops and places of interest, which was really helpful. Plenty of lovely bars & restaurants close by too if you don`t want to wander too far from the apartment.
Would recommend taking the train to Lake Garda it is absolutely beautiful !!
Would highly recommend this apartment !!
Huge " Thank you " to you Rosella for being our host. Will definitely stay again !!!

Traumhafter Blick und toller Komfort
Ich habe mit 3 Freundinnen im Oktober 3 Nächte in Rosellas Appartement verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich nur vorstellen kann und die Altstadt von Verona ist in 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Rosella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tipps für Verona gegeben und auch einen Lageplan.
Wir danken Rosella noch einmal für den guten Service und würden jederzeit wieder bei Ihr eine Unterkunft buchen. besser geht es nicht.

So clean, modern and clean.
We had a great 4 night stay. The panoromic view from the deck (8th floor apartment) was good for a view of the distant mountains, but cannot see the coliseum and the squares. Modern, airy and plenty of light. Two bathrooms was a big plus for the 5 of us. My daughter slept on the couch bed in the living room – comfortable. WIFI was weak. TV did not have any English channels, only a few Italian and local channels. The AC kept us cool in the summer heat. Practical kitchen. We cooked one night. There is a grocery store one block away, about a 5 minute walk. Local restaurants within 5 minutes too. About 15 minute walk to the center of Verona (Coliseum). I parked at a lot for an additional charge about 3 minutes walking distance. Went jogging at a nearby park (former perimeter of the outer wall of the town) nearby. Rosella communicated promptly and concisely. Luigi met us at the gate on the ground floor entrance. They live one floor below the apartment. Overall a 5 star rating.
