Alloggio come da richiesta. Matrimoniale, "alcova" con letto a castello (piccola rientranza del disimpegno notte in cui è inserito il letto a castello), divano letto che non abbiamo utilizzato, cucina ben attrezzata, balcone spazioso anche per mangiare. Posizione ottima. Piscina interna al residence.
Non do punteggio 5 perché c'è stata una piccola incomprensione sul numero di lenzuola, sanata il secondo giorno.

Appartamento Confortevole vicinissimo a Maria Pia
Stare qui è stato bellissimo, L'appartamento ha tutto quello che serve per godersi un'ottima vacanza sul mare di Alghero. L'appartamento è fronte Lido, e vicinissimo alla bellissima spiaggia di Maria Pia con la sua pineta. E' situato in un residence in cui c'è una bella piscina, un'altalena ed uno scivolo per i bambini che possono giocare in un ambiente sicuro.
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo in ogni richiesta ed informazione.

Lovely stay
My husband and I had a lovely week here in the first week of September in this pretty apartment. We were able to walk to a few local restaurants and a great gelateria. Alghero town is a nice walk or just a short drive away.
The apartment was clean and comfortable and on a very nice, well kept complex. The owners are friendly and helpful with great knowledge of Alghero.
We will definitely be back!

Lovely place
We have an amazing 10 days at this apartment. It is cosy and has everything you need. We have two children 7 and 3 and the bunk beds were perfect for them. There is a big balcony with a pool view, perfect for breakfast, lunches and dinner if you are in the apartment. The pool has a kids and adult pool both clean and never too busy. The beach is accross the road and there is another perfect white sand one 10 minutes walk. The old town is around 30 minutes walk with kids, we did it a few days walking along the sea and paddling our way there. There are a few boat trips from here and lots of places to eat and shops.There are plenty of restaurants near the apartment also. Our favourite was The Lido with the sunset view at dinner time and post dinner drinks/ice creams at the Lido beach bar where kids can play in the sand too. All in all great apartment and agency lady was very easy to deal with and booked us taxis from and to the airport. Alghero airport is only around 15 minutes away in a taxi. Thanks again, we had a great time.

Lovely Apartment in Alghero
We really enjoyed staying in Natale's apartment.
The location is great, no need for a car, you can walk to some lovely beaches and also catch the beach bus easily if you want to venture to other local beaches.
The town is within walking distance of the apartment it takes about 20 mins, but there are also plenty of great restaurants closer to the apartment.
We also found all the bits in the apartment to take to the beach really handy (umbrellas, bucket and spade etc).
The pool is also great,opens at 10am to 7pm (shuts between 2pm and 4.30pm). There are no sun loungers though.
We had a great time and will definitely be visiting again.

Buena atención, buena ubicación.
Apartamento bien ubicado, cerca de playa y todos los servicios que puedas necesitar, atención mi buena. Respecto a la equipación, sólo echo en falta un microondas, pero se puede estar sin el, todo lo demás perfecto.
Muy recomendable.

équipement vieillot, trop d'effets personnels laissant peu de place aux notres, pas de micro onde ni lave vaisselle, résidence bruyante (chiens, voisine qui fait le ménage à 8h du matin), pas de place de parking donc obligé de se garer à plus de 10 mn de marche..

We should point out that we did mention that there was not a micro onde in the flat , and that we do not have a parking space in the complex, But there are about 20 free parking space outside the complex , just by the entrance/ exit gates , furthermore , just 100 meters away there are about 50 free car spaces by the Orthopedical Hospital ,
We acknowledge that during the week of: Ferragosto Alghero is really busy as it is the main holiday week for Italian's , and most south European , that s why it is the most expensive week in the calendar.
We are really happy that you had a good week with us and thank you for your custom.

perfect location with a young family
I have been to alghero 4 times and was most delighted with this property and the location. It is perfectly located for the beach, close to restaurants, shops, fresh fruit stalls, cafes bus stops and tabachis. We spent 25 days in this establishment and my husband chose it and this time it was spot on. It ticked all our boxes. THe apartment was well stocked with lots of extras such as water and thanks to natale for the bottle of wine. Nice touches from the owner made it a great holiday. The beach umbrellas were well used and the bucket and spade was handy for our 5 year old. We also found the ice bricks for the cooler bag very handy so we always had cold water at the beach. THe bed was very comfortable....big Plus and the airconditioner worked a treat another bonus. THere are mosquito nets which comes high on my list of necessities in italy. I am not a reader but if you enjoy reading the owner has that well covered with all the novels. I did enjoy the old dvds so high praise natale for thinking of everything. Everything in the apartment was in working order and very clean. The location of this place is Fabulous! the local bus (1 euro for the journey) comes right outside the apartments. So if you are time poor, tired legs and the kids are doing your head in take a ride on the bus into town. I enjoy walking so for me it took 20 min(fast pace). We discovered the beach bus which can take you to all the fabulous beaches and my most highly recommended beach is bombarde. For the kids their is a fabulous adventure park. The beach was packed very early so all I can say get there at the crack of dawn. You can get around alghero without a car thankfully, if ;you are a beach bum like myself and sea and sun is all you need then save yourself some cash and walk or use public transport. The swimming pool is well maintained and the water is fabulous, not overly saturated with chemicals. My only negative would be that the pool closes between 2 and 4.30 when it is peak summer season. THere is a market on wednesdays for the market lovers it is close to the apartments once again. We would certainly return.

Nice Holiday Apartment
The apartment is well equipped including sun loungers and parasols which you can take to the beach on the opposite side of the road. The kitchen has everything you need though we ate out most nights with a great choice of restaurants within a short walk or further to the Old Town which is well worth the 25-30 min walk. Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend hiring a motor boat to go up the coast for the day.
