Great location modern apartments
Located right in the old part of Palermo, just back from the Main Street.Maqueda, and 100 mtrs from quatro canti which is the absolute Centre…these are modern and clean apartments. Not easy to find…as they are tucked round the corner of the old street…forget driving! … and confusingly near to B&B ponticello, with a similar logo…(who were very unhelpful when we mixed them up!)… The boss, Caterina, was very organised, booked us a taxi €45 from the airport…kept us well informed on arrival details, and helpful on arrival. The apartment 13, has a mezzanine bed area, and is spacious, with a mini, but sufficient, kitchenette, there is a lift to the other units, and the whole place is clean and modern throughout… No surprises, good or bad, and would stay here again.. Location is excellent and the markets just down the road…Balaro, 300 mtrs ish… are really super and have the best street food! Loads of stuff within an easy walk to see and discover the old town….churches galore, fountains, squares and cobble side streets….station and bus station close by and walkable.

Ottima location con appartamenti moderni. Posizione centrale e super complimenti a Cristina e Nino (molto cortesi e professionali) nessun difetto!!!! Lo consiglio

Pulizia, cortesia, gentilezza del personale. Rapidità nelle risposte. Il cliente si sente davvero pensato in ogni dettaglio. Raramente ho trovato un trattamento simile. La posizione poi è semplicemente fantastica ed è vicino a tutti i principali luoghi di interesse

Ottima posizione e super cordialità
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una vacanza a Palermo. Posizione comoda per visitare il centro della città e per raggiungere la stazione centrale. Appartamento molto carino e con grande terrazzo se prendete quello al quarto piano. Cristina e Salam sono stati favolosi aiutandoci in tutto quello a noi necessario ad ogni ora della giornata. Consiglio vivamente a chi vuole andare a Palermo. Complimenti ancora!!!

Soddisfatti
siamo stati accolti gentilmente da Cristina e Salam e abbiamo passato un soggiorno a Palermo più che ottimo in questo meraviglioso, spazioso e pulito appartamento. A pochi passi dal cuore del centro storico ci è stato molto facile raggiungere tutti i luoghi da visitare e grazie ai consigli di Cristina abbiamo potuto muoverci nel migliore dei modi!!! Consiglio vivamente

Très bonne adresse dans le coeur historique de Palerme
Immeuble totalement rénové. Les appartements sont spacieux, clairs et fonctionnels. Christina la gérante est très attentionnée et disponible pour donner des conseils sur les sites à visiter ou sur les restaurants. Vraiment une bonne adresse.

Excellent Apartments in a Great Location Fabulous Host & Staff
We loved the Ponticello Apartments and from the minute you checked in you knew that the host Christina cared about her customers. There was a map with personal restaurant recommendations added and other vital information and by the way the recommendations were excellent ! We had the only two person apartment with it's own roof terrace and it was simple but perfect for our requirements. The attention to detail for all aspects including towels and bedding was more than in most apartment lets and summed up how well run they are. A must for a return to Palermo if we are lucky enough to get a booking as it is very popular and was full when we ended our trip in Palermo. Thank you Christina.

Outstanding apartment and service
We were lucky enough to have a friend who,stayed at the ponticello apartments and told us about them. I'm so glad she did! It's not just that the apartment was so stylish, well-designed and well-equipped, it's the fact that they are run by the wonderful, enthusiastic Cristina. She is a star! From the moment we arrived, she was there to advise, guide and suggest, even providing a map with her hand-written suggestions of things to see and quirky places to go. We tried one of her recommended places to eat on the first night, and just stuck with her suggestions from that moment onwards. she would contact us each day to see if we had everything we needed or needed any help, without being intrusive. I can't recommend the apartments, or Cristina, highly enough!

Amazing Accommodation & Service
We stayed in the terrace apartment and really enjoyed our stay. Cristina is an amazing host and went out of her way to help us with anything that related to our stay and any of the activities that we had hoped to undertake. She made our stay very memorable and the quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was second to none. I can confidently recommend the Ponticello Apartments to anyone who has extremely high standards. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not stay anywhere else when visiting Palermo. Thanks

Excellence in every way
We stayed here recently for 2 nights as part of our travels around sicilly. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Firstly its location could not be better- very near train/bus station and near the markets and main strolling streets of palermo. It was very quiet at night as we were down side street so slept great. The apartment was very clean and well fitted. Bed very comfy. Could not fault it. Where this place stands out is the level of customer service/support on offer. Nice little gift waiting for us when we arrived. The owner had previously emailed me explaining she would be away at conference while we were staying and that her assistant salam would be available. And he sure was. I ended up leaving the card in the apartment for the internal door while i was leaving on sun night for dinner. I rang salam- and he was there within 5 mins with another card. We were so grateful as it was well out of office hours. Thank you salam. You will be very well looked after while you stay here.!!
