Superbe séjour à Florence
Charmant appartement juste à l'extérieur centre historique de Florence disposant de toutes le commodités.
Nous avons été très satisfait des conseils d'Antonio et de sa femme Yvonne, ainsi qie toute les recommandations de visite, de restaurant et bar par L'hôte. Je recommande grandement d'y aller si vous souhaitez visiter cette magnifique ville qu'est Florence et profiter de la vie à l'italienne.
Un grand merci pour ce superbe accueil d'Antonio et Yvonne.

GRANDIOSE !
Un appartement extraordinaire avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin durant notre séjour. Proche du centre ville, l'arrêt de bus se situe à 50 mètres. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et vous conseillent les meilleurs adresses de Florence.
Nous reviendrons !

Awesome experience
My stay was awesome. The apartment was clean and spacious and fully equipped. Wish we were there longer. The hosts were very welcoming and informative. We felt like family. We were within walking distance of the major sites. We really appreciated all the emailed information detailing everything from where to eat time where to shop. We would definitely stay here again and reccomend to others.

Super location
Un appartement situé idéalement ni trop près du centre pour pouvoir bien récupérer la nuit ni trop loin grave au bus en bas de l appartement. Tout est fait pour un confort maximum. L accueil y est chaleureux et les indications pour les visites en ville sont appréciables. Merci aux propriétaires et à leurs parents pour cette découverte.

APPARTEMENT TRES PROPRE
l'appartement est très propre, les pièces sont grandes, le balcon est un plus, le puit de lumière est sympa, appartement situé un peu loin du centre historique mais les commerces sont proches, la proximité du fleuve est agréable, les conseils de la propriétaire sont bons.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux , très propre.
L'appartement est situé à 30 mn à pied du coeur de Florence , la ballade est agréable sinon le bus est à quelques mètres dans la rue. Nous avons dormi 2 nuits et vraiment très bien dormi.Nous nous y sommes senti vraiment très bien . Nous avons été très bien reçu et les conseils nous ont aidé à optimiser notre séjour. Merci .

very nice flat but with an unexpected disadvantage
Positives:
-Welcomed by Bitte's parents. Very nice people who provided a good service and advice.
-Nice flat, stylish, renovated, and very clean!
-No lies in the description of facilities, all information provided in trip advisor was very accurate (We just have a slightly different opinion on the quietness issue shown below in 'negatives').
Negatives:
-If you need to open the windows for any reason, eg fresh air, or too hot, etc you must be prepared for a noise from the nearby streets' traffic. People who pay attention to quietness must have this in mind...
-A very disappointing and unexpected negative was an annoying (poop like) smell that existed in the main bedroom were I slept. This made the stay in the room, especially in the sleeping time at night, a very unpleasant experience. Reported this to the owners who promised to look at the issue and take care of it....
Conclusion:
I would recommend the flat but only provided that the very bad smell issue is permanently solved.

Thank you for your nice comments regarding my property and my parents. Unfortunately there was a general problem in the building which caused the bad smell coming from the pipes. Thanks to your remark at the check out, we informed the building administrator and the problem got immediately solved. If we had known this before, we would have anticipated the resolution of this unfortunate issue. Again, apologies for the inconvenience.
A better communication might be a good solution to any problem, just a tip for your next trip. I would have appreciated, for example, hearing from you that the wooden side table next to the sofa got ruined, instead of finding it out myself when removing the candles that were placed to hide the stain. Unfortunately this is an indelible stain.
As for the noise, this is a very subjective and personal opinion.
Florence can be considered by some people a loud city, like many other major Italian cities. I can assure you that staying in Florence city center with its narrow streets can be much more annoying, maybe not due to the traffic, but certainly due to the scooters, the students and people that are often very loud up until early in the morning.
If you are unlucky, you may even find yourself renting a property located along the carts path -the carts that are directed every day to the various markets at 6.00 am...

Appartement agréable, très propre, calme et bien situé
Très bon accueil !
Les commerces sont à proximité.
Le bus pour le centre historique est à 2 pas; Le retour peut également se faire à pied (20 min) en empruntant une rue commerçante et animée .

Via Gioberti is nicknamed 'Via delle Centovetrine' ('the road of one hundred shopfronts'), and is illuminated by restaurants, gelaterie, fashion stores, jewellers, bakeries, perfumeries, supermarkets and department stores, etc... Shopping in this area is indeed cheaper than in the rest of the city as the area is located just outside the main city boulevards (that pass through Piazza Beccaria and mark the border of the historical centre) but it's still within walking distance from the main attractions.
A bus stop to the city center and railway station is right in front of the building main door and it will allow you to be in Piazza del Duomo or at the railway station in less than 15 minutes.
If you are coming by car and want to discover the beauties of Florence surroundings, the Chianti area, Siena, Lucca and other major Tuscan attractions, nothing is easier and more convenient than using the 24/7 city car parking Alberti located just around the corner with really affordable fares.
