The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to restaurants, public transportation and grocery stores. A really fine value.

The apartment is across the river from many of the touristic destinations but a 20 minute walk had us in the heart of Firenze. In fact, a few of the main attractions were on our side, like the Pitti Palace and its fabulous Boboli Gardens. There is a bus stop close to the apartment, a supermarket, several mini markets, and a fab bakery with many vegan options. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and more importantly very comfortable. We stayed for a month and used the kitchen often enough to give it high grades. The owners are also the managers which shows in all the attention to details and the quick response to any of our queries.

The apartment was done out lovely nice welcoming and so comfortable .close to center of Florence and also close to shopping .we stayed only five days here but would like to have stayed much longer we felt so comfortable .thanks to Anntonella for such a great place to stay would love to come back one day .

Great apartment in a residential location with a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Florence, it is close to a well stocked supermarket and a few restaurants. The apartment is elegant, tastefully decorated, spacious and very well equipped. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay including WiFi, full aircon, a washing machine and dishwasher. In a city full of tourists it was blissful to walk through the door of an evening, it is situated on a main street, but as soon as you step inside, the traffic and heat are left behind and life becomes tranquil, there is triple glazing and shutters on the bedroom windows which ensure a peaceful night's sleep. We were grateful for the generous welcome pack which included quality wine, milk, water and snacks.

First off Antonella Pinzauti was so easy to work with and very accommodating. We ended up being 7 hours late for checkin after missing our flight in Paris (they have two different airports, make sure you go to the correct one) furthermore she welcomed us with a bottle of much needed Chianti and some breakfast snacks. The house in itself is amazing, the detail that went into it right down to the hindges and door latches are very impressive. Being near record tempatures the fact that every room had an AC unit was a life saver! As far as location goes you can't do any better, it's only a 10 minute walk to so many famous Florence sights. I highly recommmend "gusta pizza" for the best pizza in the world and the pear ravioli at Trattoria 4 Leoni is to die for. Both restaurants are only minutes from the flat.

We loved this first floor apartment just blocks from Ponte Vecchio. It was very clean, well appointed with amenities, and the perfect space for our family of four. Every bit of it was charming - all of the modern conveniences with a historic and warm ambiance. Can't wait to come back!

The apartment is conveniently located. A small supermarket, which is only is only a minute away, has everything you'd need. Giardino di Boboli on the door step, about a 10- 15 minutes walk to Pitti Palace and another few minutes to Ponte Vecchio. The apartment is very clean and cosy. Great communications prior to arrival and the host was informative and helpful when we checked in. Very pleased with the stay.

The host met me on arrival and gave me lots of information about the area. There was a welcome breakfast basket, juice, tea, milk, water and a bottle of Chianti Classico red wine which was lovely and very thoughtful given I didn't have time to shop before my arrival. The little flat is gorgeous and very clean. There is also a little courtyard where you can sit and enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. There are lots of restaurants very close by and a grocery store just up the road. The flat is in a very quiet area of Florence but within walking distance to everywhere. I have enjoyed my three weeks here - almost feels like my own home. Would recommend it to anyone and would definately stay here again if I return to Florence.

We stayed in the apartment for 9 nights during the last decade of May. LOCATION: The apartment is at the ground floor of a historical building, at the limit of the historical town, in the Oltrarno, a few minutes walk from the Palazzo Pitti and in the proximity of La Porta Romana. The bus stop (nr.11) is in the nearby, easy connection with the train station. At the Porta Romana you can take the buses to travel to Siena and San Gimignano. In Piazza Santo Spirito, 10 min. walk, there are plenty of affordable, lively restaurants and terraces with local specialties. To prepare your meals at home, there is a Carrefour on the Via Romana, a few steps away. So everything you need is in the nearby. The street, even with the traffic is not disturbing. The insulation is very good (double glazed windows). THE APARTMENT : large enough to accommodate two people with different program , decorated in a mix modern/vintage Florentine style, according to the historic building. It was recently refurbished and modernized and is very welcoming. Colors, furniture, decoration, at the very detail, are elegant and cozy. The two large beds have mattresses hard enough for a good sleep. The apartment is equipped with heating, AC, TV with all the cable channels you can choose from. There is a very good Wi-fi connection. The tiny bath room with a shower had a hair drier and the basic toiletries. Always good hot water!!! The small inside court yard is perfect for breakfast and occasional smokers. In the kitchen there is every thing one could need to feel at home preparing breakfast and even complicate meals. We did not cook but appreciated the appliances and every detail of the cupboards!!! Gas stove, fridge, dish washing machine… Every thing is immaculate clean. The rate was absolutely correct. Even we had not the opportunity to meet Antonella, she was always open to answer at the phone and the e.mails. Doina who welcomed us was naturally polite and efficient.
