No hay peros. Està céntrico, a un tiro re piedra de la catedral, San Lorenzo y todos los lugares posibles. Magnìficamente equipado (de los picos sitios que he encontrado con lavadora), decorado con gusto. La dueña es muy amable y te da indicaciones muy útiles. Perfecto. Volveríamos sin duda.

My sister and I spent three nights at this centrally-located Florence apartment. Prior to our arrival, Ambra was very helpful and promptly replied to all correspondence. The location suited us very well, and the only time we needed a taxi was to get from the airport to the apartment. The building has a lift, which is much appreciated when traveling with larger pieces of luggage. The apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived, but we were previously told that dropping off our luggage would be fine. The apartment was spotlessly clean, not simply "surface clean". The shower door track was literally being scrubbed when we were being shown around the apartment. Ambra provided everything needed to avoid our having to immediately rush out for anything. Coffee, snacks, milk, and wine were greatly appreciated! The apartment building itself was quiet with no noises from neighboring units. The street below, however, went through periods of noise each night. I cannot deduct from the apartment rating for this, since it is a "downtown" location and a certain amount of street noise is to be expected. The beds were comfy, temperature control worked well, no issues with hot water or internet connection. The washer/dryer was a welcome amenity, as it gave us the opportunity to start off the rest of our trip with fresh clothes. We were not too successful in getting the dryer to work, but we are certain it was operator error rather than the appliance! The train station is well within walking distance (5 mins) from the apartment. I would definitely recommend to a friend, as there were no negatives with the rental. Everything went smoothly, the location (VERY close to the Duomo) was extremely convenient, and the owner was fantastic!
