Interacción con los huéspedes: Las llaves del apartamento se pueden recoger en cualquier momento en la recepción del Condominio do Mar, que está a cargo del equipo de seguridad las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, quienes son muy serviciales y de apoyo en caso de que necesite asesoramiento inmediato. El garaje subterráneo para estacionamiento seguro. Solicite en la recepción el número de código de la puerta y la puerta. (Esto cambia regularmente por razones de seguridad). También contamos con un equipo de limpieza local y un equipo de administración de inglés que se ocupará rápidamente de cualquier problema que pueda surgir. El apartamento es perfecto, esta muy equipado y le falta un detalle. Hemos estado muy agusto, no ha sido la primera vez y tampoco la última. Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos.

Apartamento muy confortable,muy limpio y cerca de la playa. Seguridad 24 horas.
Los dueños siempre preocupados por todo para que no nos faltase nada y estuviese todo en orden cosa que de agradecer.

Lovely apartment
My wife and I stayed for 16 days in June 23 in Neil and Jan’s lovely apartment. The apartment was so well equipped and had everything we needed. We totally understand why Neil and Jan say this is their home from home! We enjoyed many lazy mornings and some late afternoons on the sunny balcony with it’s lovely sea view.
The location was behind the beautiful Marina with its many bars and restaurants many of which had live music at weekends. It was an easy walk into the old town, again with lots of fabulous restaurants and bars.
The complex was very quiet when we were there and the pool area and surrounding gardens were lovely and well maintained.
The train station is about a 5 minute walk away and we had a lovely day trip to Faro.
It’s five years since we had been to Lagos and we were very much looking forward to returning there. We were not disappointed as it was as lovely as we remembered it to be! All in all a fabulous relaxing 16 days and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again.

Perfect break with our baby
My partner and I stayed at this wonderful apartment, for our first trip abroad with our 6 month old baby.
The accommodation exceeded both of our expectations, and was everything we needed for a relaxing break. The high chair/baby bath and cot were all excellent condition. Blackout blinds in both the lounge and bedroom meant our baby slept comfortably all night long, and was able to take naps during the day.
There was a well equipped kitchen, large comfortable bedroom, spacious lounge and dining area and a stylish bathroom with large light up mirror and great shower.
There is an on site pool with baby pool and plenty of sun loungers. Being close to the marina was brilliant for us, as we were able to stroll over within minutes. The beach and the beautiful newly built boardwalk, suitable for prams and wheelchairs, was also nearby.
We can’t wait to visit again, thanks Jan and Neil.

Wonderful home from home apartment
Situated perfectly between the marina and the beach this beautiful apartment really is a find. Lovingly decorated and furnished you will find all you need for a relaxing stay .
With a stunning on site pool and the beach just a short walk away the location couldn’t be better.
Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be booking to go again soon .

4 night break
my daughter and i stayed at apartment 2 M on the 9th september. It’s a fantastic apartment with all that you need .It has a nice pool and plenty of sunbeds. Once you get your bearings everything is within walking distance. The marina has nice bars and restaurants and so has the town . The beach is lovely we spent all day there . There is a big supermarket just 10 mins walk away . We had rain one day but being from up north that didn’t dampen our time . Neil and Jan are great kept up with communication and telling us about places to go . i would definitely recommend it to anyone

Alles was man braucht
Die Lage war ideal. Der näheste Strand nur paar hundert meter weit entfernt, was super und praktisch war mit unseren Kleinkind zu erreichen. Weitere super Strände ca. 30 min - 45 min Gehminuten entfernt aber absolut wert es zu gehen. Entlang der Strandpromenade zu gehen vergeht auch die Zeit doppelt so schnell und es kommt einen nicht so lang vor. im Apartment findet und hat man alles was man braucht. Uns wurde sogar ein Extrakinderbett, eine Badewanne und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Balkonaussicht zum Meer ist natürlich ein bonuspunkt. Als auch der Pool in der Anlage zur Benutzung. UNs fehlte es an nichts und wir waren tatsächlich nur zu Fuß und öffentlich unterwegs. Gerne wieder. vielen Lieben Dank für alles.

Wonderful Week
We had a wonderful week in Lagos and the apartment was perfect. The bed was huge and we both slept extremely well and were kept cool by the air con system throughout the apartment. We even decided to stay in one night and cook our own meal using the kitchen facilities which were great and we sat out on the balcony under the stars. The smart TV has access to Netflix and Prime Video as well if you wanted to chill out in your down time.
We hired a car from Luz Car (would recommend) and travelled around to see all the different beaches Lagos had to offer. We loved ‘Luz beach’ and ‘Porto Do Mos’ as well as ‘Meia Praia’ which was a 3 minute drive or a 10 minute walk away, leaving from the back gate. We borrowed the cool bag and parasol which were available in the apartment to keep both ourselves and the beers cool whilst at the beach! It was also nice to head back to the pool late afternoon and use the swimming pool which was quiet with plenty of sun beds available. If you wanted to you could easily lay out in the sun until 7:30-8pm there.
We had some excellent meals out and would fully recommend all of the following, ‘Tasca do kiko’ a tapas restaurant next to the marina which was a 5-6 minute walk from the apartment. ‘Fernandos’ which is a small family run restaurant which you will walk past if you’re not careful on the walk into the town centre, beautiful steak and house red wine with exceptional service. Finally, we dined at ‘Dom Henrique’ on our last night, we had a table on the ‘terrace’ which was lovely and had a fantastic 3 course meal. They even opened a modern cocktail bar from 10pm upstairs so we stayed on for a couple of cocktails to finish.
All in all a wonderful week in Lagos and would fully recommend these hosts and this apartment, it has everything you need and the location was perfect with onsite parking.

Fabulous
Great, well appointed apartment in fantastic location. Spacious balcony overlooking pool and there's a sea view too. Apartment is 5 minute walk to the gorgeous sandy beach and a 10.minute stroll from the wonderful old town, where there's a huge selection of fab restaurants. Bus and train stations also close and a day trip to Portimao is recommended.
Would love to return in the future and have no hesitation in recommending it to others

Lovely Apartment with everything you would need
We did not have a car and used the bus and sometimes the taxi when we wanted to go further than the Marina. For someone better at walking, you can walk right into the town in 20 minutes.
The apartment was very spacious and had everything you could possibly want. The whole complex was secure and you used a key or combination code to access the site.
The onsite pool and restaurant were really great. The restaurant (Matildes) was particularly good and we ate there on a number of occasions.
We did not use the beach on this occasion but once again it would have only been a short walk.
