We had a fabulous stay in the villa.... it had everything that we needed for our time spent there. On arrival the villa was spotless, with a bottle of red wine waiting for us... a lovely touch. A relaxing holiday, would definitely recommend. The surrounding views were amazing and lovely to wake up to.....which actually was early due to the cockerel, behind the property, that can’t quite crow properly 😂.

The house comes with all the comforts needed. We found a very clean and cool place to stay, not too far from the beaches. Big chance we’ll come back.

We had an amazing time. The house was lovely and would highly recommend staying here. The restaurant a couple of minutes walk from the house serves great food. Would def stay here again when in Portugal. Thanks for making our stay a home from home experience. The only thing I would ask for are 2 sun umbrellas rather than just the one currently there, to create some more shade around the pool.

Within 15 minute walk of centre of Silves, which is a busy market town: many good eating establishments, river trips and an historic castle dating back to Moorish rulers. The Villa is less than 3 years old and is in immaculate condition. The owner's description is accurate, so you certainly won't be disappointed or feel cheated by an 'over-selling' write up! We felt at home the minute we stepped through the door, all we needed to do was buy food at the local supermarkets and we were good to go. Great pool, hours of fun for the children (and adults too). Electronically controlled security entrance gate and secure underground parking was a reassuring bonus. Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

the villa is just perfect quiet and has everything you could want the beautiful view over to the castle big comfortable rooms with lots of room for 6 people to have quiet time if they want it. the kitchen has everything if you want to cook or just a short walk away is a great restaurant. my 2 grandchildren loved the pool. after our 4 week whirlwind trip around Europe it was wonderful to relax before the long journey home to Australia

We have recently returned from a week stay at this lovely villa. It had everything and more that we could have needed or wanted. We travelled as a family of 3: 2 adults and an 8 month old baby. A travel cot and highchair were provided and both were great....the baby slept extremely well all week! We were looking for somewhere with enough space for us all and comfortable for us adults who planned to spend days mostly out and evenings in the villa after the baby went to bed. Lots of lovely beaches and towns nearby to explore. Supermarkets in Silves more than adequate and a very good supermarket called Apolonia in nearby Lagoa. Lots of dining options nearby in Silves also. The villa had numerous dining areas both inside and out, and the outside terraces and pool area had stunning views of Silves and the castle. Kitchen well equipped, lounge spacious and with large tv with 100's of channels, bedrooms with ample wardrobe space with more than enough hangers, individual aircon in each room and very comfortable super king bed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book again. It had lots of little details that made it more comfortable.....pool towels provided, good quality and ample amount of bathroom towels, good coffee machine, cleaner who came once during the stay, garage with secure parking and more. The villa was very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Great views to Silves Castle, very convenient to town and amenities, walkable to town and supermarket. Perfect for what we wanted which was a quiet location away from town and we wanted cycling routes to the hills and quiet roads from the property. Great house inside, possibly too big for us as a couple as it had three floors and three bedrooms. Possibly one complaint was that the downstairs living room was huge and a bit bare and the one settee very small and a bit old and faded. A very good tv with loads of channels and great wi fi and mobile connection. Kitchen was pretty good, a fab delta coffee machine but maybe could be better equipped re.basic food provisions like salt pepper etc. and cleaning washing up equipment like kitchen roll a dish brush etc, However the maid was superb and the house was spotless !! The double bedroom was excellent with great views and a really comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay in the house, helped by excellent 20 degrees warm weather and sunshine for 7 days and miles and quiet peaceful roads for cycling. Jane and Paul from South Wales UK

Es perfecto en todos los sentidos, te sientes como en casa y la limpieza de ella es impoluta. Solo mejoraría saber, cuando es la limpieza o la llegada de alguien Lo negativo es la poca intimidad en la piscina ,aún así es estupenda. Recomendable 100/100 Gracias por todo

We stayed at this beautiful townhouse which overlooked the Castle. We were amazed at the size of the house . It is very tastefully furnished throughout. The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect for self catering. The lounge was extremely large with a terrace overlooking the Castle. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace every morning. All three bedrooms had a good range of fitted wardrobes, plenty of space for lots of clothes etc! The swimming pool was lovely with extremely comfortable loungers. We had plenty of space in the house for the two of us and I believe two couples would enjoy staying here without getting into each other's way. We have stayed in many self catering villas in Portugal, but I must say this is the best. We hope to return here in the very near future.
