Host is reachable anytime and very helpful to us like transfer from to the airport/luggage stores. This really easy our visit and enjoy stay in Lisbon for three days. We highly recommand to stay at this apartment as it's right in city center. By taking taxi in Lisbon is affordable and good choice. Apartment is super clean and decoration is very Nordic. Next time if we have chance to visit again, we would rather to stay at this place again.

Stayed here on 30th December over the New Years for 5 nights. Stayed in 1B and the place was spotless. Very clean and everything in its place. Teresa was spot on with everything and tended to our every needs effortlessly. Wonderful service. Housekeeping very good too.

This hotel is a lovely, tastefully decorated (and renovated) building incorporating several serviced apartments. We were upgraded to a slightly larger two-bed than the one we had initially booked (due to a water issue with that one). The apartment was spacious and full of natural light with great views. It was sparklingly clean and well furnished with very comfortable beds, sofas and chairs. The kitchen was well-equipped and we would probably have made more use of it had we stayed for longer. The only main thing lacking was a washing machine - not necessary for a short stay but perhaps for a longer one, although there are launderettes nearby. The main bathroom was huge and incorporated both a bath and shower (in the bath). The ensuite was a little cramped but was fine to use. Could have done with a few more bathroom amenities (but I am picky here) to help polish off the experience. Teresa, the Hotel Manager, is brilliant - made us feel really welcome and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. The housekeeper, Andreia is lovely - so friendly and really makes sure everything is spotless. Being a serviced apartment, there is no restaurant on-site. However, there are plenty of excellent choices nearby. Just ask Teresa for recommendations. The location of the hotel is ideal - walking distance from very good restaurants and main tourist sites and or a short taxi ride otherwise. Would stay here again (or in of there soon to open other locations).

The apartments in this imposing building have all been refurbished to a very high standard. The kitchens and bathrooms and clean and modern as were the rest the lofty style rooms. Our apartment was on the 3rd floor, the bedrooms where large and spacious and thoughtfully designed. This apartment could have benefitted from larger windows in the living area. Great location. Just a little out of the way of the hubbub of the busy zones of the city, but easy access by tram, cab or foot. Friendly staff who helped with transfers and recommendations to eat locally.

We stayed at he Hermitage Castillo apartment 1b for a few nights in May ‘19. Stunning, period building, very tastefully restored. Immaculately clean and equipped with crisp, cotton bedsheets, fluffy white towels etc. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen so it’s a perfect base whether you want to eat out or in. Nice and secure - Key code operated external and internal door, lockable safe in the room. Teresa contacted us two days before our stay to confirm everything and met us on arrival. Very helpful recommendations and warm welcome!Teresa was flexible and helpful; nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in an excellent location - 5 minutes walk to main restaurant and bar area (Bairro Alto) and easy to get on the tram for access to the rest of the city (which is also walkable on foot). Perfect brunch cafe opposite the apartment (Fauna & Flora, recommended by Teresa). Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, excellent apartment, excellent location, highly recommend and would definitely return.

It was a pleasure for us to stay in Hermitage Castelo! We were fascinated with the beauty of the house as well as all the really nice and well-thought-out interior details! Perfect also for families with children! What a great host! Muito obrigado and once again thanks a lot for your hospitality! Note: The heritage protected house is located on a nice and calm square with a little Kiosk in front. Perfect drinks till almost 1'o clock in the morning!

I just spent 3 days in the hotel, we had an amazing apartment with 2 bedrooms. The building is simply gorgeous and the room beautifully decorated with great amenities. Teresa from the management was super helpful during our stay and available all the time. the location of the hotel is ideal to visit Lisbon. I will most definitely come back! this was not my first time in Lisbon and for sure, I'll come back to this hotel! SIMPLY AMAZING :)

Tras organizar una escapada a Lisboa, conseguimos alojamiento en este establecimiento que en la web tenia buena pinta. La atención, desde la reserva, fue de primera. Al llegar a Lisboa avisamos pro teléfono y nos recibió Teresa magníficamente. Las estancias son preciosas, decoradas con gusto e impecables. Solo un "pero" que son las escaleras de acceso por lo corto de la pisada de los peldaños. El baño magnífico, las camas cómodas, sabanas, toallas y todo impecable. El desayuno te lo traen de fuera y es realmente delicioso. Para repetir.
