A very clean and comfortable apartment and location is 5 star. Super handy to all transport including excursion pick ups. Wonderfully convenient to restaurants and supermarkets. Enjoyed feeling like you could almost touch the passing trams from the little balcony. Beds were very comfortable. Fresh linen and soundproofing plus air conditioning made for restful nights. The bottle of red wine on arrival was a nice touch. We were staying over fiesta time which was pretty hectic noise wise but again close to activities and fun. The friendly back packers were helpful with some key access issues early on and you did get used to their constant staircase traffic. It was nice hearing their happy stories and the array of languages. Jose and Ana were helpful with assistance when asked, even though it was party time on a busy weekend so thank you. Check in and check out went smoothly and on time. Some difficulty setting up TV but rarely used it, however we did enjoy playing local CD music at times. So many talented buskers. Although the lovely windows are amazing there was limited use of the balcony due to small amounts of adjacent building work debris falling which was disconcerting. This appears to be a common problem in beautiful Lisbon with the extensive construction in progress all over the city. Good reason to wear a fedora hat! This apartment was our base for enjoying Lisbon and the level area downtown was a pleasure to walk around especially down by the Tagus - the afternoon light by the water was truly amazing as was the dancing in the streets and the friendly food purveyors. Loved the historic landmarks, sangria, green wine, port and soft cheeses with olives and bread and so many delicious pastries all available in the local squares close to this apartment which is handy at the end of a long day of being a tourist... A very enjoyable yet quirky stay around the time of St Anthony's celebrations and parade. Silly me left some items of clothing in the wardrobe (i blame the fiesta) and Ana kindly offered to post these to me which was greatly appreciated and thoughtful. Shame Australia is so far away but I hope to return to Portugal. The vegatation is very familiar as is the climate but your special history is powerful and fabulous! Party on Portugal ♡ I love that you start late and stay up late!

The place is in the very Centre of the city which is so convenient when you’re visiting Lisbon for leisure and excursions! The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, with complementary welcome wine and fruits and coffe etc which was really comfy and pleasant as we had that minimum after a flight and before we could go to a grocery shop (a nice market btw is just across the street, and so are lovely restaurants and shops). We were greeted on time and very warmly - Portugal is a very hospitable country with extremely nice people! The only little thing was the hostel in upper floors and sometimes we could hear people walking up or down the stairs, but we stayed with two little kids and had no problems whatsoever neither with our or their sleep, no with any of the noise (it was not too bad after all). The stay in the very Centre of Lisbon and LV Premier Baixa Apartments was well worth it! I’d recommend it for sure!

The apartment is very stylish and management were extremely prompt and helpful.The owner was very informative about things to do.Definitely coming back.

This is a great airbnb location for many reasons: Jose and his site manager, Taiz, are very responsive. Taiz was helpful — ask anything and she will know and have a good story. They had immediate response from the start and through the finish and were professional and very kind. Well done! Also, there is the apartment — better than the photos, more roomy, extra clean, and such a location for visitors! We were 3: two sisters and a a friend. There was plenty of room, more could have fit but, being 3 girls, we liked the ratio to the bathroom. The leather seating in the main area and dining area were perfect for us, open and spacious with a lovely breeze from the open full length windows. The front bedroom was made up as a double and the back room two singles, which can change depending on your needs. They asked, in fact, there was a great form which provided our needs to them. The bathroom was lovely, especially the shower. Plenty of 'colour coded' towels. The kitchen was fully supplied for our needs: the fridge was good sized, we didn't use the washer but the dryer was good. An easy half-flight up to the apartment, its 3 windows overlook a happening street and are adjacent to a square. Everything is close: we loved the combo vintage shop/restaurant and it's designer gin & tonics (and food), plus there are shops, pharmacy, electronics shop (when you need a plug in for for computer) and transportation, taxi, tour and public within a short walk. Wonderful time. Would stay here again thanks to the location, Jose and Taiz, and the joys of Lisboa. Side note: do not miss a side trip to Sintra. It was an incredible adventure and needs at least a day if not more to see — the locations are not close and you will need transport, bus, tuk-tuk, taxi, or private. Highly recommend Jose's apartment and I would love to go back soon.

A second visit to do some more exploring of this great city! The apartment is so central to the public transport system to go in any direction by bus, tram or trolley tram. It is in a flat part of town, with some easy walking to local restaurants and squares. Take the Hills Tram and go all the way to Belem. This apartment has everything that you need for a truly comfortable stay. We are now curious to see and stay at the other apartments owned by Jose and have no doubt that they shall be as well equipped and comfortable as the one we stayed in. Great hosts, thank you!

Geräumiges Ap., moderne Einrichtung, es fehlt nichts,alles genau wie beschrieben in neuwertigem oder sehr gutem Zustand. Die sehr nette Verwalterin (Ms.Themudo) war genau wie verabredet zur Stelle.Wir, 3 Pers., alle Mitte 60, waren hoch zufrieden und empfehlen das Ap. 100% weiter.

Spent a week in this 1st floor Apt, it is really on the doorstep for everything good Restaurants, shops Metro and rail station. The Apt is well stocked and modern, have to mention Taiz (Apt Manager) who goes out of her way to be helpful and makes you feel welcome. On the downside for an Apt that sleeps up to eight, one small bathroom is not enough plus there is only one wardrobe in the Apt ( could easily fit extra wardrobe in lounge) bedrooms are small there was four of us , the other couple had nowhere to hang their clothes. Having said this we all really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was perfect for us, an active family of 4. It is centrally located to getting out to the districts of Lisbon that we wanted to see: The Alfama, Chiado and its shopping, Rossio Square, Baixa walking. The street it is on is wonderful with shops and small restaurants, and lots of nearby outdoor dining. The apartment has 3 sets of beautiful tall double doors that we would open to the little balcony and watch the street life and enjoy the breeze. The apt also has A/C but was barely used. Our check-in and check-out procedures were excellent as was all pre-trip communication with Jose. On time, everything went well within the apartment. Fast wifi and washer/dryer inside. Hightly recommend!
