This lovely apartment really is a home from home, fully air-conditioned, with a spacious open plan sitting/dining/kitchen, modern bathroom and 2 well-sized bedrooms, all spotlessly clean. The location is just a few minutes walk from the city centre and all of the many attractions Lisbon has to offer. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close by, too (including one next door and another just opposite the apartment). For us, though, what really made our holiday was the service we received from Pedro and his family. Pedro met us at the apartment, showed us the route into central Lisbon, kept us up to date with information on Sintra (we were there just after the heatwave) and gave us the best recommendations on what to visit and where to eat. Wholeheartedly recommended.

I lived in this apartment for a longer period and can only recommend to anyone to stay there when in Lisbon. Overall, three points make this apartment stand out: 1) Location: Perfect location in the heart of Chiado (next to Bairro Alto), thus perfectly located to get to the best restaurants, bars, and activities in town. Luckily, even though at the center, the apartment is located in a very calm street. 2) Hosts: The family owning and managing the apartment is outstanding. They are super friendly and eager to help you out in any situation. If we faced any problem in the apartment (which luckily did not happen very often), they found a solution right away. I remember that I complained on the day of moving in that the wifi signal was not evenly distributed in all rooms. The next day, the hosts already provided us with an additional repeater. So impressive! Moreover, they have also been very helpful with other issues we faced while settling in. Overall, we were really impressed by the kind of hospitality they offered. 3) Apartment: The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is well-equipped, the internet works perfectly fine (and is fast), and the shower is super nice as well. Also, the apartment is nicely decorated and cozy. Overall, I can only recommend to book this place for you trip to Lisbon - be it for leisure or business, for short-term or long-term!

Pedro and the Courtesy team have created the perfect place to stay for anyone with or without kids, offering the experience of staying in your own place combined with the concierge service and attention to detail that you'd find at an upscale boutique hotel. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and on a side-street so you get a local feel, but very centrally located. I visited Lisbon with my 6 month old baby and every single thing I needed for her was in the apartment when we arrived. Pedro even offered to come to the apartment when I was leaving to help me down with my luggage. His recommendations for where to eat and where to visit were spot on and I was able to ask him questions throughout our visit. I've stayed in apartments all over the world and this apartment might be the most perfect place I've ever stayed. Thank you Pedro, Ana and team!

We loved this place, and the hosts, who could not have been more helpful from beginning to end. We stayed in units 3 and 4 and both were comfortable and bright and clean. Ana and Pedro helped us with restaurant information and arranged a pick up at the airport, and Ana met us with wine and pastries at the apartment when we arrived. The building is in an excellent location and we didn't mind the stairs. We definitely would recommend it to others and would stay here again!

We stayed here for 2 weeks in July. The location of the apartment is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the metro. There are lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc nearby. Ana met us at the apartment and gave us great advice. She was available anytime to answer our questions. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. The beds are very comfy and the bedrooms are at the back of the apartment away from the street so it is quiet at night. Our flight home was late in the evening and Ana very kindly allowed us to use another apartment that day as someone was checking in to ours. Would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Lisbon!

The apartment is in a great location in the middle of Chiado. It is so central to everything.The apartment itself is very clean with all the mod cons needed for a holiday.Myself and my wife were picked up from the airport and were greeted by Ana on arrival.Ana then spent a good 20 minutes with us talking through the the extensive information book which is kept in the apartment.This covered everything from instructions on how to use the various facilities to information on shops,restaurants etc.It was very informative. One of the things we wanted to do when in Lisbon was a day trip to Sintra to see the Palace and Castelo Dos Mouros(would recommend).Getting there could not have been easier as the train station is literally 5 minutes away with trains running frequently)We did not bother with car hire.There is a metro station also a short distance away so getting round the city was easy.Also you can walk to the seafront in 15/20 minutes. The variety and choice of restaurants within no more than 10 minutes of the apartment was just amazing.Oficina do Duque with its unique display of kitchen implements , on the walls is only a minute away. All in all the apartment is a great place to stay in Lisbon.

Thanks to Ana for her personal service and gorgeous apartment in a wonderful location accessible to everything Lisbon has to offer. We were grateful to have such a well set up and cozy place to stay. Highly recommended!!

First of all thanks to Pedro and his family. From booking up to the end they gave us perfect assistance! The flat is located very centrally close to lots of restaurants and bars. You can see also the castle and within a very few minutes you can enter the metro or trams. Although it is very „lifely“ surrounded by restaurants you can sleep quietly, because the sleeping rooms are located to the small courtyard and are equipped with airco so you can even close the windows... The flat is perfectly equipped with coffee mashine, washing and drying mashines, fridge, etc. It is nicely refurbished with a new bath. Pedro has also prepeared a perfect overview of point of interests, restaurants and bar guides - and on any wish, Pedro answered in split seconds... :-) ...one open word - Lisbon is a very hilly city and you should be prepared to climb a few steps :-) ...the flat is located on the third floor, but this is not an issue... Thanks and enjoy this place...

Arriving to Courtesy Chiado we were met by our friendly host and given lots of useful information. The apartment is fully equiped with everything you need and a real home away from home! In the area you find a lot of restaurants and shops and things to see. I will definitely book this place if going to Lisbon again!
