We stayed at Courtesy's 1-bedroom apartment near the castle. It was an excellent experience in every way:
- Great location in Alfama. Many conveniences/amenities nearby. A great spot from which to explore a great city.
- Lovely, well appointed and extremely well-equipped apartment. Everything we needed and very stylish. Impeccably clean.
- Fantastic service. The Host was extremely welcoming, she met us at check-in and walked us through the apartment and explained where everything was how everything worked. An extremely classy touch.
- Everything is extremely organized. There are binders that provide instructions on how all the appliances work. A binder that provides restaurant recommendations (and other amenities) in the local area (including concise walking maps to each location).
Simply put - this was one of the best short-term apartment rental experiences that we have ever had (and we have had many). We have only been back home for a couple of weeks and have already been recommending this place to family and friends considering a visit to Lisbon.

Outstanding experience
We could not ask for more after spending four nights at this central, comfortable and high-end apartment. The hosts look after every detail even before we arrive - promptly communicating and ensuring we have everything we need.
The apartment is very well looked after, with all necessary amenities and decorated to make us feel at home (and a great one too!).
Location-wise, we were right in the middle of a premium location (Chiado), next to public transports and in fact we were able to walk everywhere.
I also appreciated the well-prepared documentation about the city and useful advice on what to visit.

Leuk logement pal in centrum
Appartement biedt alles wat je als gezin nodig hebt. Tof keukentje, afwasmachine + wasmachine tot zelfs strijkijzer toe. Kraaknet en modern. Op enkele minuten te voet van het oude centrum van Lissabon in rustige straat met alle bezienswaardigheden, winkels en restaurantjes vlakbij maw toplocatie. Inderdaad minder bereikbaar als je slecht ter been bent want toch wel wat trappen naar boven. Een dikke 9/10 want eigenaar Ana geweldige service & vriendelijkheid. Alles met de glimlach en perfecte info-map op de kamer tot in detail uitgewerkt (bvb resto-tips) zodat je 100% kan genieten van je city trip aan Lissabon. Overal goed werkende airco in appartement in beide aparte slaapkamers + woonkamer en die airco is welkom in de hete zomermaanden. Kleine maar functionele en heel propere badkamer. Courtesy morning appartment kan je met een gerust gemoed boeken als je een topverblijf in centrum Lissabon zoekt !!! Wij vonden het top.

Beautiful apartment in a great location
We stayed in this apartment last summer and really enjoyed it. Beautiful base, perfect for exploring the old town and centre of Lisbon. Quiet street, great views yet only a short walk from shops, cafes and restaurants and great vibe. Ana looked after us well. Highly recommend it.

Exceptional apartment and service
My wife and I rented Courtesy Chiado for 9 nights in early February. We have rented many excellent short term rentals over the years but this stands out as one of our best experiences to date. The property itself is terrific. It is clean, spacious and fully equipped. The location couldn't be better. It is close to Rossio Square and within walking distance of many of Lisbon's historic districts, restaurants and shopping. As good as the apartment itself is, the service was even better. Ana arranged for our private transfer from the airport and then met us at the apartment with a gift of wine and freshly baked custard tarts. Her nephew was with her to help carry our luggage up the steps to the 4th floor apartment. Ana kept in contact throughout our stay to ensure that all was going well. We highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely stay!
The steep stairs up to the apartment were a challenge with our bulky luggage, but well worth it. Lovely apartment with warm welcome from Ana despite our late arrival. Central location and lovely views. All mod cons and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Appartamento molto bello e ben curato in una posizione spettacolare e centrale, comodo per la visita della città e vicino al quartiere del BARRIO Alto con i suoi ristoranti.
Ana la proprietaria è speciale con la sua accoglienza premurosa e attenta. Ascoltate ogni suo suggerimento. Noi abbiamo trovato le indicazioni per le cene e le colazioni ottime. L' appartamento lo abbiamo amato!

Great return visit to this beautiful apartment
We first visited this lovely apartment in 2017 and were so pleased to return! I cannot imagine a better location in Lisbon and feel so lucky to have found this place.
With the helpful guidance of Pedro during his welcome talk, we ventured to Belém, Cascais and Sintra this time (toddler in tow!) - from Cais do Sodré and Rossio stations respectively, both under 15 mins walk away. The apartment is minutes from the central shopping district and from the convent do Carmo, which was very worth a visit.
The apartment is beautifully maintained and still just as the pictures depict. It is spotlessly clean and modern and comfortable. The stairs to it remain steep, but the view from the living room makes it worth the climb!
We had another lovely gift on arrival (Manteigaria Pasteis de Nata are amazing, by the way! Better than Belém!); and both Anna and Pedro were so incredibly helpful and responsive both before and during our trip, particularly with arrangements for (very reasonable) airport transfers.
Once again, Anna had thought of everything for our small son- toys, cutlery, crockery, a very comfy bed for him. He loved it.
We will definitely be back for a third visit!

Parfait....
Bonjour, tout était parfait, l'accueil, l'appartement, la situation, en plein centre historique de Lisbonne, vous réservez, vous vous installez dans un appartement très confortable avec une vue imprenable sur le château, et vous profitez de cette belle ville de Lisbonne, accueillante, lumineuse, chaleureuse....
Un remerciement tout particulier à notre hôtesse, qui dés notre arrivée nous emmène vers d'autres contrées et nous incite à profiter vite de cette belle ville. Remerciements également à toute l'équipe qui nous a permis de nous installer dans un appartement confortable et très propre. A bientôt, nous recommanderons sans hésiter votre lieu.

Super séjour à Lisbonne
Logement+++ : spacieux et aménagé avec goût, prestations de qualité. Une vue magique sur le château Saint Georges. Situation centrale qui permet de rallier les sites touristiques en transport en commun très facilement (Belém,Alfama, baixa ou Sintra). Des hôtes à disposition si besoin.
