An excellent, well appointed and located Apartment.
Top Flat 1 is excellent and it certainly has amazing river views. The apartment is bright, well lit, very comfortable and spacious. The photos of the apartment accurately reflect the apartment and it's quality. We were met by Patricia who could not have been more welcoming. We were given good advice about Top Flat, local restaurants, coffee shops etc. which was worth having.Top Flat is located in a quiet area of Porto but also makes a good base to explore the town being only a five or ten minute stroll to the river front or the Town centre (depending on how energetic you are). There was no problem in leaving our luggage in the building after we had vacated the apartment and meeting Monica when we came back to retrieve it.
All in all an excellent apartment and base from which to explore Porto. We would return to Top Flat 1 without hesitation.

Perfect Apartment for Porto Stay
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Porto, this is it! My partner and I could not have been happier with this apartment. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It is located in the Ribeira neighborhood and all the Porto must-see sights are within walking distance. We had a great view of the Douro River from the apartment living room. Patricia, the owner of the apartment, was a pleasure to deal with. She was helpful both before and during our stay, assisting us with reservations, directions, and suggestions on what to see. We would definitely choose to stay in this apartment again the next time we visit Porto!

Stop searching - this is the place you want to stay.
We can’t recommend Top Flat enough - it’s actually perfect. The location and views of the river are fabulous, the flat is spotless, spacious, and soothingly contemporary. But the very best part is the owner Patricia, who spent a generous amount of time checking us in, orienting us to the city and to the best highlights, and even calling on our behalf to book a tough-to-reserve restaurant for our dinner. We can’t wait to go back. Really, if any of the 5 apartments are available....book it!

Gracious and spacious!
Gracious host, Patricia, greeted us at the flat and spent a lot of time familiarizing us with the amenities and the city. She arranged private transport to/from airport, which expedited our travel. Warm welcome with a basket full of attraction brochures, restaurant suggestions and recommendations. She even made our dinner reservations. Gave us her mobile # and provided us timely response to any type of question (even texted mid-stay to make sure we were happy.) Several emails in advance of trip were quickly answered.
Nicely renovated, spacious flat with separated bed and bath. Bonus - Couch can convert to sleep 1 adult or 2 children. Well apportioned kitchen with coffee maker, tea kettle and microwave, but no oven or iron. Great air conditioning!
Breathtaking views of the Duoro river. Nestled in old downtown, with high pitch hills, close to the sites but much renovation occurring here and all around Porto. This area is experiencing a revival but is not complete. A couple of bad vibe areas. Takes a few days for your legs to adapt!
Used Uber everywhere! NOTE don't use the flat's address due to one way street causing big loop. Instead meet them at the bottom of the street / intersection. Saves time and money.

Lovely city and people. Smaller city than Lisbon but well worth it. Took a private car day trip to Duoro Valley wine tasting- AMAZING.

Great apartment with nice view
We stayed for 2 nights. Great apartment with nice view. The owner was great we were 2 hours late in finding the apartment and the owner was still there waiting for us, she even came with us to show us where we could park our car. She was very informative Thank you so much Patricia for letting us stay in your apartment we had a great time.

Amazing view and clean flat
View from the dlat attached. What else can I say?
Its location was also great. Not too touristic but still very close to everything - Porto is not a big city anyway.
Strongly recommended!

Beautiful views in Porto
Great location. Very welcoming hostess. A comfortable place to come home to and within easy walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. A great week in Porto!

Absolument parfait
L'appartement est très bien situé dans Porto. Le service et l'accueil est parfait. Très bien pour un séjour de détente à Porto. N'hésitez pas à profiter du service de chauffeur qui vient vous chercher à l'aéroport.

Historic Location
Great value for money here with a great location from which you can explore all Porto has to offer. The flat was as advertised with a lovely river view. Monica was very good and reliable and arranged airport transfers for us.
