Precioso apartamento con vistas al mar y al puevlo de la cala. Con todo tipo de detalles, y digo todo. No le falta de nada. Lidl a 5min andando y el pueblo a 10. Piscina grande y buena comunidad. Piso amplio con gran terraza y sol todo el dia. Muy recomendable. A mejorar la nevera que no enfria del todo y la ripa de cama que tendria que ser renivada. Repetiria sin duda.

Un apartamento perfecto para descansar
Simplemente perfecto. El apartamento es incluso mejor que en las fotos. Tiene absolutamente de todo; menaje completo, sombrilla para la playa, carro para hacer la compra... Hasta un paraguas! La urbanización es de arquitectura de calidad y está muy bien mantenida. Nos encantó la piscina de 25 metros, en la que se podía nadar. Abre de 10:00 a 22:00, y a primera hora casi no había nadie. La terraza, maravillosa. Elizabeth y Peter fueron muy atentos. El cava, riquísimo. Pudimos hacer el check-out más tarde, ya que no había otra reserva. A corta distancia de la playa, a pesar de que hay que cruzar la autovía, pero lo suficientemente separado para que no moleste el ruido del tráfico. Para repetir sin duda.

Eventually got here
Considering we had booked pre COVID our expectations were met. Excellent communication ( over several years) . Facilities outstanding , want for nothing.
Communal pool super clean and superbly maintained .
Highly recommended..
Well appointed apartment .

Maravilloso apartamento
Es un gran apartamento provisto de todo tipo de detalle, moderno y muy bien equipado. En una urbanización con mucha seguridad y muy cerca de todo: supermercados, playas… hemos pasado unos días muy agradables. Muchas gracias y enhorabuena a la propietaria!!!!

Excellent location and apartment
The apartment was very big, clean, fully equipped, The apartment is in what appears to be a very safe and family friendly complex. We enjoyed our stay very much, no need for a car walking distance to lacala and lidll is across the road. We were met early no hanging around.
Checked out very efficiently.
We would book again, the four of us had a great time thank you

Fabulous Apartment - Will Try To Return
Lovely clean, spacious apartment in a very quiet, gated complex. The apartment has every conceivable facility for guests and everything is full working order.
We were met on arrival by Peter and Elisabeth who were very flexible with our travel arrangements and had left us with some basic provisions e.g. drinks, snacks, etc. which was very thoughtful .. thank you again.
We researched a few apartments as we specifically wanted sun in the morning (whilst our sleeping beauty enjoyed a late lie in bed) and we were not let down. Around lunchtime we would move to the quiet swimming pool area or take the 5 to 10 minute walk to the beach.
Location wise, it is ideal ... the apartment is a couple of minutes walk from a Lidl supermarket and 5 minutes from the closest restaurants and 10 minutes from the main area of La Cala De Mijas. The town and beach are excellent.
I am sure we will return to the area and our first choice will be AnneMarie's apartment

Just as described
AnneMarie was really helpful throughout the booking process and collecting the keys was very easy.
Stayed here with 3 friends and as we were all ladies used the sofa bed in the lounge for one person to sleep on which was very easy to pull out and use and then put away in the day.
There was plenty of room for us all and lots of sheets and towels (some so new we had to wash them first before we could use them!)
The apartment was spotless and tidy and had everything in that you could possibly need.
Sitting out on the patio in the morning sun was lovely and when the sun moved it took only a minute to go downstairs and sit by the pool in the sun.
The beach was a walk away via a bridge over the main road but once there you could walk along the coast for miles and there were plenty of places to eat and drink without being too commercial and crowded. There were also places to eat nearer the apartment but we preferred to be near the beach. AnneMarie left lots of useful information in the apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! We will definitely return!
We loved our stay and left with regret. It is a cozy condo that feels like home. It has everything you can think of and a stunning terrace! It is close to everything by foot (restaurants, Lidl, stores, the beach, the center of La Cala, the bus stop). It is located in a beautiful gated community with very nice gardens. Emma met us at the place and time we had arranged and was very helpful and friendly. AnneMarie, the owner, left us Cava, chocolates, all kinds of goodies, and even a hand-written letter wishing us a wonderful stay. She also left all kinds of helpful information on places to visit, how to do so, things to do, places to eat, as well as how to use everything in the condo.
This is not the first time we stay at this gated community in La Cala de Mijas--the Alamar--as it is very well located, nice (pools and tennis courts, 24h security), but this has been by far our best stay. The nice welcoming and the wonderful condo have made all the difference! This condo has absolutely everything you can think of. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning on the terrace, which has plants and flowers.
I know we will be back soon in La Cala de Mijas (it will be our fourth time), and we hope we can book AnneMarie's condo again!

Great apartment in a good location
The apartment was in a good location only 15 min stroll to beach bars and restaurants. The apartment was well stocked with all the essentials and the balcony had plenty of room to sit around the table and eat and drink and watch the world go by.
The swimming pool was also a nice place to relax and even the water was warm although it did get busy at weekends as the local residents and families used it more. We were there for a month and found a car useful to travel around but if you we’re going for a short period you do not need a car, the bus service is regular and cheap.
All in all a good modern apartment and a place I would return too and the owner AnneMarie was very helpful with my initial enquiry.
