Perfect location. Nice owners. Clean, cozy and on a great price. Had great time there with friends and three year old.

The Blue House is a lovely apartment located very close to the Ambelokipi Metro station. This makes it very easy to get there from the Airport and also to get around, as it is only 3 stops to Syntagma Square. It is also easy to get to the port at Piraeus, as only one change is needed. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and there are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants all very close by.

Athens was a final point of our family trip, so we came to the apartment after hot day in Delphi and the road by car with older sons and very tired small girl. At the first view the place's exterior and the district didn't seem to be very impressive, but when you enter the flat, you are impressed. That's very beautiful, stylish, really big and spacious apartment, decorated tastefully . it's very cozy, comfortable and clean. To our mind, the pictures in the internet are not reflect enough the coziness and size of the place. That's the seldom case, when the reality is better that is expected. thre are actually two bedroom, but the flat can accomodate a larger group or family. The hosts are very nice and helpful. the have provided us with all useful info, phone numbers and left. In the morning of our flight we had to check out very early in the morning, and they 'd appeared exactly in time, that was appreciated very much. the special gem was the kitchen, small but very light with a lot of big windows, very well equipped and the cutest place to sit in with a bottle of cold shampagnia provided by the hosts. the small patio also could be nice in a cooler season Separate respect for excellent air conditioners in each room. No doubt, we'll stay only there every visit Athens and will strongly recommend it to all friends and family. Thanks a lot. It was as close as possible to the ideal apartment , a home out of home.

My wife and I stayed in the blue house with our 3 children in June 2015 for 2 nights. We had a great time in Athens and the apartment was brilliant. The owners were very helpful, the apartment was very well decorated and maintained, and located very close to Ambelokipi metro station. This was very good for travelling around Athens on the excellent metro service. The beds were comfortable and the living areas and kitchen were very well equipped. They supplied a travel cot for our baby. I would highly recommend this property to small groups or families visiting Athens. It was very reasonably priced also.

Πρωτη φορα μπηκα στη διαδικασια να ενοικιασω σπιτι στην Αθηνα για την οικογενεια μου ( 6ατομα) . Μετα από λιγο ψαξιμο για τις ημερομηνιες, κατεληξα στο Blue House. Το σπιτι είναι όπως ακριβως στις φωτογραφιες. Και στην περιγραφη. Δεν του λειπε τιποτα, ανετος υπερδιπλος καναμες , 4 μονα κρεββατια σε 2 δωματια , aircodition σε όλα τα δωματια και στο σαλονι (δεν το χρειαστηκαμε), κουζινα με όλα τα απαραιτητα, βραστηρα καφετερια , ψυγειο κλπ, σταθερο τηλεφωνο για να σε καλουν, internet wifi, tv όλα αψογα. Αψογη συννεονηση με την κυρια Ταξιαρχουλα και τον κυριο ΣΙμο, ευγενικοτατοι και εξυπηρετικοι. Το μετρο σε ένα λεπτο με τα ποδια, όλα είναι διπλα σου, και διπλα στη Γαδα. 2 βραδια σαν να ημασταν σχεδον στο σπιτι μας. Δεν υπαρχει περιπτωση να μην ξαναπροτιμησουμε το ιδιο σπιτι στην ΑΘηνα την επομενη μας φορα.

The location is super easy - a minute's walk from Abelokipi metro station which is on the line into Syntagma Square and to the int'l airport. There are plenty of little restaurants, bakery etc. nearby. You can also get a bus/tram to the national museum etc. at the same place. The apartment is well furnished - obviously recently redone, and comfy. The owners had extra floor cushions for our little boy which was a nice touch! The kitchen and bathroom are a bit older, but well equipped and very clean. For some reason we had a couple of issues getting in touch with the owners to understand how to check in etc in advance, but all was resolved - they will meet you at the property with the keys and maps etc.to explain everything and then the same simple process at check out.

Located in a very comfortable neighbourhood - close to the central part of the city (only 4 stops of the metro from the Acropolis), but away enough from the noise and the hustle, this spacious apartment has a lot of advantages if you are a family or a group of friends visiting Athens. The owners are very polite and friendly. We were greeted by a bottle of champaigne and a tray of sweets. The apartment has everything needed for a pleasant stay - a lot of space, a nice bathroom, a spacious kitchen and a wonderful little backyard. Advantage is the proximity of the metro station and the police station. We were able to find a parking place very quickly. Definitely will stay again on a next trip to Athens.

Great apartment with a lovely garden in the back. We were pleasantly surprised at how roomy the 2 bedroom flat was and made good use of the lovely jasmine scented garden every evening. The flat is conveniently located only a few hundred metres from the metro station (blue line) which made it so easy to get downtown to all the tourist sites as well as to the airport. Around the apartment, there are restaurants, grocers, bakery, convenience stores and more! The fact that the police station is just up the street gave us an added sense of security even though we felt very comfortable walking around the area at night. The owners are very kind and very accommodating. I would certainly stay here again the next time I am in Athens!

Once u find the GADA police station find the house in blue colour. Very near to ambolokipi train station. Backyard of the house is cozy. Will come back whenever we are in Athens.
