was told before departure council where filling a hole in, when we arrived we found next door a 200 x200 mitre quarry, being filled in every day by 30 20 ton lorries, the dust was covering everthing in sight noise was deafening.only sundays was any peace,complained to no avail, should have had some sort of refund ,we had sve foe 18 months for this holiday, owner not interested in my complaint

We are just back from a 17 day stay in this beautiful quality Villa and I wasn’t ready to leave. Everything we needed was there, and it is really very well equipped. The roof terrace is huge with distant views of the sea. The outdoor space is very impressive and the pool was just wonderful and is big enough for a swim, even at night with its lovely colourful lights. The proximity to shops, bars and restaurants is superb. We could sunbathe in the garden and on a few occasions could hear some amazing singers from the restaurants. The area is residential and respectable and was very quiet at night. We used the Moovit app for the bus on our first week, and once we got on the correct frequency we found the bus to be very reliable. On our second week we hired a car to go further afield. I would recommend organising car before you go. Our sons loved hopping on a scooter and enjoyed Villa Marin plaza which is walking distance as was La Fuente centre. I loved sitting in the garden reading my book. This location works for a quiet holiday or a lively one. We visited many beaches but La Zenia which is one of the closest to the Villa was my favourite. Cabo Roig is a taxi or bus away if your looking for the hustle bustle and night markets. We often ventured further but the friendly local restaurants and bars had some great entertainment and lovely food. Casa Chelaron Vila would be hard to beat and I would highly recommend it for all ages. 🏝

As four middle aged Golfing men, we needed a Villa that allowed us plenty of individual privacy, but with the added option of areas for socialising. This Villa is built into two main sections. The main upper section has 3 bedrooms with the 2 bathrooms, kitchen and main living area. Downstairs, accessed from the outside, is a further two bedrooms with a bathroom. This giving us our own rooms and plenty of space for storage of clothing and Golf Clubs etc. An added bonus is the roof terrace which is massive. This allowing great views, a place to have your BBQ and great for those wanting to soak up the sun with a nice quiet drink. The Villa position also means you are not overlooked. Locally, there is numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk away. We have stayed within this area before, so know that we will always find great places to eat, drink and have a laugh. You are not that far from the nearby beaches, Golf Courses and main shopping establishments so not too far to keep yourselves busy. Our stay began just before COVID struck Spain and the country went into lock down. This put a halt on Golf, Bars and restaurants. Luckily, the Villa was big enough for us to be self sufficient for cooking and keeping occupied. Thank goodness for Netflix. Kathy even sent a friend round to check on us to ensure we were all safe (and not killed each other). I would highly recommend this Villa to all for it's great location, top facilities and accommodation standards and brilliant service from the owner. We are already looking to book again in an attempt to try and get the full experience that Coronavirius took from us this year.

We stayed here as a party of ten. Seven adults and three teenagers. The villa has enough space for everyone and at no point did it seem crowded. The villa is equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. The pool was a perfect size and we had it to ourselves the majority of the time. The terrace upstairs was a great space for evening dining and drinks. The BBQ was an extra plus for us. Kathy the owner responded quickly to any questions we had which was great. The villa is a ten minute drive to Villamartin Plaza, campoamar beach and the Cabo roig strip. There is another plaza nearby La Fuente which has many great bars and restaurants which is a fifteen minute walk. Mercadona is a ten minute walk but there is a small supermarket at the end of the road which came in handy on many occasions. On the doorstep is several bars, a great Indian restaurant and two Chinese restaurants as well as many others. There is a bus that brings you into Villamartin Plaza as well as La Zenia boulevard which runs regularly upto 9.30pm for 1 Euro 38. Overall, a brilliant holiday was had by all and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. We hope to return again soon.

It wasn’t our first time staying at the villa as we stayed a few years ago, we returned for a 2 week family holiday and we weren’t disappointed. There was ample room for everyone and we had the pool all to ourselves and although not heated it didn’t actually need to be as the weather was so warm the pool stayed heated into the evening. There is plenty to do within a few minutes drive and there are restaurants and bars locally to the villa too. Would definitely recommend.

Fuimos tres parejas con niños pequeños. Deberían indicar que dos de las habitaciones se encuentran fuera de la casa, para acceder a ellas tienes que salir fuera de la casa, es decir es como si fuera un apartamento en la parte inferior de la casa. Además, tuvimos bastantes problemas con la luz, ya que cuando utilizabas la cocina, cada dos por tres saltaba el automático, con los problemas que ello conlleva. Por lo demás, todo bien.

Fabulous well equipped house. Ideal for large family. Bbq on roof terrace perfect with loads of room. Great bars and restaurants just round the corner. Definitely recommend it.

An excellent immaculate kept Villa that is spacious and very comfortable home from home. Has fully fitted kitchen inc washing machine and fridge freezer very useful. Roof terrace perfect for BBQ and sunning yourself. Wifi and Shared pool available. Ten minutes by car to wonderful beaches. Plenty of restaurants and bars in local vicinity. Supermarket and local shops near by. This was our second visit and will definitely be returning again

Travelled as a couple and the villa was brilliant. Spacious and everything you need, beds comfy, bathrooms lovely and living area nice. Balcony on the front was a great place to chill out as well as the roof terrace which is a big space with a number of sun loungers and seats. The pool is a good size and is shared between 6/7 villas, however we had this to ourselves pretty much the whole time. Loads of places nearby to eat and drink. The secret garden is a great place to eat, great for fish and chips on a Friday and portions sizes perfect. Also the curry house at the end of the road was lovely and a visit would be recommended. The new priory is a good place for a drink with good prices. The supermarket is about a 15 minute walk away and just beyond there is a the Fuena centre with loads of bars and places to eat. Also at the end of the road is an independant shop that has everything you need. All in all a great trip, brilliant villa and lovely place.

This stay was for a group of six of us for a long weekend but we would happily have stayed longer. The villa is located close (but not too close) to a few local bars and restaurants. Plenty of room with five bedrooms and a lovely roof terrace to sunbathe on (even in March!). I would recommend the 15 min drive down to Torrevieja and a pint of Guiness in Mary's Bar a few roads away. Kathy made it very easy to book and arrangements with the keys and takes an obvious pride in making sure the place was top notch for when we arrived.
