Week away for half term, the house has loads of inside and even more outside space, every facility you could want, excellent views and great location for Villamartin Plaza, La Zenia Boulevard and several beaches. Thanks to Roy and Lynda for there assistance throughout. Would definitely book again.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones perfectas. La casa está totalmente equipada con todo lo básico y mucho más. Muy recomendable para todo aquel que esté pensando en alojarse en ella.

My husband, daughter and I stayed here last summer and we absolutely loved it! We have been staying in Los Dolses for the past 11 years now, and stayed in a variety of both villas and apartments, and it says a lot about this particular apartment when we say it really was one of the best. The views in particular over the park, were stunning and so peaceful, we particularly enjoyed having our morning coffees,watching the parrots fly past in the trees. The outdoor space is incredible, and catches the sun all day'night. In fact, the photos don't do it justice - it was much bigger than we expected. We did not use the upper terrace much, but it had a lovely seating area, and washing line etc. The apartment itself was spacious, decorated to a high standard and spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need whilst on your holiday.Also the welcome book was really handy with all the instructions on how to work the washing machine, TV etc. The location is perfect, it's a nice quiet area, close to the Los Dolses commercial centre/supermarket. The shared pool is fantastic, we have stayed in an apartment (opposite actually) that also shared this pool in August 2017, and like then, we found we had it to ourselves quite a lot of the time. It only really got busy much later in the afternoon. The only minor moan came from our daughter because she had to walk to the pool ( yes we eye rolled too) but if that's the only gripe from a teenage girl, that's not too bad!! Highly recommend the Chinese, and the italian Mateo.s in the Los Dolses commercial centre for food, absolutely delicious and very reasonable. Peter the owner could not have been more helpful, answering all my questions, and even sorted airport transfers for us. We are hoping to come back again very soon, thanks to Peter for the use of your stunning holiday home!

Ideally located for local amenities and attractions this property IS as good as it is described. It has a great outlook from the sun terraces at the back onto a conservation area. Supermarket, bars and restaurants all within an easy walk yet the property is in a quiet area, which makes it so relaxing to stay here. Beach about 3 kms away. We have been coming here for a number of years now, and have all ready booked for 3 holidays here next year. Thats how much we enjoy it and we think others will enjoy it too.

Stayed for the whole of June. We keep coming back to this property because it is so good. It is in a great location and has a very nice outlook from the sun terraces. Handy for local amenities and the beach (by car preferably). The owner Peter is great to deal with and we would certainly recommend this property to anybody.

Fantastic quiet location with great views over the gardens, we stayed for 10 days and used the wonderful swimming pool a few times, it was like having your own private pool. Great accommodation with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The walk from la Zenia beach round the cliffs to Cabo Roig was spectacular with a fantastic watering hole overlooking the little harbour when you got there. As mentioned in the title of this review we will definitely be back. Thank you Peter for making our ist visit quite memorable.

Tucked away in the quiet and very pretty area of Los Dolses. Close to many lovely restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to Villamartin Plaza. The outside terrace overlooks a wooded area and is very private. Excellent property with every amenity.Peter the owner was very helpful giving me very useful advice on airport car hire. Will hope to visit again soon.

My wife and I have just spent all of October at Casa del Sol. We stayed there last year for a week so we knew that it was ideal for us for a long stay. We were not wrong. It is a lovely apartment perhaps better described as an attached bungalow given there is no one above or below. It looks out over a wooded area and is very private and not overlooked. It is also blissfully quiet day and night, certainly at all times that we have been there. We were met by Roy and Lynn who were excellent and very helpful.We did have an early issue with a bed which they, and Peter, the owner, resolved remarkably quickly.All was otherwise well but they are close by and on hand lest there is a problem. The apartment is very well presented and very comfortable. All essentials are available. Its crowning glory is the 2 terraces which are absolutely perfect for inside/outside living in whatever manner takes your fancy. The sun is on the terrace from about 10.30 until sunset. No apartment is ever completely perfect. It's a shame that the pool isn't a bit closer but that really is nitpicking. This is a terrific property in an area that we really enjoy and undoubtedly we will return (albeit reviews such as this and all the others may make availability a bit challenging). One final comment. If you eat out only once make sure that is at Fa Li Du which is a 5 minute stroll. Read the TripAdvisor reviews. Honey is a real Angel. The food is delicious and great value. The atmosphere is bubbly and the likelihood is you may leave a little the worse for wear with only a tiny dent in your pocket,A full stomach and a huge grin on your face....especially karaoke night on a Thursday ( which we stumbled into). Thank you Peter. Everything was seamless and we really felt at home throughout and we had a great holiday.
