The apartment is situated in an ideal location for those who want to relax and walk to the nearest bars and restaurants, and also for those who would hire a car and like to take trips out to discover the local area. The apartment itself is very clean and well looked after. It has everything home from home. The pool is shared on the small complex and sunbeds are needed which are supplied in the apartment. La Zenia beach is about a 10 minute drive or taxi ride and is lovely and sandy, although busy in peak periods. The shopping centre is not far from the beach and has everything you could need. La Fuente is a 15 minute walk and has a variety of bars and restaurants, all serving reasonably priced food and drinks. All in all a fab time away, Would definitely recommend.

Estuvimos en este alojamiento durante quince dias en el mes de agosto de 2.019. Eramos cuatro personas. El alojamiento está dentro de una urbanización con piscina. No es muy grande, pero si que es muy acogedora, muy limpia y agradable para pasar buenos ratos. La casa cuenta con todo lo que puedas necesitar. De todo!. Salvo, quizás una cafetera!!. Imagino que porque sus ocupantes habituales no sean españoles. Es cómoda. La playa está como a 10 minutos en coche. Y está tambien cerca de supermercados, centros comerciales... Aparcamiento en la calle, pero a la puerta... zona muy tranquila, ideal para descansar. No le pongo pegas al alojamiento. Al contrario. Nos gustaría repetir. Relación calidad - precio insuperable.

We rented from November till March 2019. We can not say anything bad about the rental. Any problems we had were dealt with efficiently and quickly nothing was to much. We had agreat time and met a lot of great people at the " Pitch & Pint" a nice and friendly pub. Convient for local shops and bars. Only down side is the apartment is North facing, so you have to go and find the sun. Heatong very efficient. Great wifi, tv Spanish but plenty of Englisglh programms. Excellent place to stay.plenty of bedding snd baech equipment including sun beds to take. Swimming pool just a short walk and in the sunshine. Grear for a family of 4. Near all amenities cafes, Bars, restaurants. Beach 10 k away you will need a car. A bus service is available. Recommend.

Had a great relaxing time here after a hectic few months. The apartment is very clean and tidy with all the facilities you could wish for. The washing machine was a god send as meant we only needed to take 2 cases between the 4 of us. The pool is secluded and lovely too. Just the place to cool off during the heatwave. The appartment is a 5 minute walk to a couple of bars and about 10 minutes to the nearest supermarket and a wider selction of bars and restaurants. I would recommend hiring a car to get out and see the local area as buses are only 1 an hour. Loved it so much and want to go back again. Great place and a great holiday!

Apartment The apartment was lovely and had everything you could possibly need for a great stay, It even had a juicer! It was extremely clean and looked newly decorated. There was a safe for your valuables which was great. It has a lovely large balcony which allows for total privacy, or if you are a bit nosy like me, there's a bit where you can watch the world go by, There's a back balcony which houses the washing machine with drying areas for you. There's nothing more you could want. Area Everything is in walking distance. There's a few bars and restaurants within a very short distance. The supermarket nearest the apartment is the cheapest and very good. Then there's a precinct about a 10 minute walk which has bars and restaurants. You need to try The Stone Grill - fantastic food I would recommend hiring a car. There are some gorgeous beaches around with beach bars. We also found a great restaurant/bar/swimming pool a ten minutes drive away in Mil Palmeris who even served your drinks to your sunbed. It was 15 minutes to Murcia which is worth a visit for the Spanish feel and great beach. 15 minutes from San Miguel which is a traditional Spanish town. Well everything was very close so lots to explore. Prices Everything was very cheap. We went thinking we would be able to have a meal out 2-3 times a week. We soon discovered you can eat out every night - meals with drinks tended to come to 25-40 Euros for 2 of us. All in all the most relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Oh and for those TOWIE fans, Elliot has a restuarant/bar/swimming pool about 5 minutes away called Eduardo's. Slightly more expensive than the one I mentioned above, but by all accounts lovely.
