Situé dans un quartier typique de La Vallette l'appartement est très agréable, conforme aux photos! Propre et spacieux ! Cependant nous pensons que quelques équipements supplémentaire seraient un plus : cafetière électrique, plus de portes -serviettes dans les salles de bains et surtout une notice d'information écrite dans plusieurs langues autre que l'anglais. Sinon séjour très agréable et dépaysant sur cette île magnifique !!!

Voyage dans le temps
Nous avons fait un merveilleux voyage au 16ème et 17ème siècle.
La Valette et les villes environnantes sont admirablement préservées des agressions du temps et les interventions contemporaines parfaitement intégrées.
Une destination de citytrip à recommander tant qu'elle n'est pas encore trop courue.

Pl;ace well situated but no rooftop chairs/table and electricity meter hard to top up
The apartment was well situated in Valletta. Unfortunately, the advertised rooftop terrace furniture did not exist so the beautiful views went to waste as it was far tooo grubby to use without furniture. The place itself was well furnished and would have been comfortable had it not been so hot. There is air-con but we didn't dare use it as there was only 10 euros on the meter (which we virtually used without using the air-con) and we couldn't easily get it topped up - the manager said we had to ring her and she would send someone round - but who wants to wait in when on holiday.
If you are thinking of booking in summer get Adrian to put 30 euros on the meter so that you can be comfortable and not waste precious holiday time.

Spacious modernised old apartment in the heart of the old city
Only a few paces from the sea, and a few minutes walk from the centre of Valletta and all the sights! Not in a particularly tourist area which we preferred - it's a couple of streets away from restaurants and bars so reasonably quiet at night but still easy to get back to in the evening. Authentic Maltese apartment - plenty of space, in an old traditional building but modernised and simple but good quality furnishings. Everything was clean and in good condition.
Free decent speed wifi (which my daughter was pleased about!). There is pay-by-card electricity but the initial amount provided was enough for us - and we had the water heaters on all the time and even the air conditioning a couple of evenings.
Each bedroom has a small balcony - with views down to the sea - and as it's a narrow street not much direct sun which would be a blessing in the summer (you can always walk a few yards to the shore anyway)
There's plenty of storage in the bedrooms and kitchen.
The only (slightly) negative points are that it's on the top floor (no lift) and the ceilings are high so it's a LONG way up... but on the other hand this means the views are better, and it's quieter. Most (all?) the other apartments appeared to be residential - again we preferred this rather than being in a block of just holiday rentals. Maybe some more instructions would be useful - we took a bit of time to find the switch for the second shower's water pump, and although it said there's a supermarket and baker's nearby maybe some directions would have been useful - but it was part of the fun searching for them!
Being an old stone building it would probably be nice and cool in the summer too.
The main plus point is really the location - right in the centre of the city but just away from all the noise and bustle if you want a bit of peace.
Would definitely like to stay again when we come back to Malta!

New Year's day in Malta
Our stay in Malta was really pleasant and we enjoyed both the natural beauties and the historical and artistic aspects of the island. As to the apartment everything was all right except for the little inconvenience (the night we arrived) caused by the lack of the light bulb in the stairway. We really had some difficulties in reaching the third floor (there is no lift). Anyway Bronia was ready to solve the problem next day. She is a kind and reliable person.

Grande appartamento, moderno e in centro
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 6 giorni. Il proprietario aveva organizzato il servizio taxi per venirci a prendere all'aeroporto e portarci a casa, fornendoci anche le chiavi dell'appartamento e una scheda per l'elettricità. Durante la settimana abbiamo avuto bisogno di una nuova scheda per l'elettricità che ci hanno fatto trovare sul tavolo di casa al nostro ritorno dalla spiaggia (molto comodo!). La casa è molto grande e ha un arredamento moderno e nuovo. La casa è dotata di un ottimo impianto di condizionamento in ogni stanza (necessario per il caldo che c'era ad agosto!). Unico lato negativo della casa è che i 2 bagni sono ai lati della casa e sprovvisti del condizionatore, rimangono MOLTO caldi. L'appartamento è situato al terzo piano di un palazzo con androne e scale strette, senza ascensore e forse necessiterebbe di una ristrutturazione. La casa si trova in una zona molto comoda e centrale de La Valletta da cui si possono raggiungere in poco tempo tutti i servizi necessari (centro, capolinea autobus, alimentari,..). Vi consigliamo, anche se non vicinissimo da la Valletta, di andare a fare un tuffo a Blu Lagoon (Comino).

Spacious, convinient, very well equipped, modern
Very nice apartment, close to buses, city center, small grocery and bakery. Very clean, well decorated . Two large bedrooms and a small one. Large living room and dining room.

Apartamento muy espacioso, bien cuidado, con dos habitaciones muy amplias una cocina muy bien equipada con un frigorífico y congelador separados, aire acondicionado y ventiladores de techo, buena wifi y TV, dos cuartos de baño uno de ellos sin puerta un sofá cama que puede usarse como habitación, un gran comedor y una gran sala de estar, todo perfecto para pasar unos días de vacaciones, situado en la Valeta calle Punent al lado del albergue de cataluña y la catedral anglicana, tercer piso sin ascensor escalera estrecha, (abstenerse personas con movilidad reducida) un vecindario muy agradable, con ucho espacio para aparcar el vehiculo en la calle lateral.

Very comfortable for two couples.
The booking process was easy and straightforward. We had confirmation from the owner very quickly. Nicola arranged for a taxi to meet us at the airport and the driver had the keys to the apartment and a spare card for the electric meter for us.
The apartment was like two flats side by side, each having it's own bathroom. The kitchen and dining room were in one side and the living room and utility in the other. There was also a bed settee in the utility area. It was very clean and well equipped. A slight problem with the water heater was very quickly sorted out after a phone call to Bronia.
Location is excellent with a small shop nearby for essentials and just five minutes to the centre of the city.
The only downside is that as this is an old building there is no lift and there are 67 steps up to the apartment but as Valletta is very hilly you soon get used to it!
