The clubhouse is great for food and drinks which is just out the back of the villa
The spar shop has most things you will need for your stay, this is accessible round the side of the golf club
Towels are available for bath and pool but you may need to wash and dry throughout your stay depending on how many guests you have and how much you use them there is not multiple spares
Hot water should be auto on let the tap
run for a while if it’s not hot immediately

Stayed here for a long weekend - what a place! Absolutely amazing villa & location. There was a group of 16 of us which the house was more than big enough to accommodate. We used the annex attached to the house. Amazing pool area with very large hot tub. Great views from the roof terrace. Outside kitchen area was perfect for cooking up a storm. The villa is right next to the golf site restaurant which serves fab food at good prices in a lovely setting/atmosphere. The supermarket is 2 mins walk away & is fully stocked with everything you could need. Will definitely be back again in the near future. Thanks for letting us stay, Steven & big shout out to Maria for all her help trying to find missing AirPods, after we’d left ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Villa right next to the clubhouse
We have just returned from 2 weeks here and could not have enjoyed it more. The pictures really don't do it justice and we have everything we needed and more for our stay. There was 9 in the group and we all had enough space inside and outside of the villa. We have now stayed 5 times on El Valle and this was the largest of the 5 we have stayed in. It has a nice conversion making it 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and then a separate toilet as well. All bedrooms are large with most having 2 doubles in them bar 1 room. Living area is good, kitchen equipped really well and there is more than enough storage for your belongings.
Outside there is a marvellous bbq/bar area built in along with a couple of table and chairs for outside dining. The pool was always looked after a couple of days by friend staff and here is lots of loungers for everybody.
Now the villa is right next to the clubhouse and this was something we was a little worried about as music there can go onto early hours and we also had 4 children in the group who tend to have fun and can be over loud at times! BUT you can barely hear the music when you are inside and when you are at the clubhouse you cant hear people from the villa unless you walk up to the end to have a look! No one bothered us and the atmosphere from the clubhouse was nice. There is a pool table, table tennis table, darts everything you need to entertain yourselves and the kids.
The owner was on hand to answer any questions, the villa was imaculate when we arrived and the house is alarmed too.
Its soooo convenient for the onsite shop, driving range and meals at the club house. We love El Valle and we go ever year as the people really make it a nice holiday. Staff at the clubhouse are amazing and this villa really did deliver this year for us.
Thanks for letting us stay Steve and I know my parents are still there enjoying themselves!

Fully equiped villa will ALL the requirements provided for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation
Myself and my family have stayed on 6 previous occasions in different villas across El Valle. This was our 7th villa, can we had a wonderful time staying here. The villa is equipped with all the facilities needed for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday.
The detail:
The pool table at the villa is a fully sized pool table in excellent condition, with a full set of pool queues, this was a great family activity to break out from the relaxing by the pool.
The Swimming pool is very large and an English speaking pool cleaner visited very regularly to keep the water clean and the water levels correct.
Around the pool was very comfortable sun beds for relaxing and an upstairs roof area for relax with amazing view across the golf course and the whole area.
The BBQ was fantastic, it was flat, which is new to us, and it encouraged others in my family to do the cooking, the food turned out perfect and encouraged us to do more cooking than eating out all the time.
Inside, the beds were really comfortable (previous experience has been that mattresses weren't that great in other villas) but these mattresses throughout the villa were really good and new.
The TV, and wifi connection was good too and we were able to watch films on my Netflix account in the evening without any issues.
Mark and Maria were constantly available to look after any needs we had and were very responsive to any WhatsApp messages we left.
Overall, a brilliant stay, being right next to the club house was perfect we were able to easily walk to the Spar which was just 1 minutes walk away. We tried to book for next year but in 2019 the villa is already fully booked during the school summer period, but we will try again for 2020. Stephen I appreciate you allowing us to stay at your villa, and we will keep checking availability to stay again.

Villa en valle golf
Magnifica casa hemos estado tres familias con niños en total nueve y la estancia está muy bien tiene todo lo que el propietario anuncia faltaría algo de mantenimiento en algunas cosas alguna llave de luz o de agua no funcionaban y un poco más de explicación del funcionamiento pero en general pero en general muy muy bien

11 friends and family with 3 generations to please - and this villa did!
Very high quality. Spacious with 5 good sized bedrooms, including 5 double beds in 4 of the rooms. Also has 4 bathrooms with additional toilet. Villa is large enough for the whole group to have the space they need whilst enjoying communal areas. Everywhere in the villa has so many amenities it truly is a home away from home and we didn't even try the golf! Only 1 bar/restaurant nearby so it gets busy. Food is wonderful and not too pricy. There is a spar mini market literally just around the corner so everything we needed for a chill out week was here. Also found an Indian/ Chinese/ grill restaurant that would provide pick up and drop off for free. Would recommend a car just to have freedom off the site. It gets very hot and the central air/ air conditioning is more than enough to get you through even the warmest of days. Don't forget the suncream and hope you have a good a time as we all did.

Absolutley Fabulous, One of the best Villas I have stayed at!
Well what can I say, I have just returned from a week here with my husband and three kids. We as a family could not fault our stay here, from start to finish it was everything we could have asked for, and more. On arrival I was surprised with how spacious, clean and beautiful the villa and its surroundings were. This is a family friendly villa with an amazing roof terrace, stunning pool, and a restaurant on its doorstep, and not to mention the golf. My husband and eldest son enjoyed a full day on the course whilst me and the girls relaxed by the pool. The security surrounding the resort was fantastic which made me feel at ease and extremely safe throughout our stay! I will most defiantly be returning, for another fun filled, relaxing family holiday :) Victoria
